They installed our beautiful paver patio with a french drain 5 yrs and did an awesome job!! We had no hesitation when scheduling PLS to power wash the patio and replace the polymeric sand. I asked Dave what the power washers PSI was, he indicated it would be a 3,500 PSI. We'd always used a battery operated 450 PSI power washer so I researched the appropriate PSI for washing pavers. Everything I read recommended a 1,000 to 1,500 PSI which caused concern. Given PLS installed the patio and our comfort with their services we trusted PLS and dismissed our concerns. A 4,200 PLS power was used to power washed the patio which severely damaged the edge of multiple pavers. Dave offered to look at the results. His response was "they did exactly what they were suppose to, to clean out all old sand. When he asked "what resolution would satisfy us"? My response was, I wish I would've selected someone else to complete the work. Short of that I wanted PSI to replace the pavers. Dave's response was, "they don't make that color any more". I'd file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau however PLS isn't accredited with the BBB. I also couldn't find PLS on the OR Landscape Contractor Board. We definitely won't be utilizing PLS in the future.

I explained to him that, due to the size of my yard, I'd probably need to do my projects in phases, and he gave me some good input into the order of things should happen. He followed up with a proposal that night, with each area separated so that I could see the price in phases. His guys came out a couple weeks later to install a fence. They were courteous and hardworking, but what I really loved is how they would hold each board up, and then flip it to see which side looked and fit better. They did a great job, and I also liked that they were here at nine, took a lunch break, and left by 3:30 to be back to the office by 5 each day. Since I already knew what I was paying, I wasn't worried about them racking up an hourly wage or anything, and to me this showed that the company cares that their workers get to have a life and they're not just rushed through each job, slapping up boards as fast as they can go. The results speak for themselves! I love my new fence! I can't wait for the other projects I've sign them up for.

They took my scattered ideas and turned them into a beautiful, low-maintenance space that fits my style and actually works for how I use my yard. They mixed in native plants, added some great hardscaping, and even built a rain garden that will help with some drainage issues. The whole crew was always on time, respectful, and knowledgeable. One would think employees would know a weed from a plant so instead my yard was decimated of /plants and their idea of weeding was hacking at them not pulling them... spreading lightweight cedar chips in a windy area doesn't work either and spreading them where they're not supposed to be spread he is also incompetence.. My brother wanted a back patio area with a fire pit. He didn't know any pavers in the area and neither did I. I reached out to Stone Turtle (I also called around to a couple of other places and Stone Turtle had one of the best prices) and found them to be super helpful and accommodating. Adam came out for this estimate; his quote was comparable to the other landscapers but I chose them because he was very personable and attentive to details when providing the estimate. Within two weeks of signing the contract, the demolition team was already out to start the work! Even more, Adam was very responsive to emails and even texted me immediately back whenever I had questions. As a first time female homebuyer with little experience in home renovations, I was very glad he always took the time to explain my options given my budget. The hardscaping game crew was trustworthy, knowledgeable, and a great group of people. They were always happy to initiate quality checks and explaining the process so I knew what was happening. Our HOA pays them $2,000 a month, and they don't even clean up and haul away the dead leaves and fallen branches. They just let them set all winter in the flowerbeds. Despite ongoing complaints from owners, there has been no improvement! We have asked our HOA Board to replace them with a more reliable company! I wouldn't recommend Quality Tree Service to anyone!
