This led to me getting charged twice out of escrow and I am still battling with them to get refunded. In all my time with Allstate, I have never seen nor spoke with Ken Lindsay and this experience is a testament of his poor leadership. I will never do business with Allstate again.

After her refusal, she hung up on me. When I called back and I protested about being hung up on, she replied, "You aren't a customer here anymore, so your complaints will fall on deaf ears...I'm not afraid of you." She then hung up on me again. If I had known that switching agencies due to a nearly 50% savings in premiums (nothing personal) would result in such rude and unprofessional treatment, I would not have chosen Best-Walker in the first place.
