But managed to find a spot near the business on a stormy Thursday. I arrived a lil bit before closing and Rina was there. She was so sweet and took amazing care of brows and stubborn chin hairs! I appreciated the service and her explanation of the other services offered. Rina also provided me with a rewards card that after the 5th and 10th, get $5 off. I love businesses like this because it keeps the customer coming back and rewarding us for our business! It's a quaint little shop to me and I like the vibe of it.

She does a meticulous job with my eyebrows and upper lip (better than all the salons I've been to in CA, Maryland, etc). She was quick, gentle, and professional with double piercing my ears. I've bought a few of her earrings/belly button piercings and the quality is nonpareil-- they don't tarnish and stand the test of time. It's always easy to get a hold of her to see if she's available and schedule an appointment. Don't go anywhere else! You don't want to mess up your eyebrows, they take weeks to grow back (speaking from experience lol)

Enchanted caught me hook, line, and sinker! The team here has a true and steady local following, and now I know why firsthand. Chin believes only in soaking off the existing nails and will not hurry the visit by using the grinder most places use. He explained to me that it wears away at the strength of my natural nail and that I should insist my nail salon back home takes the time to soak off my nails. With that being said, Chin took great care in getting my very damaged and very short nails back to looking really nice, and we agreed only one tip for a nail that I had bit off so short it was painful. An chimed in on the color selection, and the two of them got me to a beautiful shade of champagne. As I sat in their salon, I lost sight of the fact that I was right off Eastern Avenue. The atmosphere is tranquil and very relaxing. Good conversation was shared between the owners, another team member, and two regulars of theirs who were super pleasant. I even had to remind her to make my nails the same length, which she huffed about. When I washed my hands, she asked if I wanted clear nail polish. I said no, and she said, "You're done." I had to ask about the warm towel and hand lotion, and she brought those out all begrudgingly. I paid in cash, and she just walked off when I asked for change to leave a tip. I always get major compliments on my nails after getting them done. I really love that everyone is masked and the place is never packed, making it easy to not be close to anyone while waiting. Everyone here is very nice from the time you walk in from the time you leave. I plan to keep coming to get my nails done and may even branch out for my eyebrows and lashes.

I waited nearly an hour (my choice) for service and paid $50 for a pedicure that did not meet my expectations. The technician was pleasant, but the service felt inexperienced. My toenails were not shaped properly, my cuticles were not pushed back, several nails were left longer than requested, and my request to cut the corners of my nails was not addressed. The pedicure itself was so light that it barely felt like my feet were being worked on. I was genuinely hoping to find a new salon and wanted to love the experience, but the quality of service did not justify the wait or the price. It simply was not the right fit for me.

Rhea is by far the BEST eyebrow threader in Baltimore City! I have tried every single other threading salon in Baltimore (more than once) and always walked away unimpressed. It wasn't until seeing Rhea, that I was actually THRILLED with my eyebrows. My first experience with her was while she was at a shop in Canton Square. I live in Inner Harbor, so it wasn't very convenient to me, but I would go out of my way to get my eyebrows done by her. She is precise and articulate, and just gets my shape! I had an amazing experience. I came in from out of town to visit Galerie Myrtis for an artist talk and was pressed for time and noticed Rhea's shop was only 4 mins away. I actually got a little lost walking to where the shop is, called and she was so kind to give me detailed directions. Even during my appointment, I started to have a coughing fit and she got me some water! The vibes were immaculate and she was so kind. It really made a world of difference! I was skeptical, because I had a bad experience with the lady at the Gallery at the Inner Harbor. After reading the reviews, I decided to give her a shot and I am so happy that I did.
