They even provided one the spot renderings so we could envision what the final outcome would be. I can't begin to explain how they turned our project into something that is showcase quality. Their attention to detail and professionalism is of the highest standards. The crew were respectful of property, genuinely professional and they completed our project in record time. After thinking about it we went for it and he and his crew knocked it out in a week and were able to finish with exposed aggregate that matched the existing deck area and walkways. It turned out amazing, we are very happy with it and the entire crew was easy to work with. They were able to quickly address any changes or problems as they came up. Neno and Son Seal Coating and Asphalt were going door to door in my neighborhood. I agreed to have…read morethem power wash, crack fill, gator patch and reseal my driveway. I called 3 references and talked to two, including the church mentioned in another review. All said their work was satisfactory. This business does not have an Oregon CCB license. When I asked about that I was told by Jacob that they were working on it. That should have been my first red flag. The price they quoted seemed reasonable based on a previous quote I had been given a few years before. When they came the next day they did a good job of power washing, although we had to expressly ask them to clean up the dirty overspray mess they made of our back porch. Neno made a lot of promises about how he would come back if there was something we were not satisfied with and they even wrote on the invoice that they were giving a 3 year warranty. At the time I questioned why the cracks didn't really look like they had been filled. They told me to wait until it dried and it would plump up. The next day I sent them a few pictures of areas that hadn't been sealcoated at all. I have given up on expecting the cracks to have been filled. They responded once saying they would call me when they finished the current job they were on. I never heard back from them. A few days later I called from a different phone and Neno answered. I explained that I was trying to reach them to have them sealcoat the areas they had missed. He set up an appointment for 11:00 am the next day. They never showed. I am sure their 3 year warranty isn't worth the paper it is printed on. In general, their work was substandard and their business practices were dishonest. Worked with AG on a multipart/day project where he and his team expanded a slope, built a retaining…read morewall around that slope, carved out a section for gravel + wood stairs, and then backfilled the top with 1/4 clean crush gravel for a low maintenance finish. I added descriptions for each picture but you can tell there was a lot of care and detail that went into leveling out the area, digging out the soil, moving it to the wall area, and getting that pretty square corner out of these curved blocks! The right side of the stairs (looking at it) is sloped and supported by the dirt that's also supporting the retaining wall. The left side is a sharp dirt edge which we left like that with a bit of a gap for a future fence, so no point smoothing it out. Very communicative, happy to make adjustments, double checked that everything was well explained before working on it, and reasonably priced. They got this job done in no time and made some intense work look easy, highly recommend.

I was originally told a time frame 1-2 weeks earlier than what happened, which is one of the reasons why this is losing a star. Eric, the construction manager, came by with Dan a few weeks later to do an initial construction walk through and he also suggested adding another level/ stairs and helped me figure out a drain situation. I appreciated the feedback and ideas. Overall, both Dan and Eric went the extra mile and were responsive when I reached out. The week of construction, communication on when they were coming, progress, etc could have been better from the Crew itself but it is a sub-contractor.. (which is the other reason for one less star). The team worked hard in 80+ degree heat 5 days in a row, were very polite to me and the job was done quickly. Eric did a final walkthrough with me and I pointed out a couple minor flaws and they were quickly repaired the following week to my satisfaction. Overall, I recommend this company as they back up their product and have a good warranty. I had an old asphalt driveway that was failing, cracking and wavey, forming pools of water that…read moreturned into ice during winter. I wanted to replace it with a permeable paver surface because of our wet climate here in Springfield. My original contact was StaBuilt Constriction who then subcontracted the demolition and repaving to Milthon and his Crew of two. The StaBuilt project manager told me the job would likely take 7-10 days depending upon the weather. It was early October and fortunately a dry but very cold week. Milthon and his crew showed up early and stayed late every day putting in long 9-10 hour days. They demolished the old driveway and started the site preparation on day one! They proceeded to grade, compact and began laying down pavers on day two. The new driveway was expanded to a 20'x50' surface constructed with more than 20,000 paving stones packed with a compacted sand and gravel base. They graded the new driveway perfectly to carry water off and away from the house while also installing a gutter drain system under the new pavers. The "Crew of Two" were awesome in their expertise of reconstructing my driveway. I could not be more pleased and satisfied with the work and finished product. They completed the entire project in just 3 and 1/2 days!
