Do not trust business with fulfilling your order correctly. Was offered only a small discount on my NEXT order for a terrible job of a pre burned screen that was done incorrectly so I lost $$$. Why risk it again? Lol do better and fix the issue now!! First time around they left pin holes too and this time they missed two different parts of the graphic making it completely unusable. Had the chance to fix it but they missed the mark. Won't be returning. read more

Rheeliable Screen Supply - Terrible customer service - Screen Printing Near Me - Riverside, California

Wish I would have read the reviews on here before ordering some screens- Had four screens burned there are things off and wrong with all of them but one of them was particularly bad. They're all for art prints and figurative. It's completely different than my design- almost like it was re drawn or something. Definitely should have been re done but he gave it to me anyways. As well as little dog hairs or something stuck in parts of the screen. I realize printing isn't always perfect so only asked Chris about a refund for the one screen and for my receipt for the order- 3 different times before writing this review. No response super disappointed. What a waste of time. Wouldn't go here if your designs are more complicated than simple text. -Updating my review since my last conversation with them after writing this, they finally got back to me and agreed to give me a refund- read more

Good supply selection, reasonable pricing considering the store isn't in LA. I've purchased, inks, supplies, platens, a heat press and utilized their service in tight binds, like screen burning and color separations. Good quick go to spot. read more

This company has bad customer service rude on the phone and doesn't have any desire to grow there business. Poor management skills

Chris always takes care of my screen needs and helps me out with files whenever needed.

I use Rheeliable at least once a month, I spend quite a lot of money here. Sure sometimes they may not have an item that I'm looking for but no matter what cris always comes through and gets it the next day or two after. In my opinion that's where planning and thinking ahead won't leave me to the last minute shopping, losing out on jobs, and not making deadlines. In this industry THE BLAME IS MY OWN if I didn't have the right color ink, squeegee, spray adhesive, screens, etc. I've always been treated with respect even if I have alot of questions. Great place!! Right off the freeway easy access!! read more

Don't try to ask questions because they will treat you like crap and take advantage of you. This place has potential but the younger guy there has a know it all attitude. I prefer supporting local business but to be honest this is the last time I will ever go there. read more

Worst customer service EVER! The last time I had him shoot my screens he didn't even wash out the emulsion completely and I had to end up taking them some where else to meet my deadline. But, he's close, so I called him again and he had the nerve to tell me I call too much. Really? Well, I won't be calling anymore that's for sure! I don't recommend unless you like being treated badly and run the chance of not getting what you ordered. Besides receiving the bad screen, he quoted me the wrong prices on other supplies and when I sent someone to pick up my order, they had to end up going back through traffic because he didn't include everything. Also, the squeegee he sold me a few months ago is already starting to break down. NEVER AGAIN! read more

If you are in the the screen printing business and need supplies, DO NOT GO HERE. Harold sold me some bad ink and we ask him to make it right. Just give us credit on some good ink and we can move forward. He refuse and start cursing on the phone. Typical Downtown LA mentality just sell the product and don't worry about customer service. Or standing behind the product you sell. read more

Horrible time management always closed throughout the business hours. Called him 30 minutes before coming and I showed up to a locked gate with no one in sight.... read more
