This place is really great. Its not fancy if you are looking for some fancy overpriced spa environment. They do a fantastic job at an affordable price. Very professional and clean. I would highly recommend both the body massage and foot massage combo. read more

I go to Jia Foot Spa every few weeks because for $56, they absolutely reset my entire body. Yes, it's a foot massage but also scalp, arms, neck, shoulders, and legs. Basically, they find every ounce of stress you didn't know you were holding and remove it. The pressure is perfect, the experience is unreal, and I leave feeling like a new person. This massage will make you see God. Highly recommend. read more

While aesthetics matter, they aren't everything when it comes to massage. An elegant, upgraded space is wonderful, but if the massage itself isn't done well, it's a waste of time and money. If you want a place dedicated to helping you maintain excellent health with top-notch massage techniques, this is the spot! They excel at chair massages, the foot massage is absolutely fantastic, and the full-body massage is simply exquisite. I surprised my mom with a massage for her birthday, and she had an incredible experience--so much so that she immediately declared she wants to return! The waiting area was filled with warm moments and smiles, and other customers couldn't stop raving about how amazing the services at Jia are. Your body will thank you for this! read more

Made an appointment here days in advance for my husband and I to enjoy a relaxing afternoon together, booked a babysitter and everything, only to show up EARLY, wait for 20 minutes, for the front desk assistant (very rude btw) to say it will be ANOTHER 20 minutes. I'm pregnant and we were both very much looking forward to this. No apologies were made, nor anything to try to make the situation right. Since we had to book a babysitter, we didn't have the luxury to wait an additional 45 min past our appointment time. Very frustrating. Place smelled weird and was very humid, didn't look very clean either. Do yourself a favor and skip this place!!! read more

I have been searching for an affordable massage place since moving to Charlotte and I can't recommend this place enough! I think I've gone close to 15 times. Amazing prices and the massage is always great! The only thing I would critique is the furniture - I think they would benefit from an upgrade. Besides that, 10/10! read more

This was my first time going to Jia: First time getting "reflexology" and First chair massage. The chair massage was intense, so if you don't like real tough quick kneading, it might not be for you. Personally for me, just as soon as it felt a bit rough, she would move onto another muscle in that area so then all of a sudden it felt released and good. No complaints here. The "reflexology" was another story entirely. I have never had it done before so afterwards, because I felt SO letdown, I did a deep dive on the internet. At Jia there were no pressure points focused on or pressed in anyway. It was all very fast kneading massage movements, and completely lightweight on the toes. Was it the best massage I've ever had on my feet? Absolutely. But not reflexology at all. Furthermore, the menu on their website & front desk is flat out deceptive. It says above the 30 minute AND 60 minute prices that a reflexology session includes head, neck and shoulder massage. I did not receive any of those and was honestly ticked off and confused. I couldn't ask the masseuse because she did not speak any English at all. The man at the front desk said "oh, that's only for the 60 minute." I told him that they need to change their sign. Lastly, as another reviewer wrote, I get that it is not a salon spa with closed rooms and lengthy robes... but dude....you can hear other employees chitchatting in the back normal voice level. Someone back there playing a phone VIDEO with music that was clashing with the speaker music above (?!) and the main desk guy was wearing clackety shoes, opening and shutting drawers constantly! There is literally a sign at the front desk to speak quietly for other peoples comfort ... But what the heck are YOU doing in your own facility?? Overall, I left with my back and feet feeling lovely... But this place is not at all what it advertises, and I am irritated and disappointed. I will not be going back. read more

I have been here twice and both times have been great experiences! I have done the full body massage and Foot massage/soak. Very good prices and service! Friendly staff and always a relaxing experience. They take walk-ins but I have always called day of to check availability as I like about 30 min away. read more

This place is absolutely amazing very professional and prices are fair . Definitely will be back as often as possible .

