Look like he had no idea what I was talking about, and when I asked him if he knew which fuse I needed, he stated that he didn't know and that he can't put his hands on my car due to a policy I left and when I came back to buy the fuse I needed he was helping a customer putting his hands in their engine, etc.. Turns out my hybrid uses a less common 12V battery and it's located behind the passenger side dash, making it a trickier install. I was surprised when ChatGPT (don't judge me) recommended Batteries Plus over other options because I figured they only did phones, etc. Thankfully this gamble paid off. Worth noting: their website has a model lookup that said the battery wasn't in stock but I decided to call them anyway. Thankfully it was there and the associate put it aside for me. There's a small upcharge for "tricky installations", which this definitely was. My back hurt watching the poor guy twisted over the center console installing my new battery. AAA confirmed that Batteries Plus's price was very fair too. Thanks for getting me back on the road!
