His bid was very competitive and his attention to detail was top notch. Luis gave me the option of Sherwin Williams Super Paint but I preferred Dunn Edwards Evershield paint. He kindly setup an account with them and passed on the material discount to me. His honesty and transparency was reassuring. He has a 3 person crew that took 3 days to complete a 3,750 sq ft 2-story home. This required about 40 gallons of body paint for 2 coats and about 5 gallons of trim and 2 quarts for 2 doors and 2 gallons for retaining fence wall. Day1 was power washing and caulking. Day 2 part was more caulking, covering windows, doors, concrete, patio furniture, cameras, etc. painting started in afternoon. Day 3 was more painting and trim finishes and removing coverings and putting everything back (patio furniture). The 3 person paint crew put in 8-10 hours each day and cleaned up after themselves. I am really impressed with their work ethic from start to finish and the final result. They have changed the look of my home to be more modern and pleasing to the eye. A lot of drivers slowed down to take a look and many neighbors on Nextdoor also commented how good the house looks. The key to any pain't job is the prep and this crew did a fantastic job with that. They did the job like it was their own home, showed a lot of care and paid attention to the details. They were open to any feedback and addressed my concerns. The final result is very high quality. They took all the Emory paint buckets and trash with them. I would whole heartedly recommend Luis at Pacific Painting company to you. 5 stars
