Their customer service has consistently been exceptional. Every team member I've worked with has been friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right materials for my projects. It's rare to find a company that maintains such a high level of service year after year. I also love how much they've grown. Their expanded inventory offers so many beautiful options, and their new Morgan Hill location is fantastic and much more convenient for me. I've remodeled two bathrooms in the past year, and the Morgan Hill team was outstanding throughout both projects. Anthony, in particular, was incredible during my most recent remodel. He took the time to understand the look I was going for, offered thoughtful recommendations, and never made me feel rushed while selecting materials. Thanks to his guidance, I absolutely love how my bathroom turned out. I truly can't say enough good things about Bullnose. If you're looking for quality materials backed by exceptional customer service, this is the place to go. I highly recommend them and will continue coming back for every future project.

We had an impromptu refresh of our kitchen after our water softener dumped water all over our…read morekitchen floor. We were looking around for backsplash tile and weren't really finding anything we liked. A contractor suggested that we check out Superior Stone. We brought a sample of our granite countertop as well as paint chips of the wall and cabinet colors. Karen was very helpful and gave us a few suggestions. One detail we really needed help with was how to end the tile along one of our cabinet walls. The previous backsplash ended vertically with the edge of the cabinets. I never liked that look. I also don't like the look that many people do where they extend the tile along the wall horizontally from the bottom of the cabinets. I don't really like that look either. Karen suggested we go all the way up the wall from the edge of the countertop. That's what we did and I absolutely love the look. So now we have a "new" kitchen that we really enjoy. We never spent time in the kitchen before other than cooking. Now we tend to hang out in the kitchen much of the time I guess because we like the look and it feels inviting. Huge thanks to Karen and Superior Stone.

Cliff Pilcher was the rep that came for the consultation with the contractor. We found him challenging to work with as he markets a specific type of insulation that we did not want, Certainteed (lots of consumer complaints about the odor). He agreed to our alternative choice. But when we came to vist the remodel, Certainteed insulation was being installed. This had to be removed. Personality challenges aside, the quality of work is poor. The installation of the insulation in the attic blocked gable and eave vents. The result was excessive temperatures in the attic that we only discovered after a home security professional brought down a hot to touch transformer. When we ascended the attic stairs, we were hit with heat. A thermal image in the attic showed excessive heat as well. In other words, had we not checked the attic, our new HVAC system and other transformers would have been subjected to heat levels that would have damaged $75,000 in equipment. The crawl space insulation installation laso was poor; vents blocked, poor installation.

We've purchased rocks here for several of my rock-painting projects over the years, and we've always had a great experience, but yesterday's visit really stood out. When we first arrived, the gentleman in charge at the front was incredibly kind and patient. I didn't catch his name, but he took the time to explain exactly where we needed to go, how to select the rocks, and what we needed to do. He was so helpful and made the whole process easy. Once we got to the rock area, another gentleman with a mustache, who was operating one of the machines, came over and asked if we would like him to mix up the rocks so we could see some of the ones underneath. We said yes, and he took the time to do it for us. He absolutely did not have to, but because he did, we were able to find some much better rocks for our project! He then went a step further and showed us another area where there was a hose so we could wet the rocks and see their beautiful natural colors. That was such a helpful suggestion, especially since we were looking for specific rocks that we could paint and use as personalized wedding place settings. It may seem like a small thing, but those little moments of patience, helpfulness, and genuine customer service made such a difference to us. We were there for a special project, and these two gentlemen made the experience even more enjoyable. I've gotten rocks from U-Save Rockery for many different painting projects over the years, but this visit was especially memorable. Thank you, U-Save Rockery, for having employees who take the time to help customers and who are willing to go the extra mile. My problem with them is they play games with their pallet deposit and return policy. I understand a $40 pallet deposit, the ensures them they're be getting them back. Their game begins with only giving back $25 on the $40. They're gaming their clients $15 for buying their products. That's $15 per pallet. Apparently the way the manager explained it to me was that's what they have to pay from their supplier, so they're simply passing the costs onto us. Ruffled feathers but I'm playing their game because I use their products. Then when we return the pallets we need to provide proof of purchase or they will not give credit. Most contractors have tons of projects and during said projects, the pallets gets stacked and stored and then eventually they get loaded onto the truck and returned to Peninsula. I returned 4 pallets but my credit card only showed 1 pallet from 1 job. So I got $25 back for now until I go back to my office, research the job dates, go to my bank records to provide credit card # then contact them to get proper credit. So as it stands now, I'm out $75. Is it worth my time and effort to dig up proof of purchase in order to satisfy them? I think not. I feel like Peninsula should grow up and treat their customers with simple respect. I'm their client, I have clients, in 40 years of business I have never asked a client to dig up old bank records to prove they've paid, ot to "verify" they've paid. Okay, now what? Return to the store to reclaim my pallets? They're damn good strong high quality pallets, might be usefull in the yard. In the future, beware, or be aware, they play the pallet game and this location... not all locations. In closing, nice job Peninsula for pissing off a client, even if youre going by the book, good job of increasing your profits by accepting pallets that youre not reimburing.
