I had visited another auto parts store a block away and didn't receive the help I needed, substandard service... so I came to O'Reilly instead... expecting a similar experience. They made this holiday season a LOT LESS STRESSFUL o am truly grateful. The difference in customer service was immediate. From the moment I walked in, every person I interacted with showed professionalism, respect, and genuine care. The associate who first helped me was a newer hire, and they handled the situation with patience and grace. When the issue became more complex, they didn't guess or pretend to know -- they escalated it the right way, which shows good training and leadership. That's when Jay, the installer/service specialist, stepped in. Jay led by example, not just by helping me, but by using the moment to teach and guide the new employee. He invited them to learn alongside us (with my permission), explained what was happening, demonstrated the right way to handle it, and then let them practice with support. It was real leadership in action -- confident, patient, respectful, and kind. Jay didn't make me feel like I was a burden, a problem, or someone who should "already know this." He treated me like a human being and a customer worth showing up for. He solved the issue quickly, clearly, and professionally -- and he did it with a spirit that made a difficult day easier to carry. I also want to recognize Spencer (manager) for setting that standard, and to thank Lamar and Harry as well. Everyone I saw was responsive, professional, and taking care of customers the right way. This team is organized, communicative, and clearly takes pride in what they do. I left not just with my problem solved, but with a sense of respect and loyalty to this location. This is the kind of store where customer service, leadership, and training actually show. Kudos to the entire Broadway team. You've earned my respect and my business from here on out.     Super helpful they have a really spacious parking lot kind of just for them so it works out really…read morewell. The staff is amazing and really helpful. They do free check engine light checks and they let you know kind of what is wrong. They're not a whole mechanic obviously but it's a great way to kind of get an idea of where you do need to go.
