Horse drawn carriage tour is not to be missed. Words cannot describe lunch at the Grand Hotel. Sitting on the world's longest porch in the sun enjoying that fantastic view... well, you all got to go! Our driver Len was the most competent, friendly and just an all around swell guy. Always at the door to assist passengers. Greetings with a smile each day. I hope he's our driver for upcoming trips. Plenty of stops on the way for bathroom breaks and stretching, or grabbing a bite. Our tour guides Martin and Bev were fantastic keeping us entertained and informed. They took care of luggage and getting everyone's hotel keys, venue tickets, and above all doing a head count after EVERY stop! Our driver Paul was awesome! I felt totally at ease reading, doing a puzzle, or sleeping. Very safe operation of the behemoth 56 passenger bus. Meals included were always a multiple choice of 3 entrees so something for everyone. Some venues were a little rushed but that was due to the weather. All in all a great time.
