Their customer service has consistently been exceptional. Every team member I've worked with has been friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right materials for my projects. It's rare to find a company that maintains such a high level of service year after year. I also love how much they've grown. Their expanded inventory offers so many beautiful options, and their new Morgan Hill location is fantastic and much more convenient for me. I've remodeled two bathrooms in the past year, and the Morgan Hill team was outstanding throughout both projects. Anthony, in particular, was incredible during my most recent remodel. He took the time to understand the look I was going for, offered thoughtful recommendations, and never made me feel rushed while selecting materials. Thanks to his guidance, I absolutely love how my bathroom turned out. I truly can't say enough good things about Bullnose. If you're looking for quality materials backed by exceptional customer service, this is the place to go. I highly recommend them and will continue coming back for every future project.

Special shout out to Maria (who never rolled her eyes even once even as we flitted from one idea to another) who was very helpful. So knowledgeable and personable. Cliff Pilcher was the rep that came for the consultation with the contractor. We found him challenging to work with as he markets a specific type of insulation that we did not want, Certainteed (lots of consumer complaints about the odor). He agreed to our alternative choice. But when we came to vist the remodel, Certainteed insulation was being installed. This had to be removed. Personality challenges aside, the quality of work is poor. The installation of the insulation in the attic blocked gable and eave vents. The result was excessive temperatures in the attic that we only discovered after a home security professional brought down a hot to touch transformer. When we ascended the attic stairs, we were hit with heat. A thermal image in the attic showed excessive heat as well. In other words, had we not checked the attic, our new HVAC system and other transformers would have been subjected to heat levels that would have damaged $75,000 in equipment. The crawl space insulation installation laso was poor; vents blocked, poor installation.

Both the estimator and installer were very knowledgeable. Once we were ready to sign Work agreement, they were able to come out the next day. I was super happy with the friendliness and the care that was taken to do the job properly. Today is 100 degrees and the sun is blazing, but we are cool as cucumbers. Our west-facing walls that used to be hot to the touch in late afternoon are now cool. I also can't wait to benefit from lower heating bills this winter!

Used The WARRANTY 3 Years Later, Read This Review:…read more I'm so impressed by how Marvin has a customer first company! (2023) Back Story: In 2023 our back fence fell over in a storm. On the recommendation of a few neighbors, I had Marvin at Finesse Fence come out and give us a quote. When he came out to give a quote he gave a handful of ideas and pros and cons of each. He basically helped us choose what was best for us. Decided to go with Marvin and scheduled. His guys showed up on time! The work was great and his guys were extreme professional! The removal, install and clean up were all done with 5 star service. (2026) BUT Here Is Why I Wrote My First Review On Yelp Today: This past week I noticed a split in a panel and wanted to see if the warranty would handle it. Text Marvin, he called me back and set up a time to come out and look the next day. Arrived on time the next day and not only said yes he wanted to fix that panel against the warranty but he also had a look at the rest of the fence while he was there and saw a few posts that were structurally fine but were cracking, which he felt was too soon. So without even asking, Marvin said since my guy is going to be here for the panel I'm going to have him install a few posts using the warranty. You hear of companies who say ya give us a call if anything is wrong we'll come out and fix it. And most the time it's just words. Marvin really believes in making sure the customer is taken care of! He had two times I could choose from for his guy to come out. The next day or the following week. I choose the next day. His guy showed up and changed out the panel PLUS a few more. And changed out the posts. At the very least get a quote from Finesse Fence so they can tell you your options and know the removal, install and clean up or just the beginning of their 5 star service. Finesse Fence has a real warranty that Marvin will happily use if necessary to make sure his customer is so happy he would even write a yelp review for the first time!

This place has top notch materials and they're not a discount house, you pay for the quality …read more.. fair enough. My problem with them is they play games with their pallet deposit and return policy. I understand a $40 pallet deposit, the ensures them they're be getting them back. Their game begins with only giving back $25 on the $40. They're gaming their clients $15 for buying their products. That's $15 per pallet. Apparently the way the manager explained it to me was that's what they have to pay from their supplier, so they're simply passing the costs onto us. Ruffled feathers but I'm playing their game because I use their products. Then when we return the pallets we need to provide proof of purchase or they will not give credit. Most contractors have tons of projects and during said projects, the pallets gets stacked and stored and then eventually they get loaded onto the truck and returned to Peninsula. I returned 4 pallets but my credit card only showed 1 pallet from 1 job. So I got $25 back for now until I go back to my office, research the job dates, go to my bank records to provide credit card # then contact them to get proper credit. So as it stands now, I'm out $75. Is it worth my time and effort to dig up proof of purchase in order to satisfy them? I think not. I feel like Peninsula should grow up and treat their customers with simple respect. I'm their client, I have clients, in 40 years of business I have never asked a client to dig up old bank records to prove they've paid, ot to "verify" they've paid. Okay, now what? Return to the store to reclaim my pallets? They're damn good strong high quality pallets, might be usefull in the yard. In the future, beware, or be aware, they play the pallet game and this location... not all locations. In closing, nice job Peninsula for pissing off a client, even if youre going by the book, good job of increasing your profits by accepting pallets that youre not reimburing.

The Peninsula Building staff was great. What I thought was particularly awesome was that the staff guy talked to me and my husband. It usually takes 24 hours from the time you get a PO at PBM and your order to be ready at Calstone, so plan ahead if you can!
