It's out the way, but you're if in area, that's perfect. I already do hot yoga weekly and this session was hotter than the studio I go to. So I would not recommend beginners start with this class. Overall was a good experience. I enjoyed the hotter temperature. Good flow, nice speed. I just wish the instructor had a mic hooked to her so we could hear her a bit more clearly. They also provide cold mini towels at the end of your session and ice pops! This place always caters to people who wish to go to a sauna, cold plunge, and gym workouts. Those are more for people who have a membership with this establishment directly. I'd come back.

When I walked in the studio there was no one at the desk. I wandered and found the bathroom to change after work. Then I followed suit to the other people and figured out where the yoga room was. No instruction, no welcome, and no idea what was going on. Hot yoga was unbearable and definitely not welcoming to new people. So fast and the instructor definitely could see the struggle. Not knowing the area, I looked on Yelp for recommendations and was impressed with the comments & 5 star reviews. I reached out, and they responded promptly. I was able to make an appointment for the day & time needed. The entire experience was 5 plus stars. From making the appointment through the massage & even after. Liz, who was the massage therapist for my dear friend, has reached out to check up on her recovery. Let's face it, you don't usually get that type of care with just any business. My massage therapist was Devonte, and I can't say enough wonderful things about him as well. He was the person I was corresponding with from Dallas & the one who made sure we could make this work. We only had one day to work with prior to her surgery. My dear friends blood pressure was so high that the doctor had said prior to the massage appointment that if her blood pressure didn't come down, he wouldn't do the surgery. Well, thankfully, the two-hour massage was exactly what she needed. She has always had a lot of anxiety, and I knew this was what she needed to get the blood pressure down. Well, surgery went well, and the road to recovery is now only a short distance away. Thank you to Devonte & Liz for fitting us into their busy schedules. I know my dear friend will continue with Black Swan on her road through recovery & I will definitely be back when I'm in the area for future visits.

The customer was upset that the store didn't carry what she wanted. The staff apologized and explained this is more of a wellness space than a dispensary. The customer then began to share personal info and said "I have never smoked". The staff replied then why would you start now. I myself have been asked this question by them and I was glad. I didn't realize there were other options for delivery of plant medicine. Instead of seeing the question as it was intented to be, caring, this customer began to get very defensive and just rude to the GMSG staff. I just felt horrible for the staff. I've been coming here for years and have never felt in any way disrespected or unsupported. I wish I knew who this woman was so I could say shame on you for being so nasty to someone trying to help you!

I arrived for my free…read more11am class and was greeted by the friendly receptionist (failed to get her name), and I had to sign a waiver first. She took us on a tour of the studio. It's a small but very comfortable space. I feel like it would never get too crowded here. I tried the Hot Core workout. It's a 30-minute workout in an infrared sauna room. You will SWEAT! there is a TV in the room that plays the video, and you are able to follow it at your own pace. Even if you don't do a certain move, they show, just taking a rest. You still are sweating, so it doesn't feel like you are missing out. By the time I was done, I felt like I had done much more than any other gym class I had ever done. I also love the fact that they do have an open weight room so if you don't feel like getting into the sauna, you can just go lift weights or use any of their other machines they have available. The price is super reasonable compared to other places. $50 a month for unlimited access to one studio of your choice or $80 a month for unlimited access to ANY studio location ANYWHERE! The best part is they are 24/7! You get your own code to be able to access it at any time!!!!! Now I don't have yo rush to try to make a certain class time.
