I was impressed by the high reviews so I bookmarked it for later. Being from Houston, I have to get use to parking on the street lol. But managed to find a spot near the business on a stormy Thursday. I arrived a lil bit before closing and Rina was there. She was so sweet and took amazing care of brows and stubborn chin hairs! I appreciated the service and her explanation of the other services offered. Rina also provided me with a rewards card that after the 5th and 10th, get $5 off. I love businesses like this because it keeps the customer coming back and rewarding us for our business! It's a quaint little shop to me and I like the vibe of it.

I am so happy I found this location and will definitely continue to come back. The pricing is also very fair and reasonable.

However, I was able to chat with and book out appointments through Yelp and they did send additional information on finding the spot. (See pic) New Year's Eve 2024, (I say Old Year's Day) I had no plans on cheating on my regular brows lady but, a last minute event forced my hand so to Yelp I ran. Poojah (spell check the name) is the Tech/Manager at this branch. It's safe to say I adore her and her skills. I showed her the pic I usually showed new Techs and after a consultation of my own brows, she directed me on how we could achieve the look. I've had 'brow techs I've reviewed on how gentle their service was but! Nothing prepared me for Poojah's skills! About five minutes in, I saw her bringing a mirror for me to check and was taken back because I didn't realize she was finished. I FELT NOTHING. I barely felt her hands around my 'brow area and I thought the consultation was still happening. If pain is your deterrent for getting your 'brows threaded, I encourage you to give Poozar (and I'm assuming any other branches owned by Rhea) a chance. Plus she's so kind! The shop is clean and had a faint scent of burning incense (love that!) December 31st 2024 and my thread cost $15. Booking through Yelp, seamless. I even got my loyalty card so ya know... I'll be back! Thank you Poojah! Happy New Year!!! The End.
