In the shop I was told that I would get a phone call to give me an estimate when he got a chance to look over it. They never called to give an estimate. When I dropped my gun off I also left the new sights that I'd bought online. They came in a bag with all the tools and manuals with them. This bag - and my old sights - were thrown away. I also have posted before and after pictures of the damage done to the slide during the process. Overall for paying over $130, I expected better results and service.

Two grumpy employees sitting around and acting superior to anyone who makes the mistake of coming in. You try to be friendly and joke around with them to lighten to mood and they just miserably stare at you like you are an inconvenience for being there. I can confidently say I will never step foot back in this store or spend another dime there. What a shame, first range my dad ever took me to over 20 years ago.

All the questions I didn't know I had, were answered as well. They took the time to help my wife who had questions as well looking for a firearm of her own. Fast forward, I placed a few orders and within a week the firearms were ready for pickup. I went in, did the background check, and was out of there in under 20 minutes with the firearms in hand. We then chose a 9mm GLOCK for the gun rental, 200 rounds of 9mm 115 grain Luger ammunition, and a silhouette target. I provided "eyes & ears" for each of us. Total for all this and 2 hours of range time was approximately ~$120. My friend paid because I wasn't shooting, just coaching. My friends HAD A BLAST and REALLY ENJOYED learning how to shoot a pistol. Neither had experience with a pistol before and soon they were "all in the black" on a target ~10 feet downrange.
