This restaurant hit every one of the cravings we had - coffee, drinks, and fantastic food! Ibrahim was our server and absolutely amazing!! Our girls group of 6 would highly recommend anyone looking for brunch to hit Rhett up!! Best vanilla latte I've ever had and the French toast, eggs Benedict and the side salad were a hit! read more

Great food service and atmosphere ! Eggs Benedict was so good, chicken and waffles is good but note it is a little spicy.

Fantastic place, great food and awesome service. We stopped by here for breakfast i6n St Patrick's day. The menu was more limited than their normal menu, but still everything was very very good. We had eggs, French toast, and mushroom tartine. The server and manager were super nice and even though the place was busy, we weren't rushed. We loved it so much, we returned for an early dinner. Again, delicious! Highly recommended? read more

Two days in a row everything was fantastic. Great servers Oriol and Tony, knowledgeable, prompt, and all over it. Food comes out quickly and was fantastic. read more

Service provided by Oriol was outstanding. Had the delicious she-crab soup and grouper. Great experience. I'll be back

I'll start this by saying I would have given them 4 stars had the checkout process not been so painfully long, confusing and well just not a good way to end a good meal. We were staying at the hotel and decided to come to Rhett for breakfast before heading out for our day in Savannah. I was a little hungover so I ordered bacon with english muffin and a "hair of the dog" mimosa. My husband had the two eggs your way with bacon and hash browns and a bloody mary. I checked in on Yelp and showed our server my check in discount. She stated she would apply it to the bill. We both enjoyed our meal and drinks and ordered two more drinks b/c well I needed to get myself geared up for the green beer. :) When our check arrived my husband gave his card but when he was signing I told him to double check and make sure we got the check in discount. It wasn't on there. So he asked if she could fix it. She went to find a manager and had him/her reverse the charge. When she ran the card again she again forgot to include the discount...(bangs head against table)...another reversal and then realized the scanner she was using was one they hadn't set up yet...another 10 minute wait (we are now standing at the bar area for 20 minutes to pay the bill. :( Finally three tries later with our discount and we sign and leave. Not a good exit experience. Manager knew of issue (b/c of the reversals) but never appeared to discuss we were already 1/2 hour into the process and didn't care to stay to discuss any further. read more

Excellent atmosphere, superb food and friendly staff! The Cheddar Drop Biscuits, Shrimp & Grits and Lobster Mac n' Cheese were divine! Our first time!! Definitely will come back if we visit Savannah again!! read more

Our service with Oriol was great! Delicious cappuccino and breakfast! Beautiful decor and ambiance

Great location by Plant Riverside. The squid ink pasta didn't look too appetizing, the pasta was overcooked, almost inedible, salmon on the other hand came out perfect, that redeemed the dish. My partner loved his seafood ravioli and thought it was a very good dish. The servers were attentive without being overbearing. I'll give them another chance next time. Might have just gotten the wrong dish. read more

SPENCER!! By far the best part of our evening. His bartending skills and gift of conversation made our evening the best experience. Cheers to all that have the same opportunity!!! Oh, and the oysters, 10/10!!!! read more

My wife and I went on a Thursday day trip from Hilton Head to Savannah. We made reservations on Resy for 6p, but realized we needed more time to explore Savannah. We had no problem changing reservations. When we arrived we were quickly seated--the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. We started with drinks. My wife had one of their speciality cocktails--the Port City Spritz--which she really enjoyed. We were seated just before "Sparkling Hour" ended and ordered oysters and mushroom tartine for starters from the Sparkling Hour menu. The oysters were nice and fresh. The tartine was phenomenal! Our server informed us that they were out of Boursin and substituted it with mozzarella. If that made a difference, who knows. The mushrooms had a nice slighty smokey flavor. The portion was perfect for sharing. My wife had the Georgia Lettuce salad with salmon which she said was delicious. I had shrimp and grits--easily the among the best I've had. The shrimp were large and fresh. The grits were creamy and had just enough spice to give it a nice kick without overwhelming the flavors of the other ingredients. Our server recommended the banana pudding and beignets for dessert. Normally if we have dessert we get one to share. We were extremely pleased that we decided to break tradition and order both. The beignets were nice and flaky. And I have to admit we were scraping the sides of the cups to get all the dulce de leche and Nutella ganache. We saw a billboard on the way to Savannah for a restaurant claiming to have the best banana pudding around. A pretty bold claim considering Rhett's banana pudding. The pudding was was more like a custard than pudding and the sweetness was mostly from the banana. My wife is less of a fan of banana than I am, but she had to admit that the pudding was excellent. The service was efficient and very friendly. Our primary server was overly apologetic for a small snafu on our appetizer order and quickly made amends. Savannah is an incredible city and certainly worth more than a day trip. My wife and I strongly recommend making Rhett's a place to dine if you live or visit the area. read more

Industrial era restaurant. The interior is beautiful, the hostess's attitude, not so much. The server was phenomenal. The Bloody Mary was so-so. The food is served a-la-carte (purchase everything separately) which makes a meal get pricey. The food was ok but definitely not for the price. read more

Was looking for a "new" (different) brunch place for my wife and I. We generally stay away from the touristy area of Downtown, but the menu of Rhet caught my eye so we headed downtown. Arrived around noon and was seated promptly. Several items on the menu were on my list, so I asked Tony our server what were some of his favorites - so happened that his top two favorites were high on our list. Wife had the Bacon, Egg & Cheese Croissant and I had the Mushroom Tartine - both were so delicious! We shared so we each had opportunity to try two dishes. The Rhet is on the lower ground floor of the Alida Hotel (very nice Marriott flag) So all in all we had a great time - awesome food, service and venue! read more

