It just about looks like where the concrete is going to eventually crack? It's been a couple months now but maybe it takes longer for that to go away? The patio roof is fine on the straight part, other than the sections are not even - couldn't put the skylight where we wanted because it wasn't 24 inches wide so the skylight wouldn't fit there. all of their crew did not know how to properly fit the 90 degree angle side to the straight side. one side of the angle was not attached properly, but the other side was done correctly. Looks like one of their guys knew what he was doing and how to use the connecting metal brackets but the guy on working the other side of the beam did not. Even though that section will eventually be covered up/closed off with a ceiling it looks unprofessional. Also, on the front facing side of the roof there was a board that stood up in the inside corner that would not allow the roof flashing to lay flat in the inside corner that would hinder the water flow that would be draining to the gutters that we had to fix.

I called 3 references and talked to two, including the church mentioned in another review. All said their work was satisfactory. This business does not have an Oregon CCB license. When I asked about that I was told by Jacob that they were working on it. That should have been my first red flag. The price they quoted seemed reasonable based on a previous quote I had been given a few years before. When they came the next day they did a good job of power washing, although we had to expressly ask them to clean up the dirty overspray mess they made of our back porch. Neno made a lot of promises about how he would come back if there was something we were not satisfied with and they even wrote on the invoice that they were giving a 3 year warranty. At the time I questioned why the cracks didn't really look like they had been filled. They told me to wait until it dried and it would plump up. The next day I sent them a few pictures of areas that hadn't been sealcoated at all. I have given up on expecting the cracks to have been filled. They responded once saying they would call me when they finished the current job they were on. I never heard back from them. A few days later I called from a different phone and Neno answered. I explained that I was trying to reach them to have them sealcoat the areas they had missed. He set up an appointment for 11:00 am the next day. They never showed. I am sure their 3 year warranty isn't worth the paper it is printed on. In general, their work was substandard and their business practices were dishonest. "Oh - I injured my foot - next week for sure." I wait for the next week and again no one shows up. I wait a few days and contact him. "Oh - my foot is still injured - but next week for sure." Guess what - he did not show up the next week and then just stopped responding to my texts. I understand that delays come up but why is it my responsibility to have to repeatedly contact him when no one shows up on the scheduled date again and again? If something comes up, LET ME KNOW! And if you don't want to do it, LET ME KNOW! After a month of having my texts ignored, we gave up on him and contracted with the city to do the repair.
