Walked in showed the representative the battery and walked out with a new replacement. Funny thing: I hooked up the battery and my alarm didn't register there was a battery, so I waited to see it would register...nothing . Other rep tested the battery I brought back in, then pulled and tested my old battery from the back to ensure that they indeed issued a new battery.
