But he got there quickly, was courteous, and careful with the deceased. The way he placed the car against our curb when he dropped it off was masterful. Fast forward to a foggy morning a few weeks ago when I slid off the slippery MoPac access, striking the curb (WHAMMO) and snapping my tie rod, I remembered the good service previously provided and asked my insurance company for their number again. Before I could even blink (thankfully, as I was worried I'd be rear-ended by a texting morning commuter), Randall was there with the flat bed. Nice as can be. ("We're not going far, so I"ll just charge you the minimum.") Now, a broken tie rod, and a right wheel pointing perpendicular to the road and not really connected to anything, increases the difficulty a bit. And I do like my car. A lot. So I was worried a bit. But he did things with the hydraulic ramp that I couldn't imagine(pic added), and safely aboard we were ready to roll. He even complimented me because "usually customers aren't this nice". I was all... It's my dumb fault, not yours. Why would I be mad at you? But yeah, he does see folks at some of their low points. Got to the repair shop, and they told him to put the car in a pretty inaccesible spot, or so I thought. Before I even knew, he had it perfectly placed in a parking spot. Not bad for a car that couldn't roll. Whenever I need towing services, especially north, I'll be calling Tiger Trux Towing.
