I needed a large invasive tree removed from my front yard, so I reached out to Arbor Care Tree…read moreservice (among a few other companies) for quote. Amongst all the quotes, they were in the median price range, but they had the largest portfolio of positive photos and reviews, which is why I selected them for this service. Scheduling was fairly simple, and the service went well as scheduled. However, due to the invasive nature of the tree, it started to sprout back. Upon notifying Arbor Care, they were quick to send someone to come back and address the tree again at no additional charge. There have been no issues since. I appreciate their helpfulness when a re-service was required. I have already referred them to others through word of mouth, but wanted to do so on this platform as well because they deserve the praise for a job well done. Thank you!

We needed to research tree trimming because our HOA dinged us for overhanging branches on our…read moreneighbor's property. Same day we got the note, we came to Yelp to research trimming services. We read the reviews, and picked Three Trees. Octavio was from the first moment friendly, open, and reasonable. We asked for a quote on Friday night and he showed up Saturday morning, armed with an extremely fair quote, and less than an hour and a half later was finished - and the trees look fantastic! Trimmed beautifully as we requested, and all of the waste cleaned up as if it was never there. He was friendly, got the job done and did it right, and made me feel as if his service was a good investment - which is all you can ask for from a service contractor. Plus, our trimmed trees don't look like scraggly, naked trees - they are still full and aesthetic. We are definitely going to use Three Trees again, and if you want quick, skilled service at a great value, you will too!

UPDATE: I'm unfortunately changing my original review. I was genuinely happy with Octavio's work,…read more which is why I left such a positive review and said I'd hire Three Tree Services again. I've since tried repeatedly to do exactly that and have been ignored. I contacted Octavio multiple times about a friend's storm-damaged mesquite. No response. Now my own tree needs additional work, so I contacted him again about the tree he previously serviced. He read the message and, again, no response. He even ignored my neighbor's requests for service. Just no response. I understand being busy or not wanting a job. A simple "Sorry, I'm not available" takes a few seconds. Repeatedly reading messages from previous customers and simply ignoring them is unprofessional. His original work was good, but that doesn't matter much if you can't get him to respond when you need tree service. I won't be contacting Three Tree Services again.

Then, this week a neighbors Sisso started creeping into my yard. Called to have them come out and kill off the root that was in my yard. When speaking to Brittni on the phone she was so thorough in getting all the info and was knowledgeable about what the process would be. She made sure it worked with my schedule, and left copious notes for the person who would come out. Then I spoke with Howard about the sprouts, and he guided me through the process of solving the issue on my own without them. He knew this was an easily solved problem and essentially gave up a job because it was the honest thing to do. Incredible! Honest, knowledgeable, hardworking.
