The only issue I had was my reservation was made for 6:30pm and we arrived early like the email had stated, the couple before us had arrived late so we ended up having to wait about 45 minutes because of them. They did a great job of keeping us comfortable while we waited though, even allowed us into the hangar where they keep the planes to take a peek at the awesomeness they had! The tour was quick but the pilot was really good about telling us what we were looking at and answering questions we had. I purchased a Groupon to surprise my boyfriend for our Anniversary. He has never been in a helicopter before and was excited but nervous to try it out. Tony was our pilot and we were also assisted by Collin. The whole experience was outstanding from calling to book the reservation to the flight itself. The waiting area is beautifully decorated and calming. The guys were easy to talk to and put everyone at ease. Collin Drive is out to the Robinson on a golf cart and reviewed the safety procedures, then took pictures of us that he later sent us. We took the park tour and it was amazing. Since it was my boyfriends first time he sat up front with the pilot. Tony pointed out all the amazing lAndmarks and gave us a lot of history. BF said he never even thought to be nervous which is amazing (we rode in a no-plane once, different story lol) We stayed in Cincinnati and later saw the helicopter giving other tours so that was pretty cool too! We arrived for our appointment and waited a few minutes for the helicopter to come back then we jumped in the golf cart and were driven right up by the helicopter so we didn't have to walk much. The staff member took a several photos of us in front of the helicopter and in the helicopter without us having to even ask and they turned out beautifully. The flight was right around sunset so it was perfect. Kyle the pilot was friendly and knowledgeable about Cinci. We flew over downtown and over the river. The flight was short 15-20 minutes, but was lovely. The staff member immediately sent our pictures to us at the end. Great date experience. read more

I purchased the Cincinnati Skyline tour for two off Groupon for Stratus Helicopters and was thoroughly impressed! Steve, the owner, was very easy to work with during the appointment set up. He was very informative, easy to talk to, and really took pride in his business! He sent the email confirmation with details. He was extremely flexible with changes due to to weather. The staff was amazing! Steve and Carrie escort you into the helicopter, take photos, and send them to you! The flight is about 15 minutes. Kylan was our pilot. He was excellent! We took the night tour of the Cincinnati Skyline. He was social, knowledgeable, and made sure we took great photos. I would definitely do this again! Stratus Helicopters makes it super easy, and the price is totally affordable. Book online, drive to the airfield, they walk you to the helicopter, take some photos and off you go. You fly over the river, the downtown area, the stadiums, while the pilot tells you whats what. Super smooth and just awesome, you have to do it to understand! Totally worth it. Saw a deal on living social for these guys and have it a try. The tour was fantastic and the experience was unique, quirky and so much fun. Well worth it and I'd recommend it for anyone looking for a date night experience. The low rating is because we were repeatedly asked if we would like to tip the pilot. We were asked during the orientation, as we were walked out to the helicopter and once again as we were walked out. Very off putting and resulted in zero tip! read more

This was awesome. Everyone has to take this helicopter ride. We loved the Cincinnati skyline, stadium, river, and the view of KY as well.