I came here on a whim. I had a 60 min foot massage. 1) While my feet were soaking, I got a head, neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage. usually you just sit there while your feet soak. This was very nice. 2) The gentleman who helped me was an older, slim guy. He was a little stronger than I would have liked, but I didn't say anything, and after it was over, it felt amazing. It was a very good massage. I'll be back, but I may ask for a little less pressure. I hope they stay in business. read more

Coming from Southern California where foot massages were at every corner, we thought it'd be hard to find an affordable yet good massage place but Jia proved us wrong!! Been here twice and it's been amazing each time! Highly recommend. read more

I wish I could find a good foot massage place in Charlotte. I went here for a 90-minute foot massage and hoped for the end after 15 minutes. I had a petite female masseuse, yet she consistently dragged my skin like a butter knife, and the only massage technique was UP AND DOWN! Imagine that same motion for the majority of the massage time. It was lazy, didn't feel good, and multiple times I had to call out the pressure being too rigid. They didn't ask about the experience at all before checkout, so I still tipped, paid, and left, but I'm not going back anytime soon. The last time I went here was pre-Covid, and my male masseuse was good. I don't know what happened, but the fact that they wear rubber gloves while massaging you is a massive turn-off from a massage experience. I was so uncomfortable the entire hour and a half. read more

I had to make sure to leave this review before I left so I would not forget. Jia must translate to best bang for the buck. Lily is my new best friend. As a stressed guy, this was so relaxing. The atmosphere was nice and the staff was so friendly and calming. As a musculoskeletal medicine physician, this was so therapeutic. Lily used the perfect amount of pressure to work out the sore spots. She was able to read my body and adjust accordingly. I can not recommend this place enough. Don't just take my word for it. Come out and try it for yourself. You won't be disappointed. read more

I visited this place for my first ever foot massage. While I never understood how much our feet "housed", I now know how important it is to take care of them. This was an amazing experience that I would recommend to anyone. Check them out. You won't be disappointed. read more

Overall great experience. Friendly & skilled staff. Did not want the hour session to end!

I had an outstanding foot massage here. She even put me to sleep. Very well done with enough pressure to make a difference without making it painful. I highly recommend this place. Like the Terminator, I'll be back. read more

They answered the phone promptly and scheduled my appointment for 40 minutes from when I called. Upon arrival they warmly greet you and lead you to a private sectioned off chair. The ambiance is very nice. Quiet, with calming music playing. The blankets are clean. Thorough 30 minute massage and I wish I could have done the 60 minute!! I'll be returning for sure! read more

Quiet and unassuming place, but don't let that deter you. Foot and leg massages are very effective and therapeutic. I quickly graduated to the full body massage and consider myself a regular, now. Highly recommend! Professional and talented staff. They don't pressure for tips, but it is customary and the Therapists really deserve it! read more

Their massages and reflexology are so great!! If you're looking for deep tissue, they are definitely it! Every time I get the reflexology, I have asleep during it at least a couple of times, it's so super relaxing! I love that you can walk in if you have a tight schedule! The prices are super reasonable and definitely worth it! read more

So my friend told me the other day to try this place since I complained about the pain and soreness on my body. After the massage, I called her and said I hate her for not telling me about this place sooner! I had a two hour combination massage, which included 90mins body plus 30mins foot. My therapist was so professional and attentive. He feels where the problems are that I don't even need to say a word! It was also my first time having a massage from a male therapist. I was a little nervous at beginning, snoring(Yes I heard myself) at the end. I came in with pain and left painless. The whole experience was like heaven sent! I will definitely be back soon! read more

Jia Foot Massage - Beautiful handmade picture! - Reflexology Near Me - Fort Mill, South Carolina

I love this place. Their reflexology foot massage is wonderful. Definitely get the 60 minute option because you will want more after 30 minutes. Your feet soak while they rub your head shoulders and arms. Then you get a glorious foot and calf massage. I feel like I'm walking on clouds when I'm done. You can usually get an appointment the same day but make sure to call and make one. They accept credit cards for payment with a small fee. You can add a tip on the credit card but it's much better to tip in cash. read more

I had a great experience doing the full body massage with Tony. His pressure is just what I needed for a deep tissue massage. He did great on focusing on my hip area, shoulders, and neck. My fiance also had a good experience as well. Will definitely come back. I recommend doing the full body massage on the bed it's more comfortable read more

Jia Foot Massage - Reflexology Near Me - Fort Mill, South Carolina

I love Asian Foot Massage spas, they are affordable for more than just special occasions, and they focus on my favorite part of a massage - feet! I saw that Jia had the best reviews near me, so I gave it a try today. Very clean, soothing music, privacy. All wonderful. I selected the 1 hour foot massage. The massage was great, so my only gripe and reason for not giving 5 stars is because the clock starts when you put your feet in to soak, so that's 10-15 minutes gone, then they massage your head, neck, arms, shoulders, thighs for about 20-25 minutes leaving you with only about a 20-30 minute foot massage. I may come back and just tell them, nothing but feet. read more

