Wish I would have read the reviews on here before ordering some screens- Had four screens burned there are things off and wrong with all of them but one of them was particularly bad. They're all for art prints and figurative. It's completely different than my design- almost like it was re drawn or something. Definitely should have been re done but he gave it to me anyways. As well as little dog hairs or something stuck in parts of the screen. I realize printing isn't always perfect so only asked Chris about a refund for the one screen and for my receipt for the order- 3 different times before writing this review. No response super disappointed. What a waste of time. I use Rheeliable at least once a month, I spend quite a lot of money here. Sure sometimes they may not have an item that I'm looking for but no matter what cris always comes through and gets it the next day or two after. In my opinion that's where planning and thinking ahead won't leave me to the last minute shopping, losing out on jobs, and not making deadlines. In this industry THE BLAME IS MY OWN if I didn't have the right color ink, squeegee, spray adhesive, screens, etc. I've always been treated with respect even if I have alot of questions. Worst customer service EVER! The last time I had him shoot my screens he didn't even wash out the emulsion completely and I had to end up taking them some where else to meet my deadline. But, he's close, so I called him again and he had the nerve to tell me I call too much. Really? Well, I won't be calling anymore that's for sure! I don't recommend unless you like being treated badly and run the chance of not getting what you ordered. Besides receiving the bad screen, he quoted me the wrong prices on other supplies and when I sent someone to pick up my order, they had to end up going back through traffic because he didn't include everything. Also, the squeegee he sold me a few months ago is already starting to break down. NEVER AGAIN! read more
