The space boots you put on go up to a certain level (7, i think?) and you can tone up and down the level of compression yourself as you sit there during your session. My legs felt fantastic the next few days after this. For the cryo, I think I may need some more sessions there to see the real effects. I was in the cryo tube for about 3 minutes and yes it was freezing cold but not sure it had any major benefit for me. However, the man there was able to explain the actual benefits to me upon request. This place is great. It has friendly staff and a wide variety of treatment and recoveries.
