Just poured and curing for ten days
    John P.

requested a quote from these guys based on strong Yelp reviews. Quote was right in line with two others but the follow up and communication was far better from the initial conversation. They came out as scheduled three weeks later and again communicated every step of the way. Finished driveway looks great. All clean up was done. Definitely recommend and as others have said just a genuinely nice guy.

The bid was very competitive. They communicated well and were on time. They even added some extras for no charge. The job turned out much better than I had expected. Highly recommend.

Maasi and crew did an excellent job updating my makeshift walkway to a beautiful stamped patio. Polite and professional, he responded to my request for a quote immediately and came out to look the next day. His quote was far more reasonable than others and they were able to get to work within a few days. The weather has been hit and miss for pouring concrete, which requires multiple trips to get the job done, but they came back on every dry day to complete the process. After pouring the pad, a delivery driver walked on the wet cement, leaving a footprint. I texted him and he came back right away to smooth it out! They poured the pad on the first dry day, let it dry for several hours and came back to apply the stamp. Once it dried enough, he covered the pad and placed cones to protect it. After several days of rain, he came back out on the first dry day and washed the concrete and applied the sealer. Thanks for the great work and excellent customer service!

We wanted a sidewalk put in from our driveway to our back door. The sidewalk turned out great, just how we wanted it, and they cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Maasi was great to work with! Communicated clearly and promptly. Would definitely recommend!

Before. Weeds everywhere, high slope that made it difficult to get the trailer in, muddy, and ugly.

Oasis concrete has earned all five stars through great communication, reasonable pricing, and excellent skills and service. Maasi was responsive to questions and feedback in order to make this project exactly what we envisioned. The three-person crew showed up on time, worked well together, and Maasi continued to consult with us throughout the day to make sure the project was going as we wished and to problem solved a couple of small issues having to do with the existing structure along the way. I could not believe it only took them one day to make this dramatic transformation. In the end we could not be more pleased. Two other companies flaked on us before we called Oasis concrete. Don't make the same mistake-call them first.

    Before concrete removal

Had a great experience with Oasis Concrete. Maasi was quick to respond to my request for a quote. Always got a speedy response to any call or text as well. It wasn't easy finding someone to come and remove old slabs of concrete. I'm thankful that Oasis came out to my property, looked at what I needed, and gave me an honest quote with no hassle. The work was scheduled quickly, done professionally, and over all a great experience. Maasi was great to work with, easy to talk to, and professional.

Hot tub pad and a lounge patio with retaining wall

Maasi and his crew did a great job on my fairly sizable job. He provided an estimate pretty quickly, asked good questions, and was responsive to our questions. It was hard to find contractors as responsive as Maasi. They created 3 concrete pads and a retaining wall. The finishes were different for each pad and included a sand washed finish, a trowel finish, and a broom finish. All were great. His crew cleaned up after they left and worked incredibly hard every day they were here.

Maasi and his crew replaced our disintegrating sidewalk and did an excellent job. They were careful about not damaging the sprinkler system, which was very close to the sidewalk, and clean up every day was very good. I appreciated that Maasi provided guidance about the permitting process, and he communicated well throughout the project.

    Finished patio

MASSi is great! This little concrete company is really amazing, they showed up when they said they would, went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Our patio turned out beautifully. The price was extremely competitive, we felt like we got our moneys worth and we're not overcharged. I highly recommend this company for their courtesy, promptness, professionalism, integrity politeness, etc. We are very pleased with the work they did for us. I highly recommend them!

