Mimosa. We added the fruit sat in fron t of. We didn't know that they do that (add the fruit). 2ndly, I had fuzz on my bacon but it was not taken seriously until the came through. Thanks read more

Phenomenal. Fried chicken here was insane good! I would recommend this to ANYONE visiting Savannah.

Nice atmosphere. Limited menu but it is a hotel cafe so that is understandable. Good breakfast croissant.

The food was delicious. The setting is a wonderful. Our food came out in a timely manner.

taylor was amazing!!!! excellent service and she was so accommodating to my gluten dietary restrictions!

It was a beautiful day - the service was kind and attentive and the Brunch food was delicious! Definitely a go to spot.

We had stopped by for breakfast and were greeted by a friendly waiter. It was really early in the morning and the place was fairly empty so we didn't have to wait for our table. The food was great, and especially the bottomless mimosas. The place was clean and fairly efficient- once more guests started coming in, the service did get a little slower. We had asked for an extra plate earlier on when we got there but received it close to the end of our meal. I would recommend getting mimosas if you do brunch or breakfast there. read more

Love love! We came for an early birthday celebration and it was fantastic. I got the Roasted Joyce Farms Chicken Breast with a Lost Square Lemon drop and my husband got Steak Frites with a Praline Old Fashioned they were both amazing. Cooked well, the saucea were delicious just everything was wonderful! Service was fast and our waitress was so sweet. We will definitely be back! read more

We had a fantastic Easter brunch here. My Eggs Benedict with pastrami and greens on the side was delightful; the eggs were perfectly soft boiled, and the pastrami tasted like really interesting honey cured bacon. The big hit was the cauliflower--crunchy, lemony--delicious! My husband enjoyed his gingery cocktail as well. Our server, Roxy, was professional and welcoming. Overall, we had no complaints (except I wish the parking attendant had told us there was free valet parking for diners.) I hope people start flocking to this place! read more

OMG! The food was AMAZING! I had the salad and the mushroom risotto and my hubby had the burger. Sounds basic but they were both DELICIOUS. And the service.... Just the very best. Our waitress was a Pro and so great and the manager was super nice. A fantastic experience. We will be back. read more

This location is beautiful. The interior designer is a magician and the hotel in gorgeous. That being said.... Food was just okay. It was expensive too. Drinks were not good. Half our order was forgotten and then brought out 5-10 min after. It wasn't like we had a bad experience or anything, it just wasn't worth what we paid. I probably won't go back ‍ read more

While the food was good the service was less than satisfactory. After being seated, it took nearly five minutes for our server to acknowledge we were there. There was no true greeting, a quick water glass fill, then specials and then taking our order. The service became worse as our dinner progressed. From the time we received our appetizers and then finished our dinner there was only one check in from the server. Our water glasses were only filled at the end of our meal when we were ready to leave. Other tables were receiving more attention possibly because they were larger parties and perhaps we were not worth the time. I will say the food was very good with the exception of a sad half older of oysters, three of which were barely a bite. For no busier than they were the service could have been better. Still worth trying for the menu. read more

We had brunch here and we enjoyed it. We tried the avocado toast, mimosa, house coffee and the shrimp and grits and came away pretty impressed. Has a very light and open airy vibe and feels like you're just relaxing on a Sunday (we were in on a Thursday) having brunch with your loved ones. The service was impeccable as well as the food being tasty, so we will be back here when we visit Savannah again. read more

Definitely a very cool vibe and most of the food was good. I got the chicken with vegetables, but I did not like my vegetables at all. My fiancé got the sword fish and said it was okay. I tried it as well and agreed. The cabernet I got was delicious, best I've had in a while. We also got a spiked milkshake which was to die for. I would recommend this business, but there are also other great places in Savannah that can give a similar experience. read more

What an Amazing place. We were not staying at the property but my daughter found the place on yelp. We decided to give it a try and we are so glad we did. The property in General is Gorgeous . The restaurant decor and ambiance is so appropriate to the venue. Our server was Magnificent. I do apologize, because I forgot her name,nI do remember she is from Jamaica. We had the Breakfast sandwich, Avocado toast and the Salmon Toast. Every single one of the dishes was on point. If you are in Savannah looking for a Great place eat. This is your place read more

