He replaced the old PVC with copper lines. He attached multiple photos of the work to the invoice so we could see the work which was nice. The office staff was incredible friendly and responsive. Initial complaint in August 2025 was noise coming from one of our AC units. Tech was excellent explained what he found but stated there were other concerns needing to be addressed. After new furnaces were installed, cooling efficiency on original unit seemed off. Tech came in May 2026 and said everything looked good. Recent visit had different tech who stated had refrigerant leak and would need a new unit. System is 3 months past 10 year warranty. After declining recommendation, told tech I was going to get second opinion. He did not proceed with the maintenance visit. Also on invoice he noted need for new capacitor and soft start and additional refrigerant. Nothing was written about needing new unit. Second opinion by Devards stated system running OK without need of any repairs. Contacted On time to voice my concerns and was told they would let management know and get back to me. 24 hrs later and have not heard back. Selected this company as they were supportive of military veterans and advertised at the American Legion and offered discounts. If anything, I feel they exploit. Do not recommend!
