The process of ordering is pretty straightforward, but notice that they don't include an reference to delivery in their paperwork. I ordered in February, was told 2-3 months, and here I am in late September still waiting. To make it worse, I only get an update when I finally get ahold of someone and they tell me they're probably on the next truck. They aren't on the next truck. I know its not the fault of the guy who gets stuck answering the calls. I feel bad for him. They simply aren't designed to follow-up with you, and they don't intend to commit to any timeline with you. I wish I'd paid with credit card so I could contest the charge due to lack of delivery. Learn from my mistake. There are local window companies that have more skin in the game.

Exceptional Service from Anderson Glass Co…read more While doing some DIY work, I accidentally broke a large picture window in my living room. After calling a few places for quotes, I reached out to Anderson Glass Co.--and I'm so glad I did. Leslie answered the phone and was incredibly kind and understanding. She immediately sensed my urgency and, unbeknownst to me, was already contacting one of their service technicians while we spoke. Before our call even ended, she had arranged for Dwayne to come out that same day to assess the damage and provide a quote. Within an hour, Dwayne and Cale arrived. They were friendly, professional, and extremely efficient. They explained that the repair would take about an hour--and to my surprise, their quote was less than half of what other companies had quoted me. Even better, they managed to free my 100-year-old window frame without causing any damage to the surrounding molding. To save time and cost, they took the window back to their shop for repair and returned the very next day to reinstall it. The result is flawless--my living room window looks and operates better than ever! I'm so impressed with the quality of their work and their outstanding customer service. I'll definitely be calling Anderson Glass Co. again when it's time to reglaze the rest of my old windows. Life got the better of me, and I didn't have a chance to pick it up until 3 months later. When I called to confirm they still had it before going they said it had already been picked up the same week it was ordered. Well, eventually it seemed there was nothing I could do to convince them I'd never even been there, even though the day and time it was picked up I was doing something else entirely. I simply ordered and paid for another mirror from them. They made me pay full price a second time. This time I insisted I wouldn't pay until I picked up. The mirror seems good quality and they got it done quickly again. But having to pay twice left a sour taste in my mouth. I would certainly not choose Anderson Glass again.

One screen was left in the garage, two screens were sticking. Trim work promised not done at all. I had to have another contractor do it. A gap in one of the sliders with no trim to cover. One of the windows did not slide correctly. And then took a long time to get the job finished. We ordered 4 sliding glass doors and several windows in December and installation was mid April. Milgard technician could not come until June 28th. And all he did was make some minor adjustments and spray with Silicon. No defects in the screens not sure why we had to wait for Milgard. In addition communication lags were up to a week. Again no one told me they were finished. I figured it out when I got the invoice. It was then that I heard that the screens were defective and needed Milgard to come out. Then there were some explainable phantom texts to me that I never received. Then a form for rebates was sent and when I completed I hear back I don't qualify. I interviewed 5 companies and went with 4 Seasons and Jamie as they were competitive in price and really liked Jamie. i think the company does good work but in this case there must of been some other job more urgent. Overall the job is done but far too many issues and lack of follow through. I would not use them again.

He helped me pick the best windows for my house and even installed newer framing around my windows, checked my other windows to make sure they were installed well and communicated on my behalf to Clark Public Utilities. I felt comfortable having them in my home, they were very nice. One of them even offered to help carry my groceries into the house (I was quite pregnant at the time). Definitely would use them again.
