She called the airline (who now had its call center overwhelmed) and waited on hold updating us along the way. During that time I did internet searches for possible other ways to get to Germany and could find none. We gave up hope, but Mary did not. She kept at it and after 3 hours on hold with the airline was able to find a way for us to land in Germany nearly 4 hours later than originally planned. The hours she spent working for us was probably more than she would have liked, but she has won our business forever. 100% recommended.

She got us set up with everything so quickly and even made sure the hotel could accommodate early check in and late check out due to our flight times. When I had a question once I arrived at the hotel, she responded immediately. She helped us find fun things to do and when we planned a last minute day trip to Disneyland, she was available for questions I had and to help us book our tickets. I can't recommend Jenn enough as a travel agent. I was able to relax and enjoy my vacation rather than spending my time stressing over the details.
