It was amazing and I would highly recommend it!

I Feel Cheated! I…read moretook a trip to Greece with Simone Kuzma of Wanderlust/Wanderlearn. What I "learned" was never to travel with this company again. WW required payment in full prior to the trip, so travelers had to trust the company to provide the amazing trip they advertised. On their website WW claims to specialize in a unique concept of "standard accommodation" with 5 star reviews. We stayed in low budget hotels for 7 nights. We spent 3 of those nights in a hotel that was more like a 60 year old hostel. The bathrooms were musty and had no shower curtain, the sheets had holes, the rooms were cold and the thermostats did not work properly. Breakfast was to be included at each hotel. What a joke! At the second hotel breakfast was cold bread, hard boiled eggs, a banana and yogurt. Nothing hot was offered. WW markets its services to clients by promising educational trips with a fully guided tour, yet a tour guide was not hired for the Acropolis, the most important archeological site in all of Greece. People were disappointed. We were told, by Simone, to google sites on our smart phones and then take turns guiding our fellow travelers through Athens. Most of our activities were freebies meant to fill our time. One day we drove to the top of a mountain and stood under a modern windmill. Simone said it would be thrilling - I was not thrilled. When I got home, I researched the cost of hotels, car rental, and the three meals WW provided. I discovered I could have booked this trip myself for $1,575 less than what Wanderlust/Wanderlearn charged. Simone provided the cheapest trip possible and greatly profited from her clients. I feel cheated.

Getting there for a later flight also meant a lot of food was closed. It was 8:30pm and many restaurants were already "bar only." I wound up getting a pasta, mozzarella, pesto salad from the Farmer's vending machine, which is my go-to for a quick pick-me-up so that was fine. Although, this machine didn't provide any plasticware, which I thought was odd, so I had to find my way over to a quick service counter and ask. Even our little Louisville airport provides plasticware with their vending machine food. Not my favorite airport, but it got the job done.

Great location and comfortable hotel!…read more This is my first time staying in this hotel, and I would rate it a solid 4. Located in downtown Cincinnati near the Fountain Square, this hotel is in a excellent location close to many restaurants, landmarks, and the free tram. When we arrived in our Lyft, the bell men came out immediately to help us unload our luggages. The check in was a breeze and we got adjacent rooms on the same floor. The hotel has a decent gym in the basement, a restaurant on the second floor serving casual meals, and a 24 hour convenient store offering candies, beverages, and even umbrellas. As for the room, it was spacious with good storage space, comfortable bed, and a bathroom with a nice shower. Our room rate was $149 a night, and it was discounted due to long term stay over 3 nights). Wonderful hotel with reasonable prices and everything you need. Will return!

I was in town for a quick two-night stay and had a room at this location of the Courtyard by…read moreMarriott. Overall, I had a good experience and would stay here again, but it did have its pros and cons. I'll start with the cons because they were minimal... The valet was understaffed and it impacted my ability to get in and out when needed. They have a great texting system for contacting (and tipping) valets ahead of time and were upfront about asking to give them at least 30 minutes notice. Well, I did that and it still wasn't enough time. One time I notified them well in advance and my car was there, but I ended up waiting at least another 10 minutes for the valet to come back from getting another car before I could get my key. This meant it was upwards of 45 minutes of me waiting. Not ideal. The other con was that the room I was assigned the first night had the loudest humming sound coming from the bathroom that kept me up all night long. It wasn't the white noise that you can usually drown out either. I ended up using a sound machine app on my phone and it still didn't help. I called down to get a new room, which they were happy to do, even upgraded me, but I found it odd when they said they are aware of the issue, there just doesn't seem to be anything they can do about it. As for the pros... The location is prime time baby! Right downtown near restaurants, bars, coffeeshops, and the stadium, etc. It was very easy to get to being right off the major interstates that run through Cincy. Their staff were incredibly friendly. I wandered down to the marketplace in the lobby late one night to get a bottle of water and they gave it to me for free. Much appreciated! My rooms (plural since I had to be moved) were extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. Both had a nice view, too. As I mentioned before, I would stay here again. I visit Cincy roughly two times a year for work, so I have no doubt I'll be back.

Full disclosure: as recently as a few years ago, I didn't see what the fuss was all about in relation to Walt Disney World. The movies are fun and many of characters have been ever-present throughout my life, why the need to visit? Then Disney announced an entire "Star Wars" world and it hit me right between the eyes. Kristen and Lesley started planning our January trip last August. EVERYTHING was taken care of. From the time we got on the plane at CVG to the time we got off the plane at CVG, we didn't need to worry. The food was delicious, the "cast members" were helpful for so many varied reasons, the park was immaculate, and the rides and attractions fit our family perfectly. I was a little apprehensive about the rides thinking they might be too much for our 5 & 6 year olds; by the end of the week, Macy was begging us to get on "The Barnstormer" and had her hands raised the entire time, screaming with glee! Thanks Lesley for delivering a trip that was, of course, magical and practically perfect in every way! °o°

Not only looking amazing with a great attitude but her drinks are superb. Looking for a rooftop bar hotel with great service & great drinks who can also set the mood right for your experience see Callie #1 all star. Okay, let's talk more about this hotel location. Location is unbeatable- with great views and peaceful energy along with being so close to basically anything you wanna do in the Newport & Cincinnati area this hotel is super for you for any occasion. Now let's talk about cleanliness- unbeatable compared to most hotels I have been to, this hotel is on the very top of the list when it comes to its cleanliness. And most friendly. Okay, now let's talk about more of the customer service at the front desk. We have to give Tristen some credit- and a whole lot of it. She made us feel welcome soon as we came in & started out our day at the hotel with super informative information about the local events and activities going on during our stay. Amazing service and people. Now let's add more to this by giving Joshua the assistance management team some credit in the all star service this hotel have. He was fast and efficient in answering and addressing any of our concerns while we were there. And this is great feedback about a few of the team at this hotel but doesn't speak enough justice because the whole crew has just the same energy and great attitude making this hotel atmosphere just unbeatable compared with so many other hotels I have been to in my past. This hotel is the best. Thank you all.

The fitness room is excellent. I was disappointed they didn't have a pool or hot tub. The property is in a great location. Parking is not included. They do have a rooftop bar which is great and they have live music on some nights. The breakfast includes pulled pork as well as the standard yogurt , eggs, and sausage. They do have four and corn tortillas for tacos or burritos. My favorite was their bagels that are fresh and just the way I like them chewy. The rooms are kitchenettes with a large frig and microwave. but no toaster oven. My only complaint was that the shower soap and shampoo etc aren't well secured to the wall with tape that gets wet and releases the bottles onto the floor and they didn't get around to fixing them during our 4 night stay.
