A fire in Chicago meant that all flights were being canceled around the US. This included our…read moredream vacation flight to Germany. We called Mary who swept into action. She called the airline (who now had its call center overwhelmed) and waited on hold updating us along the way. During that time I did internet searches for possible other ways to get to Germany and could find none. We gave up hope, but Mary did not. She kept at it and after 3 hours on hold with the airline was able to find a way for us to land in Germany nearly 4 hours later than originally planned. The hours she spent working for us was probably more than she would have liked, but she has won our business forever. 100% recommended.
