We dealt with a travel agent on a previous trip to Disney that did not help us much so we were a little skeptical. Lesley put any worries we had to rest. She was responsive, professional and you can tell she genuinely cared about our vacation. First of all, we initially booked a Disney cruise with Lesley that got cancelled because of COVID. Lesley put a lot of work into the planning for that trip with nothing to show for it. Despite this, she was there for everything we needed this time. We went to Disney in February 2021 so the COVID restrictions were still very much in place. Lesley offered us invaluable advice. Resort options were limited and Lesley recommended Coronado Springs. It was a gorgeous resort with a great pool for our kids. She also made sure we understood how to maximize our park experience. As a result, we got about an extra hour of park time daily and knew exactly which rides to go on first. Due to COVID, food orders were all done via mobile ordering. Fortunately, we had Lesley so we did not miss a beat there. She again offered amazing advice on how best to utilize the mobile ordering system to minimize wait times. This allowed us to focus more on having a great time in the parks and less on logistics. Lesley also helped us get on Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. Without her advice there is no way we would have gotten on this ride and it was probably my favorite single ride of the trip. Lesley also reached out to us on the day we left to wish us well and ensure that she would be there if we needed anything.
