I contacted Eurway and asked how I could replace these drawer pulls and they directed me to Collectic Home. I spoke to Joni Greeson on the phone and she was very helpful and understanding. I knew that this was a very unusual request and a long shot, but I didn't want to replace the whole buffet, so I thought this was the only feasible option. Joni invited me to come by Collectic Home and see if they could help. I brought in the drawer and an employee was able to hammer in a new rail in the drawer and measured to find the pulls needed, Joni gave me two sets of brand new pulls in the packaging and directed me through the showroom. I asked where I could pay for the pulls and she said that it was no charge, I could not believe it! The pulls fit perfectly and my buffet is functional again. Thanks again to Joni and her staff. Depending on the size of your grill and burgers (not slider's) you can only smash about two or three burgers at most. We initially used it on our grill but ran out of propane so had to finish on the stovetop - which actually ended up being a good learning experience. There is no grease trap on the griddle like many others, so watch out for those flames! I would not recommend using this indoors AT ALL...at least for smash burgers. After only one use, it has started showing signs of rust. I diligently followed their prep, wash, oil and bake instructions and dried it thoroughly. Their instruction manual says don't fret over rust; scrub and re-season if needed....we shall see. Bottom line: we got the griddle with no press at $179 (now it's $159.99). With the press - it's currently $199.99. Sorry but anyway you buy it, it's just not worth it for the quality. While their other products may be great, I personally do not recommend this griddle.

The store has been significantly understocked across the board most of the time. So many products are locked up behind glass unnecessarily. You have to wait quite a while to get someone to open the case because they are understaffed. That in no way reflects that professional attitude and helpfulness of the staff. They are always friendly here. It is just hard to find what we're looking for and get access to it in a timely manner.
