My legs felt fantastic the next few days after this. For the cryo, I think I may need some more sessions there to see the real effects. I was in the cryo tube for about 3 minutes and yes it was freezing cold but not sure it had any major benefit for me. However, the man there was able to explain the actual benefits to me upon request. This place is great. It has friendly staff and a wide variety of treatment and recoveries. This was a great way for recovery. We had a 630 reservation. They have two sauna rooms, two cold plunges one colder than the other and a salt room. I braved four steps and that's all I could push myself to today. You rotate through the rooms or plunges, showering in between which I appreciated. A couple things, they give you two towels to use, one to sit on in the saunas and warming benches but not everyone follows the etiquette. Most people come to relax and it's hard to do that when some people talk so loud or make noises in the saunas. Not sure how that is monitored by staff. They do a great job keeping the excess water off the floors since you are barefoot unless you bring an extra pair of flip flops or shower shoes. They offer a wet bag, which was appreciated. The staff are kind. Check in and check out is easy. They have a great referral program. There was probably 15 people there during our two hour session. Definitely a place to check out. It's in a little plaza on the end, cute zen decor. Parking in the lot, but may be tight depending on the time of day.

When I first joined, the staff themselves would add eucalyptus to the sauna water to create a pleasant aroma. Because that had been their normal practice, I asked if eucalyptus could be added again. Instead, a staff member accidentally added the wrong product, which created a strong burning smell in the sauna. Rather than taking responsibility for their own mistake, they blamed me for what happened and canceled my membership. What disappointed me most was not the mistake itself--everyone makes mistakes--but how it was handled. Instead of acknowledging the error and resolving the situation professionally, they chose to blame a loyal customer who had been coming there for nearly a year. I expected much better customer service and accountability. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this sauna.