Coffee is wonderful! I can never find an espresso tonic, but they had one here and I drank it 3 sips. I had a follow-up espresso shot just to get ready for my day walking SCAD art museum and historic Savannah. The avocado toast was great too. I wandered down here sleepily from my room at the Alida Hotel and sat at the coffee bar to chat with the barista and enjoy my meal at this fresh, hip take on a diner bar. So glad I did! read more

Rhett does not sell itself for how wonderful it actually is. The menu is small but what is being served is QUALITY! The chicken was cooked perfectly and the dirty carrots was unlike anything I've had before and I will dream of it from now on. I would have loved a veggie (roasted carrots?) with it to really set off the dish. My husband absolutely loved his ravioli and I think he would have licked his plate if in private. Service was awesome. Highly recommend. read more

We had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Rhett. I understand the restaurant is new, but as someone who used to work in the food industry, it was even difficult for me to sympathize with this restaurant. While I no longer live in Savannah, I get excited when I return because the food scene is always evolving. The atmosphere of this restaurant is very nice indeed, and the roasted prime rib we had that came with our 3-course Christmas dinner was really good. However, the joy ride ended there. One of my guests from Korea was visiting the US for the first time and we decided to check out this new spot. My guest was using the restrooms and she saw one of the restaurant employees walking out of the toilet stall and exiting the bathroom without washing her hands. This came as a complete shock to her and I felt embarrassed. I informed the manager about this and we were offered nothing but a rather quick apathetic apology. Our server was very friendly, but there was definitely a language barrier. While this isn't usually an issue for me, as I come from an immigrant family myself, but the server had some difficulty in explaining some of the menu items to us. I even walked up to the server shortly after placing the order to make sure that our order was correct because we were all left a bit confused when she was confirming our order. My guest's dessert came out more than 10 minutes after my dessert came out, and I think the communication barrier between our table and our server could have had something to do with the delay as I had to grab someone else to make sure my guest's dessert was still coming out. Also while not a big issue, upon the checkout process, I would have preferred them not to use a portable tablet-style checkout system. It was uncomfortable having the server looking at how much I was tipping her right behind me on a near $200 tab for a party of three -- it reminded me of a cheap restaurant joint on Buford Hwy in Atlanta, not a nice upscale hotel restaurant. I'm sure the restaurant will improve their service over the next couple of months, but the experience was overall disappointing. read more

Very disappointed in this place. Friday night , not busy , waiter who also was a host. Called in advance that our party will be few minutes late. When we arrived table was not ready - even if only two other tables were taken. It was a slow night. Our host-waiter started to cleaning up table for us. Appreciate the effort but it just wasn't right. Good was good but the whole experience rather weird. read more

This is a hidden gem. The space is beautiful. The bar is big and the food was amazing! I had the burger, as recommended in an earlier review, and completely agree, it is in my Top 3 Best Burger list. The food here is very tasty but a bit pricey for the serving sizes. I had the French toast breakfast, it was probably the tastiest french toast and maple syrup I've had at a restaurant, my only critiques being that I wish that it came with another slice of French toast (I only got 2 slices) and more of the pecan topping. I also had a cappuccino which was fine. My S.O. had a club sandwich that he really liked with fries which were very good. He also got a side of grits which were very tasty in my opinion. He also got a glass of orange juice, all which totaled out to a little over $50. read more

We only had breakfast here however, the food was fantastic and service was great. Appeared very clean and and everyone was professional. I would recommend this place highly and would certainly come back for dinner. read more

We had a wonderful Sunday brunch at Rhett. The vanilla latte was perfect! Would definitely recommend.