(The work site was accessible from the alley so we we didn't need to be home for him to review it). A week later, I texted and asked if he'd been by, and if he had any questions. He sent a bid, which was lower than others and we booked him for the work. On the day of, Joe announced that he was charging us twice as much because he didn't know there was any demo/paver removal involved- which he would know if he'd looked at the site before bidding the project. We were frustrated but agreed because the timing was critical for the next phase of our project. The bid was for 8" deep, with rebar. I came out when he was 1/3 of the way into the pour to discover Joe was pouring 2"-6" deep, with no rebar. When I questioned him, he flatly lied and said it was 8" depth until I offered to get a measuring tape, at which point he admitted it wasn't. He then tried to pour using our uneven pavers as the form. When confronted he noted he'd use an even edge- we afterward discovered he used lumber from our property for framing the pour. There are so many more issues, I wont outline them all. The end result cost twice as much as originally bid, and may need to be jackhammered out so that it can be poured correctly.

The old driveway was removed on Friday. On Monday the forms and rebar was installed. Then the cement truck arrived and the concrete was spread evenly 6 inches deep. The surface was smoothed out evenly. Then, Coca-Cola was sprayed over the surface which prevented the top layer of cement to harden. Later in the day, Joe returned and washed the top layer of concrete away exposing the aggregate. The finished product looked exactly as Joe said it would.

Be aware: Your estimate may be nowhere near your final cost…read more We purchased a house that had a shop with squirrel burrows under it. I called TerraFirma and a couple other companies to get quotes. RJ arrived and I explained the issue. He took about 45 minutes to inspect and gave me an estimate for under $4,000. I was happy with that, signed the agreement, and cancelled the other companies' visits. A date was scheduled for a month later (just before Christmas). The technician Jeremy arrived on time and prepared. He was easy to get along with. A few hours after he informed me that he finished about 1/3 of the shop and that was all the foam in the estimate. He told me that he could stop or continue, but there is an extra cost. I felt like I really had no other option but continue. Jeremy seemed to empathize with the situation I was in and did what he could to keep the cost down. After all was set and done, my $4,000 estimate had turned into almost $10,000. I was unable to get in touch with RJ to talk about it at the time. He left a voicemail stating he was on vacation, but would elevate it with the team. After the new year I left voicemails with Victoria, the project manager, several times over a week and a half with no return call, even though being told she was in the office. I finally explained my issue with the person who answered the company's main line and that I had left several messages with no response. She advised that she would send an urgent note to Victoria and her boss. The next day I received an email from Victoria simply stating the technician had already given me a break and that I signed the authorization for additional work. I understand overages and that estimates are just a best guess, but my final cost was way over twice the original estimate, my calls were ignored, and the company does not seem to be concerned that my project was $6,000 over the estimate. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with them again.

They decided the ramp would look better widened a bit as it approaches the door with a slightly elevated side on the curved part to lessen the slope, and it is better than we thought of. They even carried the pattern of the ramp out into the driveway which is hard to describe but made the front of the house look like a coherent and attractive whole. The pattern of the back patio was changed by them into one with smaller sections and somehow the patio looks quite a bit bigger and better. At the end we could have chosen exposed aggregate or a smooth surface for the driveway and ramp and they advised exposed aggregate even though it adds three steps to the process that take quite a while and there was no increase in price. The exposed aggregate gives better traction for an accessibility ramp which they wanted to provide. I only wish there were more contractors like Royal Kingdom Masonry. I am lucky enough to have a father-in-law who spent his working life doing this sort of thing and I quietly asked for advice at every step. All the suggestions they made were correct and designed to improve the strength and durability of the final job. They did a thorough cleanup, fixed tricky sprinkler heads they needed to move, and left our house looking twenty years younger. They also gave us a really good price which is important. They are also really nice people to have around your house. I wouldn't think of using another firm.

I uncovered these bags after they left the job site and, when questioned about the matter, they claimed this was all our wall needed. I should have made them dig up the bags of fill and made them use rock but they assured me it's how these things are done for small projects like ours. After the workers were made aware of our concern and discovery of the bags, they became quite hostile to us. The job site manager was especially rude and made disparaging remarks about previous work done around our place by another company. Now, 16months later, the wire mesh is bulging out excessively between the poles and the areas where they used the light weight bags has sunk down and is soft to walk on.