So the good.. they got me in quickly and were very polite. The location had good parking and was easy to find. The woman who checked me in and out was very kind. The meh... the person who completed my foot massage didn't seem experienced in the area of massage... what I mean she was just rubbing my feet haphazardly with no direction. She never asked about pressure, painful spots or needs. Why I say that ... well I had a bruise on my leg from a fall (closed bruise but sensitive to touch). I let the person know but she didn't understand and asked for clarity from the front desk person (which i appreciate) but she kept massaging the bruise after clarity! I continued to block the spot which didn't help. The location was like an office suite they placed some bowls in for your feet and recliners. Over all it was nice to have some one rub my feet but it's not a place I would frequent. The price point was fine. read more

I really wanted to like this place since a friend told me about it. The reason I'm rating lower are for two reasons. For the full body massage that was an hour I asked the lady to bring more attention to my shoulder. She never gave that area much attention and did her own thing. In the beginning of the massage there's a blanket they use to push down on top of the body for what seems like too long. Doesn't feel good. The massage was decent but feel like it lacked in those areas. Maybe I would try them again but I'm afraid that the areas I'm paying to be massaged won't get addressed. read more

Good reflexology, great rates. Not the best I've had but would go back considering the rate. Maybe it was a new employee who helped me. Will give another shot soon. read more

Awesome massage place, very calm relaxing de stressing . Very reasonably priced. They go through every pressure point to release the tension and improve blood circulation. However , just a suggestion - they do need a sheet at front desk asking every customer where exactly on body they don't want to be touched . It gets uncomfortable many times .Also if they had any medical procedures done. The masseuse can't speak English and they don't understand customers. read more

They are attentive, very nice. The massages (I have had foot, chair and table) are all excellent and a great value. Chair and back massages have all been tailored to whatever issues I had at the time. I always left with immediate improvement of symptoms. read more

The best Foot Massage so far. I've had many foot massages in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Los Angeles, Etc. This is far the best experience. Unlike the other Asian foot massage places, these folks don't do the meat tenderizing thing. I've read the other reviews and you're all ignorant of what an Asian foot massage is supposed to be. It's not a spa treatment. It's historically a healing art that really works pressure points and release toxins in your body. So don't expect fine linens and mood setting music of oceans, the Amazon rain forest or anything else that'll make you want to pee. The intent is not to just lather your up with oil. If that's what you want, go to a spa. This is a tactical massage with the intent to release toxins so drink a ton of water. Know that Jia Massage however takes a softer approach and will not "tenderize" you like the other Asian Foot Massage places. I've been here 8 times. I purposely waited to write this review. It's worth the money and the trip. I live 40 minutes away and I'm going again this afternoon. I take the whole family! read more

My husband and I went for a 30 back massage and 30 min foot massage. When my back was done I rolled over and my husbands ass was fully out. I later learned the therapist pulled down and took his pants off. I was not happy that this is being allowed and will never go back. I also will find out if the therapist is licensed and it will be reported to the board. read more

First time ever going to a Chinese Massage place. I have no idea what to expect. My cousin was like "hey want l get a foot massage?!" I'm thinking where ever we going. It's not that bad.. Customer service: very minimal talking between customer and staffs. And desired services and needs will be communicated with the manager prior to service. Spa: very clean from what I can see! Massage: I honestly thought you will only get 30mins of foot massage. But it's 15mins of your head, 15 mins for each arm and hand. Then 30 mins for your feet. Really equal to an hour! The minus star was for using petroleum jelly as a form of oil I guess. Which I didn't really care for. I'm sure they can find some cost efficient massage oil to replace petroleum jelly with. read more

5 star massage place. Steve was awesome!! Went in for an hour foot massage. Started out with face, head, neck, shoulders, hands and arms. More than pleasantly surprised. Foot massage was outstanding! An hour for $35. Whaaaat? Can't find that anywhere. Just what i needed after a long and arduous move to town. Instant repeat customer. Highly recommended! read more

Had a great experience massage felt great. Feet and legs felt invigorated. Looking forward to going again.

They were able to take our reservation when I only made it an hour before. I had been walking 10 hours per day for a few days and desperately needed this. I have never had JUST a foot massage and I'm a little ticklish but the man went easy on me lol. My friend and I had foot massages right next to each other. Chairs were laid back and very cozy. It was very relaxing. I highly recommend...as long as it's not busy. Each area is separated by office cubicle partitions so if there is any noise, you hear everything around you. Price was very reasonable! I would go back if I lived in the area! read more