In a town where fine dining restaurants are often booked days in advance, finding Rhett was a happy surprise. My boyfriend called several Savannah eateries, and NONE of them could accommodate us for the night. We almost gave up until someone recommended this place! The atmosphere is so cute-- an aesthetic dream. It is casual, but the food tasted high quality. And as a vegan, eating here was still delicious! To start, we had the fried cauliflower without Parmesan. It was DIVINE. The seasoning was incredible, and it was fried to perfection! As an entree, I got the celery root dumpling. The texture surprised me, but the flavor was scrumptious. I ate everything on my plate. The rest of my party (not vegans) enjoyed it just as much as I did! My mom raved about the mussels. Not to mention the cocktails were beautiful as well. Please stop by, even if you're not staying at the Alida! read more

First, the food here is a warm hug. Chef's care in focusing on sustainability and southern hospitality is definitely felt through every bite. The restaurant's care to hospitality is equally as noticeable. We had Denise as a server. She was extremely present and knowledgeable about the menu, and she took the diner-feel to a whole new level. To say the service was exemplary would be a disservice. Seriously, it was an incredibly homey feel. (Thanks, Denise!) And, my dudes, the food--good lawd almighty--so delicious. We had a bunch of dishes, and I won't bore you with my general rambling about how special they all were, but two I must put in specificity. Homemade ricotta. Housemade bread points. So light and gentle. Truly a treat. Then, the celery root dumplings. This was one of the most interesting dishes I've ever eaten. It was rich and flavorful and hit every note of homecookin' (which is important for a dish found under the "Supper" section of a menu) but was elevated by the enormous and harmonious flavors that Chef put together. read more

I visited the restaurant at 3:30 in a Thursday. It was empty but for me and although the atmosphere and music felt welcoming I wasn't sure if they were open. I took a seat at the bar and had a great conversation with the young gentleman taking my order. He recommended the chicken paillard. With no hint of hyperbole, this was one of the best meals I've had in my life. The chicken paillard is a must have. Perfectly balanced elements of flavor. The olive and almond covering is delicate, adding just enough flavor and texture without overdoing salt or oil. The chicken was simply cooked to perfection. The salad dressing was amazing and paired well with the meat. For the most part I had a bit of both on my fork for each bite. I will likely be annoyed by every piece of chicken I eat from here on it. I cleaned my plate and didn't Fuller heavy or hungry. A perfect meal. Can't wait to visit here again. read more

Excellent service. Ordered a couple of things on their specials of the night list. A mushroom thing that was awesome. I had the fish very good and cooked perfectly. And a Caesar salad which was enough for two to share....very good not too much dressing etc. would eat here again! Not to casual not too fancy. Perfect place for a date or nice dinner out read more

We came across Rhett on Yelp and decided to give it a try. It was a bit of a challenge to find due to the construction in the area , but we did finally enter through the hotel and took the elevator down to the restaurant. It is a well appointed and trendy location. We ordered the mussels and Chicken Paillard Salad. The mussels were fantastic and you can't beat the price for the serving size. The salad was slightly disappointing. It is more like a pan fried chicken cutlet with a small side salad. The flavors were good, but I was expecting a larger salad since it is listed under the salad section of the menu. Overall it is a great place to dine. We will be back trying other options on the menu. read more

This is a decent hotel restaurant if you're staying at the Alida and don't feel like leaving. We had free breakfast with ours room and while the menu isn't huge, it's certainly serviceable for breakfast. It's not that the food is bad - it's just nothing special in a city of great restaurants. There is no reason to eat here if you aren't in need of the convenience of eating in your hotel. The one time we ordered room service, it took forever and w had to follow up twice with the restaurant. read more

Lovely Savannah experience. Denise is a lively and knowledgeable server. She is aware of each ingredient and offered suggestions for our veg, vegan, and allergic group. Drinks are amazing. This place was amazing! We got the homemade ricotta appetizer and the steak dinner, and it was perfect. The homemade ricotta was unlike anything I've ever had and the steak was definitely top 5 best steaks I've ever had. The tone and style of the restaurant itself was awesome, and a nice change of pace from all the home style food you get in Savannah. My only complaint is it was super empty.
