Wish I would have read the reviews on here before ordering some screens- Had four screens burned there are things off and wrong with all of them but one of them was particularly bad. They're all for art prints and figurative. It's completely different than my design- almost like it was re drawn or something. Definitely should have been re done but he gave it to me anyways. As well as little dog hairs or something stuck in parts of the screen. I realize printing isn't always perfect so only asked Chris about a refund for the one screen and for my receipt for the order- 3 different times before writing this review. No response super disappointed. What a waste of time. Wouldn't go here if your designs are more complicated than simple text. -Updating my review since my last conversation with them after writing this, they finally got back to me and agreed to give me a refund- read more

Sold me some bad ink. Went to return it and got blamed for it. After arguing with owner trying to tell him ink never gets hard unless old, he finally exchanged it but would not refund. bad customer service. Been there on 2 separate occasions where store was closed during open hours. read more

I use Rheeliable at least once a month, I spend quite a lot of money here. Sure sometimes they may not have an item that I'm looking for but no matter what cris always comes through and gets it the next day or two after. In my opinion that's where planning and thinking ahead won't leave me to the last minute shopping, losing out on jobs, and not making deadlines. In this industry THE BLAME IS MY OWN if I didn't have the right color ink, squeegee, spray adhesive, screens, etc. I've always been treated with respect even if I have alot of questions. Great place!! Right off the freeway easy access!! read more

If you are in the the screen printing business and need supplies, DO NOT GO HERE. Harold sold me some bad ink and we ask him to make it right. Just give us credit on some good ink and we can move forward. He refuse and start cursing on the phone. Typical Downtown LA mentality just sell the product and don't worry about customer service. Or standing behind the product you sell. read more

Worst customer service EVER! The last time I had him shoot my screens he didn't even wash out the emulsion completely and I had to end up taking them some where else to meet my deadline. But, he's close, so I called him again and he had the nerve to tell me I call too much. Really? Well, I won't be calling anymore that's for sure! I don't recommend unless you like being treated badly and run the chance of not getting what you ordered. Besides receiving the bad screen, he quoted me the wrong prices on other supplies and when I sent someone to pick up my order, they had to end up going back through traffic because he didn't include everything. Also, the squeegee he sold me a few months ago is already starting to break down. NEVER AGAIN! read more

Yikes! I know. I had a series of unlucky run-ins with printers locally and as far as Burbank and none of them stood up to what I was looking for. Sigh. In comes LA Print and Design. When I met with Christian I made it very clear that I was probably more picky and paid closer attention to detail than most. He didn't even hesitate and was super helpful the entire process through. He made recommendations on more affordable garment companies, design, and was overall helpful through and through. Lets talk about turnaround. Quickest I've experienced with any t-shirt silkscreening company. I've waited as long as two months for orders as small as 50 shirts before -- nightmare. I was relieved they were able to get my order done in weeks vs months. The price, super affordable and happy to be a repeat customer because of the close personal attention to detail and quality service. I wasn't positive on the shade of pink I wanted on a particular girls shirt and Christian kept me updated via text with pictures, about the process, timeline, etc. I definitely appreciated this A LOT. All other printers before LA Print and Design made assumptions about certain things like this then expected me to be happy with the end result. They didn't understand I was super particular because the shirts were a direct reflection of my newly started brand. While it became clear that some of my previous printers were limited on capability, over charging for services and were only used to printing promotional shirts -- these guys were a true relief and handled my order perfectly start to finish.
