Private showers with a toilet and sink. The one connected to the office is semi private. We tent camped and were on site T2. Very spacious and grass pads. So no matter the size of your tent it will fit nicely. Ours is in the photos. 13 ft in diameter. The pool, playground, jump pad etc were all in great shape and well maintained. The camp store had all the things you made want/need. Text the office and they'll deliver to your campsite even if you buy firewood. Lots of hardwood trees for shade. No raccoons or critters at night messing with your things. Quiet and peaceful environment and lots of squirrels and birds to see/watch. 40 minutes to downtown Cincinnati. Casino less than 10 miles away for those who like to gamble, premium outlet mall close by as well. Definitely will be back! The only thing I could suggest is swings for bigger kids & adults. I love to swing. lol

Our stay at this RV park was extremely disappointing due to serious safety concerns, poor…read moremanagement, constant noise issues, and overall lack of cleanliness. The biggest issue involved multiple off-leash dog incidents. While walking my leashed dogs one evening, we were aggressively approached by another dog that was not on a leash. I was able to pick up my smaller dog, but my larger dog had to defend herself. She has never been in a fight before and was simply protecting our pack. This was a dangerous situation that could have easily resulted in serious injury. I reported the incident to Animal Control because dogs roaming off-leash in required leash areas is unacceptable. What made the situation worse was how management handled it. The owner approached my husband and me aggressively, yelling at us to leave immediately and falsely accusing my dog of being the aggressor. She even violently shook our fence and demanded it be removed, despite other campers having fences in place. We were told to move by the next morning in December, despite being in a winterized site, which caused unnecessary stress and cost us a $40 lost deposit for a temporary site. After reviewing security footage, the owner later admitted we had done nothing wrong, but there was no apology or acknowledgment for the false accusations and threats. The park also has a major issue with inconsistent rule enforcement. After we were required to remove our fence, other campers were allowed to keep theirs in place for months. This creates an unfair environment and leaves guests unsure of what rules are actually enforced. Another ongoing issue was the frequent loud music. Music was often played loudly from nearby sites, making it difficult to relax, enjoy the evening, or have any peace at our camper. This happened often enough to become a major frustration during our stay. The condition of the property is also poor. The roads are entirely gravel and filled with potholes, especially near the entrance. When it rains or snow melts, these become large muddy puddles that make walking difficult and can be rough on vehicles. Because this is a small park, smoke from neighboring campers also becomes a problem. Marijuana smoke frequently drifted into our area, making it unpleasant to open windows or sit outside. There were continued safety issues as well, including another camper's unattended dog getting loose and approaching my dogs. The owner didn't even realize their dog had escaped, which only added to the ongoing stress. Cleanliness is another concern. Dog waste is often left around the property, creating unsanitary conditions and obvious health concerns. Overall, while the location may be convenient, the combination of aggressive management, unsafe off-leash dog incidents, loud music, poor maintenance, smoke exposure, and lack of cleanliness made this a very stressful and unpleasant stay. I would strongly encourage pet owners and families to consider these issues before booking.

WORST EMPLOYEES EVER!!!! ZERO STARS!!! let me start off by…read moresaying, the park itself is nice. the lake is nice, the spots are nice. they dont have a dog park which majorly sucks, and theyre overflow parking is a joke, 4 spots. but other than that the park is fine. However, the employees are the rudest, pushiest, most argumentative people i have ever met at a campground. and it starts right from check in and never stops. theres one guy (we call him Rambo because he walks around with a gun acting like hes a tough ass) who insists on "helping" you back your camper into your spot, like we havent been doing this for 10years... and he screams at you and gets an attitude if you dont do EXACTLY what he says. ITS NOT NECESSARY RAMBO ! Get over yourself and leave the people to do their own parking. and second!! and this is a BIG ONE, we witnessed and recorded the 2 male employees literally tackling and wrestling a camper to the ground and holding him down, smashing his face in the rocks... all because he came to pick up a little cargo trailer after check out time, and apparently owed them more money. THERE IS NO GOOD REASON TO TACKLE YOUR GUESTS TO THE GROUND, EVERRRRR!!!!!!! and both the employees had weapons, Rambo with his gun, and Crocodile DunDee (as we called him) with his huge knife on his hip. (they didnt use the weapons at all, but still had them on their hips, completely unnecessary) cops came for hours after the incident and the camper is pressing charges against them. and that was just one situation that happened while we there. They called our buddy who staying there at the same time , screaming at him that they were having a tow truck sent out immediately to tow his camper out of there because he was a day late on rent. So he rushed home from work in the middle of the day to go to the office and handle it, only to find out that his rent wasn't due for another 4 days!!! and you think he got even a hint of an apology from anyone, NO! DO NOT STAY HERE, do not give these people your money!!! which by the way is only cash because they dont accept cards, and they make you pay everything up front with No Refunds, absolutely no exceptions. These owners/workers are crooks, theyre bullies, theyre rash and pushy and unapologetic. you couldnt pay me enough money to stay here again. ever. go somewhere else , anywhere else. especially if you work on the road, they seem to have a major problem with workers, like us. absolute trash, they should be embarrassed.

We left our headlights on and needed a jump before we left and he and his lovely wife were kind to help us with that, too! It's unfortunate that the ride in looks like meth lab row, but you can't help who your neighbors are. When we got there in the early afternoon, the office was closed. We reluctantly drove through and immediately left. They can keep our money and use it for some clean up. There were about 4 run down campers that looked like permanent residents. It was dirty, unkept and felt unsafe. There was a random car parked in our assigned spot even though there were plenty of empty spots to park. I don't know how this place made it to the top of nearly every list I looked at. We landed a few miles away at Whispering Hills RV Park. It was beautiful, clean, very family-friendly and cost nearly the same as Three Springs.

A reviewer said it was "quiet and peaceful". This does not sound like the same park we stayed at. A 2-way railroad track runs directly behind this park with whistle- blowing trains running every 15 minutes to 1 hour throughout the day and night so we could not get any sleep! The opposite side of the park is bounded by a noisy I75. When I complained to Naomi in the office, she cheerfully said I understand, cancelling and refunding our remaining nights. I also remarked that their website is deceiving because it never mentions the park's proximity to train tracks and the interstate while over- stating its tranquility!

If we put our awning out it covered our neighbor's electric and sewer hook ups. Literally, we can not put out our carpet and chairs. The picnic table that is provided can not be placed on level ground. As I toured around the campground, I found more than 90% of the sites to be like ours and some are worse. And to make all of that worse, there is a freight train line that runs right along the edge of the property that has a train coming through about every two hours 24/hrs. a day. It seems as though this campground was thrown together to capture those who come to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. That was the first question they asked us. The campground has potential if they rebuild the sites that were simply thrown together.
