They were responsive and helpful, and constantly willing to support or adjust however we needed. The installation work is excellent, the windows are superb, and the work was done faster than expected. They are beautifully installed - really nice from the outside and inside. Multiple neighbors congratulated us when they saw, which was unexpected and kind of funny. The ambient difference is amazing. Our previous windows let in so much heat and the new ones are cool to the touch on the hottest days. Granted the old windows were failing, but still. It's a great feeling. Would recommend these folks to anyone who wants a smooth, fast, quality experience getting new windows for their home.

The flippers also didn't prep the siding properly so paint was bubbling/peeling/etc. We got many quotes, and about half said to replace the siding. We selected Prestige due to the knowledge and price. I did extensive research on them to validate that they do a good job, and went to see a job they had in progress to verify their workmanship. We worked with them to determine schedule, paint type, siding type, underlayment type, and water damage repair options/cost. They were very flexible with options and rightly adhered to workmanship which guaranteed warranty (vs my bad internet research suggestions on how to fix things). I'm very happy with their work and really appreciate the work they did. I would strongly recommend getting multiple quotes just so you're educated on the method for fixing problems and the different types of materials and methods that people are using out there, then you're more capable of discussing fixes/options with the contractor that you select.

I read dozens of reviews, went to BBB, their websites, social media. I really do my homework when looking for contractors. While I did get 5 bids, only Legit Roofing actually spent time explaining in great detail their process, products, and warranties and answered all questions we had. The others simply sent me an email with their quote. Will and Dylan were excellent. Came to my home at 6pm on a Friday evening. They spent nearly 2 hours, measuring, explaining their products and all that Legit does to ensure they provide the best roof with the best warranty in the area. 50 year warranty cannot be beat! Their customer service was heads and tails the best, and ultimately why we chose Legit. Their price was a bit higher, but their customer service, attention to details, and quality of products earned our business and this review. They came to our home about 2 weeks later to do the install. Took about 2.5 days total for our 2800 sq ft home. The crews made sure at the end of each day to clean up after themselves, which as a parent and pet owner, I really appreciated. About a week after our roof was complete, Caleb, their quality control guy came out and did a walk around with us to find out how we felt about our new roof. We had nothing bad to say. They were great from start to finish. We highly recommend them. We are considering them for gutters and siding now too, and we have no doubt that we'll be getting quality service and products when we do.

Steve repeatedly replied "no worries" when I mentioned the bank was taking longer than anticipated and I kept him up to speed on my attempts to solve the issue on check delivery. When we were two days past the date the bank said Steve should have been paid, we agreed I would call the bank. On the day we agreed I'd call the bank, Steve lost it - multiple text messages and then he started another text chain with other folks in our network to defame us. All while I had done everything as promised. If he wasn't willing to wait for me to call the bank he could have said so. Instead, it was "thumbs up" to texts and "no worries" replies. You're probably thinking the payment was months late. Nope. 11 business days. He also doesn't provide an ability to pay the invoice other than a check - which in this day and age means an online billpay. I can't comment on quality of work (some reviews say his window fixes don't last long - as mentioned by L C. on 7/22/2023) time will tell. I hope his work product is better than his demeanor and customer service.

When we were seeking bids, Straight Line was extremely professional and gave us a very top notch presentation. That, combined with the pricing, were the reasons we decided to use them. But we had a big bump along the road.... The work was originally scheduled for late June, but had to be pushed back due to their schedule. Unfortunately, the first couple of days of their work intersected with the last couple of days of our vacation and we were out of town when they began. I will NEVER do that again -- with them or any other contractor. On the last day of our vacation, we received a call from the project manager saying that his crew showed up in the morning to work and saw that our house and shop (a separate outbuilding) had been broken in to. The doors had been pried open with a crow bar (conveniently, an item being used to demo the old siding). Several items had been stolen from our home including both TVs, a brand new lawnmower, and several items that belonged to my dad who is no longer with us and are, frankly, irreplaceable. While it hasn't yet been proven by the sheriff's office, it is very difficult for us to not conclude that the break in was related to the siding work. In 25 years of existence, our neighborhood has never had a break in. We were shook up and our neighbors were shook up. Someone was in our home, in our 18-month-old's bedroom, in every room in our house, going through our things, our file cabinet, our drawers. We feel violated and it has marred our whole experience with the siding. Otherwise, there were several annoyances like the crew playing extremely loud music from their truck, working at our house until 7:00 or 8:00 at night, leaving cigarette butts around the yard, etc. that we probably wouldn't have worried about except we were so rattled by the break in that it just added a whole nother level to the project. So, despite their professional presentation of the bid and the amiable project manager, we are glad to have our property back to ourselves and the siding project completed, and we hope the person that broke in to our home is caught ASAP.