We ate here for my friend's bachelorette today. The ambiance was nice and so was our food. It took awhile for our food to come which was fine because it was pack. We ordered bottomless mimosas. Our server ended up leaving out of nowhere, which caused us to not get so great service. It took a while for someone to come to our table. And we had to a wait a long time to get refills on mimosas we paid for... read more

This is a case where the service really made the experience. We came for New Years Eve with a reservation. We walked through the hotel to get there and it was just beautiful. Very modern but with a cozy vibe to it. The restaurant was the same way. I loved the atmosphere and felt it was perfect for NYE. We ended up with a couple drinks and ordered the steak frites and the special which was a seafood risotto. Both of which were very well done (well the steak was medium rare, but you get it). The flavor was great for both dishes and great portions. We also got the chocolate and banana cake with some espresso for dessert. Delicious! What really stood out to me was our server! I am terrible with names but I think her name was Danielle. She was very nice and personable. Checked in appropriately and was helpful. I had asked her what her opinion was on a speakeasy nearby called the Mata Hari and she said it was a cool place to go. You do need a password and I asked if she had it, which she didn't. She went and asked her co-workers and even texted a friend to see if she could find it for me. I just felt like it was above and beyond since she could have simply said she didn't know. She recommended that I ask the hotel hostess and gave me some other advice. I never did end up finding it unfortunately :( Overall I really enjoyed our time here. The dinner was great, the atmosphere was great and the service was great. Very happy we chose to come here read more

We had the best time at Rhett. Adriano was amazing and recommended the yummiest food. The fried chicken and scallops were 10/10. Music was also spot on. I had absolutely no complaints. Ambiance was also so stinking cute. read more

This is a boutique hotel restaurant. Ok food, ok service, ok selection at the bar. If the whole space hadn't smelled of day old fish, the rating might have been higher. read more

We live in Savannah and have had our eye on Rhett for awhile. But after reading some early mixed reviews we opted to stay away until the kinks were worked out. We finally had lunch there today, and I'm so sad we hadn't gone sooner! Valet parking was a breeze, and the valets were really nice. I appreciate the complimentary valet if you're eating at the restaurant. We came around 1 pm for lunch, and were surprised it was uncrowded. The space itself is beautiful, and I imagine at night it is even more so. The menu was excellent. I don't know how else to describe except it consisted of familiar dishes taken to the next level - but not in a pretentious or "different for different's sake" way. Even at lunch the presentation and attention to detail was there. My husband had the burger - which he said is in his top five burgers. I had the mussels and they were extraordinary; the mussels themselves were excellent quality, and the broth made you want to savor every spoonful. Both of our meals came with fries - crispy outside, soft inside perfect fries. Our server, Nikki, was fantastic - you could tell she liked the food coming out of the kitchen. Drinks came quickly (and were refilled). She was really personable and thought of everything before we had to ask - spoon for the broth with my mussels, two small forks in case I wanted to share, individual condiments, etc. I could go on, but needless to say, we will be back. Savannah can be a hard place to find a good breakfast so I'm excited to try theirs (served until 2!). And we will definitely be back for dinner soon. read more

Wow! So delicious and a great menu. Good variety of all the best things. Get here early if you want the specials they offer. We had a reservation at 7:30pm and they were out of the special. A little expensive, but the food is decent. The pancakes were tasty and my husband liked his croque Scarlett. The bottomless mimosas were $30 which seemed a bit high, but we're good. Nice location within a short walk of several things, too. read more

Lindsey was phenomenal, and the Fried Chicken and Grouper were simply put: perfect. The chicken was not dry, not oily, super crisp and juicy with a peppery overtone and just the right amount of salt, while the grouper was dense with a delicate flavor. Highly recommend the Rhett, have yet to be disappointed with either the service or the cuisine. Oh, and if you have room, the Butterfly cake is a better version of a carrot cake! read more

Beautiful decor and space. Safety precautions in place. Couldn't sit outside due to heavy rain but was placed in a table a good distance from others. Our brunch was overall excellent. My friend ordered the mushroom toast and she claimed it was on of the best things she had ever had. She is a big mushroom lover. My selection was a little less exciting, bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant. Very good but not as exciting. We shared an order of the toasted banana bread and it was the best banana bread ever. Great coffee which is a must and was not disappointed. Can't wait to return read more

Had early dinner, small plates, and cocktails. Great food and ambiance. She crab soup was excellent as were cheddar biscuits with ham.

Everything about this restaurant just says "alright". The food is alright and the ambiance is that of a mid priced restaurant. The big redeeming factor was our service, which was great. I wouldn't recommend for an occasion dinner (birthday, anniversary, etc.) but it's an alright spot for an easy dinner. read more

Overpriced for what it is, but if money is no object, the quality is fine. I'd only go back if someone else is paying

The only spot in town we were able to have breakfast on a Saturday morning without reservations and no wait. While at first this made us a little skeptical we ate there anyways. Only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars was because the service was slow. We ended up eating there twice on our trip and found this to be true both times. However, the food was amazing so the slow service didn't bother us. The omelet was the best omelet I ever had. I added onion and peppers and it was phenomenal. Also got the avocado toast with egg and it was very good as well. Loved how it came with greens. The greens had a light vinaigrette based dressing. The bacon and potatoes were not that good. Bacon was a little over cooked and potatoes were bland. But the phenomenal omelet made up for it. The peach Bellini was also delicious with a fresh peach puree. A must try breakfast in Savanah. read more
