Hailey surveyed the crawl space initially (took almost 2 hours) and recommended a system design. The Terra Firma installation crew of Felipe, Orion, Shane, and Dustin spent 8 work days (I have a very large crawl space) clearing the area, removing old plastic and insulation. They installed a real drain system, using river rock as a bed and cover for the perforated pipe and then proceeded to kill the mold, cover the area and on top usimg a thick barrier. A triple pump system was added as well as dehumidifier and radon mitigation. Communication with the crew was easy. I had a twice daily update with all of my questions answered from Felipe and walkthrough at the end of the project.
