You might have a good experience once with with a contractor, maybe twice, but by the time you have a third amazing experience, you know you found a gem in the rough. We have many stories, but the latest is from the past couple days. There was water leaking through the wall (!!), Dave came over and quickly assessed what was going on. Then the next morning we saw that the situation has deteriorated and it was actually something affecting two separate units. This was on Saturday night and Sunday morning-- Dave was over in 20 minutes immediately on both days helping us mitigate the damage which was considerable but could've been much much worse. so now we're here on Sunday afternoon, Dave is replacing a water heater, mitigating water damage with eight fans running ... diagnosed the original source of the problem and documented it all on an SD card for us. The quick summary is that a clogged toilet led to thousands of dollars of damage. We're not happy about it, but now we know what happened, and in Dave's hands we're gonna get back to some sense of normalcy here soon. Dave puts his heart... And sweat... into his projects. The first tech that came did not have any equipment other than a broken snake only around 10 feet long. The second tech had more equipment but could not resolve the problem and would not further search for the stoppage. Instead, we were told, "Have your septic system pumped out and see if that fixes your stoppage. If it doesn't, call us back and then we'll try something else." Discussions with their management resulted in no better treatment. We gave up on them. Sewer Surgeons, (Chris and Jordon) however, came quickly, made the correct diagnosis, cleared the stoppage and installed a better cleanout drain for use in the future. They went above and beyond to find the actual stoppage. They were not deterred by the blazing heat or the resulting work required to remedy our problem. If you have a plumbing problem call Sewer Surgeons. You will be glad you did!

It's been leaking for months after the repair and since this is a rental house and we had Christmas in between, the tenant informed me about 2.5 months later that there was still a leak. I had to dig some of the pipe to find that 5 inches below the faucet there was a fitting that was still loose and leaking. When called the company to come over and take care of the leak they wanted another ~$500 to take care of ~1ft of copper. Even the manager over the phone said and I quote "Even if you had called me the next day after the repair, we will still had to invoice you for the fix" WHAT?? What kind of licensed plumbers are this guys that won't stand behind their work? I just hope they take care of the customers going forward, remember the market has ups and downs and although you are enjoying a never ending supply of customers that will not last forever. One of the worst companies I ever deal with.

This unit has an automatic shutoff if water is detected in drain pan. When we have very strong thunderstorms, the paper cover on the sensor will become wet and shut off the water. I called to ask about this problem and they sent 2 plumbers who spent 15 minutes in the attic, told me there was no roof leak and charged me $86. This is after spending a lot of money with them over the years. These folks have gotten too expensive and so I will looking for a new plumber.
