One particular staff member I believe name is Travis as well as the wife, are at the center of all the issues for both vendors and wedding couples. Throughout the evening Travis interrupted my set trying to tell me what the clients wanted when I'm the one that is in constant communication with them before and during the event, trying to tell me things that the couple want that I knew they didn't. He caused dead air time by having me leave my post to confirm details that were not true. He also was extremely rude to the bride and groom and their parents, and became extremely hostile towards me with a variety of threats (none which meant anything to me but a lot to him) because I wanted to accommodate the bride, groom, and parents with a small amount of extra time (30 minutes) for their wedding day. Shortly after the angry manchild Travis approaches the stage with hostility, which lead to the event ending with me letting everyone know that the venue needs to shut down. It's also worth noting that many of this venue's Yelp reviews express the same experience of incredible rudeness from staff. The venue did not care about their big day, and were not willing to sacrifice 30 minutes with extra pay to make the couple and their families happy. This venue literally only cares about volume (number) of weddings and not quality (one of Travis bragging points when being hostile was reporting on number of weddings the venue did that weekend, which was modest at best) they are strictly in it for short term gains. Also the venue has terrible electricity and outlets. The ceremony was almost ruined completely by the venue because the outlets they said they had prior to the event kept tripping, and literally only one speaker was being used. All in all this is an awful venue especially for vendors and I highly recommend people to look elsewhere for a venue that will actually take extra steps to make your wedding special. There are PLENTY of venues that are superior in every aspect and those venues should be the ones earning your money, not these money hungry people.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Symphony Hotel when we attended a concert at Memorial Hall. We really love the place. The location is fantastic. The lounge and the restaurant were nice to have on property. Having spent many years in hospitality and many more years traveling for work my wife and I both noticed things that keep your property from being the best it can be. For the past 20 years we have stayed in different Marriott properties with comparable pricing and amenities to the Symphony. The Symphony did not come close to the standard of the cheapest Marriott. We hope you can take our comments and improve upon what could be a great property. We were greeted wonderfully and attentively by Worley. He did a great job communicating and making sure we had reservations at Vivaldis, which as it turned out were not needed. However he was in shorts and a T-shirt. I get it, times have changed. But for the traveler we don't think decorum has changed quite that much. Our whole stay the uniform for management seemed to be T-shirts and casual shorts. Very unprofessional. I would expect that at a motel charging $69 per night. Not a boutique hotel in the $150+ range. When we got to the room we noticed several little things that added up quickly. You could tell the room had been given a cursory dusting just around items on horizontal surfaces. The lamps and such and behind things had not been touched. In quite a while. One lamp was leaning and loose on its base. A 30 second fix at most. Our AC was malfunctioning when we arrived. It was leaking profusely. Whilst it was taken care of in a timely manner the fact that someone had not checked the room prior to our arrival is a bit of a let down. Especially considering the number of rooms you have. When we picked up one of the glasses provided for guests to drink from we found it was stuck to the table. Cleaning solution? Someone else's beverage? No idea. Luckily we carry our own glasses with us just in case. The coffee machine had a used pod in it showing it had not been cleaned or checked. It also had a blinking light indicating it needs a descaling. There were mismatched mugs which could be a fun thing, except based on what was in the 'breakfast' area it did not need to be. The coffee was not checked when someone brought up towels leaving us having to ask for a coffee refresh. Dinner was good, but not great. The menu did not match up to the one online though and a couple of items we were looking forward to were no on the menu. The barrata should have been room temperature but was straight out of the refrigerator cold. Our Ravioli was very underdone, not even close to al dente. We told our waitress we were attending the concert, but when it came time to pay our bill I had to hunt her down. As it turned out she forgot we were there. I'm not sure how that even happens. After the concert we went to the little rooftop patio that Worley had shown us. There was very little lighting and only half of that was working. It could have been a great space. The grab and go breakfast could be a nice touch, but the presentation was less than professional. Items were in original containers rather than in carafes. It did not look well attended to. It looked more tossed together. Overall the place is saved thanks to being a lot of fun with the rooms, the theme, and the location. Otherwise I'm not sure we would even consider returning.

John, Brett, Jim, and Shawn were all very knowledgeable about Cincinnati, it's important founders and businessmen, and the cemetery itself. It is such a beautifully maintained place that any nature lover would appreciate. The Segway instructions were made clear, and they would never let you get on or off the Segway without one of them holding on the handlebar. We all felt very safe. Highly recommend this tour.

The bus runs between the airport and downtown Cincinnati. The stop is at 4th street and Vine, just behind the Westin Hotel and by Sleepy Bee Cafe. The fare was only $1.50 each way, when Uber quoted me $25 per ride, and the bus runs every 20 minutes on weekends. Needless to say, TANK was a no brainer. I saved money and arrived at the airport before my friends who Ubered. Another public transit hub is on 5th street, along with a streetcar that runs through downtown Cincinnati. You can easily walk to those (one block) from this stop. TANK is an excellent airport transportation choice, whether you're visiting downtown Cincy for an event or staying in a hotel. There's a Grater's ice cream shop a block away, so treat yourself to a cone with your savings from taking the bus.

I…read morehave been hangaring my airplane here for about 9 months now and other than the bumpy taxiway (reminds me of the interstate in the 80's and 90's). The people here are wonderful and the ability to learn from some of the best aviation has to offer at one location is worth being here. Everything here from flying lessons to mechanics that know most airplanes better than some mechanics know cars. It is great. I call this my home away from home now and proud of it.

I ordered both food to go and ate within the restaurant. They are pretty fast at making the food, however, there was barely anyone at the restaurant both times, so my order was out of the kitchen pretty fast. I ordered a burger one night and got something with chicken the next day. It's a decent enough restaurant and bar for a hotel and is a great place to meet up after a long day in meetings, or at a conference, or to escape an event.
