After an initial phone call to discuss locations and preferences, I received an itinerary that did not include any of the islands I had expressed wanting to visit. Once we discussed revising that itinerary to include those places, I never heard back after reaching out several times. I wasted over 1 month trying to plan my trip with them and I had to reach out several times in order to get a response or follow up. We ended up booking with a Greek travel agency which was overall cheaper and much less hassle.

She mis-booked our family, put the wrong name down for my wife, making us not be able to board the plane. We had to sit in the airport for over an hour and a half waiting to get all this fixed out, fortunately we arrived early enough and the airlines fixed it at the very last minute. Of course, while all of this is going on, Allison is not answering any of our phone calls, she responded to me a few days later saying she was on vacation (which is very difficult to know that she won't be there to help). I asked for her to assure me that this would be fixed on the flight back, because I did not want to have to deal with this problem in Mexico. But dont worry... it was not taken care of. Same issues in Mexico, and oh wait, did they have one of my kids on the flight home, absolutely not.... And to top it all off, I had Allison sign my parents up for a room with a king bed, and of course it was two queens.. Did Allison fix this? nope. And then after complaining to her after all this is over, I try to be nice and ask for some type of refund on the wrong room, and she never even gave the courtesy to follow up. Please, find a different travel agent

I first contacted Brandon via email to inquire on what I could do to get my rate back down. After a few days, I called and left a voice message. several days later he got back to me (over a week total) and said we needed to wait to get closer to the auto renew date on my policy before we could do anything. Once that happened I reached out again via email. No response. I called and left a voicemail a week later - no response. I called several days later again and still no response. I then called the safeco 800 number and got to someone who was able to answer a few simple questions for me - took all of 5 minutes. Long story short I shopped for another insurance vendor and saved myself almost $200 on the same exact policy through Mr Brandon/AAA/safeco. To be honest, had Brandon gotten back to me with any response at all, I probably would have renewed even at the higher rate just out of convenience - however because Brandon chose not to respond to my simple inquiry, I decided to spend my $$ with another company. Bad customer service has its consequences. Hopefully this feedback will not go unnoticed.

Additionally, I sent an email the same day to the mailbox replied in the response from customer on this review so he can be contacted securely which has not happened either. Go figure. My fiancé took his vehicle here on November 4th where various work was done. This included a coolant filler neck, a cooling system flush, rear brakes, rear rotors, a right side wheel bearing, and a power steering test. (The dye was inserted and and we were advised to come back at a later date because the leak could not be located). Also TPMS and engine sensors were replaced. The car was finished same day and ready for pick-up. To his surprise, the check engine light sensor was still showing on the dash. Fast forward to November 18th on his way to dinner with family, the car completely cut off. We tried having it jumped, but our conclusions led us to believe that the alternator was bad. It was towed back to Bob Sumerel, where the alternator was replaced, and a new power steering line was installed. He also paid for a power steering system flush. We received a call two days later on November 20th that the car was ready. Within hours after picking the car up for the second time and being assured that everything was installed correctly, the car once again cut completely off. It should be noted; this incident occurred while my fiancé was on his way to pick his daughter up early morning for school. After some highway travel, he departed his exit, and the car cut completely off in middle of the street, which led presumptions again to a bad alternator which was supposed to have been replaced. Thank God he, nor the kids were with him. Furthermore, thank God he was not on the highway, as I am sure you can imagine how dangerous this could have been. Once again, he had the car towed to be serviced. During the third inconvenient trip for repairs, after being told twice previously "the repairs had been made", one of the mechanics expressed that the "new" alternator had went bad. It was also expressed that one of the certified mechanics had taken apart the coolant hose, and forgot to connect it back, which led to coolant being leaked out of the car. The alternator was replace again, and the coolant hose was reconnected. At this point, it is questionable whether either parts were replaced in the first place as promised. It's also unknown why the additional issues weren't found during the first or even the second visit as the same issue was reoccurring. Furthermore, after retrieving his vehicle we noticed a substantial amount of gas used, and a car freshener which was on the drivers side is missing. Additionally, we also observed that the vehicle was leaking coolant fluid, and the shift lock released button has disappeared, (must have been popped to loosen the steering wheel when the car was completely dead). Lastly, the engine plate was not put on correctly, leaving the engine partially uncovered and the positive volt cover from the battery is now missing, causing the battery's positive cables to be exposed. In conclusion, after almost $3,000.00 in repairs and towing charges to now notice things missing, leaking, used, and not professionally completed; to say we are upset is an understatement. This is a business he has entrusted to conduct honest, reputable, and reliable work. To be inconvenienced, not once, twice, but three times, is preposterous and after reviewing previous YELP reviews, it appears we are not the only customers who were deceived by this company.

WW required payment in full prior to the trip, so travelers had to trust the company to provide the amazing trip they advertised. On their website WW claims to specialize in a unique concept of "standard accommodation" with 5 star reviews. We stayed in low budget hotels for 7 nights. We spent 3 of those nights in a hotel that was more like a 60 year old hostel. The bathrooms were musty and had no shower curtain, the sheets had holes, the rooms were cold and the thermostats did not work properly. Breakfast was to be included at each hotel. What a joke! At the second hotel breakfast was cold bread, hard boiled eggs, a banana and yogurt. Nothing hot was offered. WW markets its services to clients by promising educational trips with a fully guided tour, yet a tour guide was not hired for the Acropolis, the most important archeological site in all of Greece. People were disappointed. We were told, by Simone, to google sites on our smart phones and then take turns guiding our fellow travelers through Athens. Most of our activities were freebies meant to fill our time. One day we drove to the top of a mountain and stood under a modern windmill. Simone said it would be thrilling - I was not thrilled. When I got home, I researched the cost of hotels, car rental, and the three meals WW provided. I discovered I could have booked this trip myself for $1,575 less than what Wanderlust/Wanderlearn charged. Simone provided the cheapest trip possible and greatly profited from her clients. I feel cheated.
