I have never been to Southern California, but she was able to find us a beautiful, clean, and reasonably priced hotel 5 minutes away from the wedding venue we were attending. When we realized a week prior to our flight that we would need a rental car for our trip, she was on it. She got us set up with everything so quickly and even made sure the hotel could accommodate early check in and late check out due to our flight times. When I had a question once I arrived at the hotel, she responded immediately. She helped us find fun things to do and when we planned a last minute day trip to Disneyland, she was available for questions I had and to help us book our tickets. I can't recommend Jenn enough as a travel agent. I was able to relax and enjoy my vacation rather than spending my time stressing over the details. She is well traveled and handled all of the research and planning for us. I will definitely be utilizing her services for all of my future travel plans!
