#1 great thing about this place is the manager---wish I remembered his name, but any time there's been any issue at all, he takes care of it immediately, & is so polite about it! It's just the kind of customer service every company should strive for! The front desk staff is so nice & helpful! Lydia did a great job, listened to what wanted, & was so honest in helping me save money! Usually other places try & upsell you, but she didn't do that & seemed to genuinely care about what I wanted. Brilliant! read more

I had a great experience at Revive! I did the micro needling with Jennifer yesterday and the procedure was painless and I can't wait for the results! Also worked closely with brandy pre and post care on guidance. Great staff! read more

Just recently went in for touch up botox. Andrew, the PA i always go to, straight up told me i really didn't need it. Explained that the botox I already had in my forehead was still doing it's job. Handed me a mirror, explained in detail so i could understand, only added a few injections, and I left. Never felt pressure to buy anything ever (ive been here for filler too). Andrew is honest, straight foreward, gives options, never pushy. Gentle, calm, no pain. Very knowledgeable. My new go to place. Check out their groupon deals for first time. Really great deals! read more

The front desk staff is always super efficient and courteous the 2 times I've been in. I've seen Michelle Vuong (RN), both times I've been in and she's always very honest and great with her Botox work. I only got a few jabs in the forehead and in between my eyes and it looks very natural! Some women go for the frozen look (they can do that if you insist), but I'm just trying to "reverse the clock" a few hours not a decade (yet), and Michelle's recommendations work well with what I'm looking to achieve. The staff always make me feel comfortable and listened to when I'm there. So much so I'm considering joining their club for future discounts. I can't recommend the Encinitas location enough! read more

Holly is AMAZING!!!! I've been going to her for my facials for over a year and my skin has never looked better! She's so knowledgeable in all the services and products, so she always knows exactly what my skin needs. I leave with the most hydrated and glowy skin every single time!! read more

Olga is hands down the best nurse ever! She did my Botox and fixed previous lip fillers. Book with her!

Jamie Adler is so amazing! She does my Botox and I am always so happy with how she injects. She listens to my concerns and specific requests and follows them carefully. read more

I've always had great experiences at Revive Encinitas. Ashley is the best of the best always. Very professional and sweet. Never tries to up-sale what I don't need. Rather listens to my needs and absolutely takes her time and delivers the best results with my fillers and Botox. Highly recommend!! read more

I attended the Encinitas location. The front desk representative,Adrianna was super! Really knowledgeable about the services offered. I saw Holly for Botox. I have had Botox in the past but never with a nurse that took so much time with me and the results were amazing! I am going to become a member. This place is top notch! read more

I decided it was time for Botox and juvederm for my lips and Revive Med Spa was the BEST choice I've made for myself in a very long time! Nicole P., RN did a PHENOMENAL job and made sure I was both comfortable and at ease during the entire process. She talked through what she was going to do for each procedure, gave me a pep talk, and then did her thing, and I'm blown away by the results! Coming back for a follow up in 2 weeks and am so excited to see the two week post-up results. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of doing their lips and/or starting Botox! read more

Wow! I have had maybe 50 facials in my life and I think I just walked out of my best one yet! Hannah was absolutely amazing. Great lymphatic massage, very relaxing, and excellent pain management with the extractions/my eyebrow wax. She even made an art of the hot towel! Had to leave this review. 10/10 will book again. read more

Jamie Adair was amazing. Took the time to explain everything. Really listened to me and then told me all of my options. She never made me Feel pressured to buy anything and at the end result my goal was fulfilled. She was very intentional with her injections. Will only go to her now read more

I usually go to the Mission Valley location for my lip fillers but this location had a sooner time slot so I figured why not. I am so glad I did! It was super easy to find with a lot of parking. Once I got inside, it was super cute and clean and the front desk ladies are so sweet. Once I was checked in, I did not wait long for to be seen (I am sure we all know how frustrating it is when you have an appointment and then have to wait to be seen). Susan was the Nurse practitioner who did my lips and let me tell you. She knows her stuff. I even commented that I hate getting my lips done and she made me feel very comfortable. I have been getting my lips done for 3 years now and I usually don't have a preference when I schedule my appointment (because they are all good at what they do), but from now on, I am going to drive the extra couple miles to see her. I love this location! read more

I've been to the Carmel valley location a few times and enjoyed my experience, but I recently moved to temecula. I've had a hard time finding an injector I like so I bit the bullet and the drive to the Encinitas location early morning on a weekend was only about an hour and it was worth it. Given we had a hiccup in the morning, the staff was extremely accommodating-- I've worked in retail before and I understand things happen but they really did go above and beyond even though I had expressed I truly was not upset. Scarlet was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable, and given injectable's particularly in the lips can be quite uncomfortable she has an amazing touch and really took her time making it perfect. Thank you ladies and I'll be back! read more

Beautiful environment, knowledgeable and pleasant staff, excellent service, I was very pleased with my experience here. Definitely will be coming back. read more

I absolutely love Revive. I originally started going when they only had the Mission Valley location, then switched to the Carmel Valley location, and now I'm at the Encinitas location, as I live in north county. I recommend this place to all my friends and anyone who wants Botox or fillers. Great prices and great employees, plus the spa is just beautiful and always so clean and tidy! I especially love MJ for my Botox and undereye filler and Olga for my lips!!! Both ladies are amazing and really know what they're doing! I could not recommend them more for anyone who wants to rejuvenate their face. Thank you ladies for all you do!!! read more

I really LOVE this location. From the moment I spoke with Barbara and was greeted by her at the front counter I felt so comfortable. Leilani my nurse practitioner was so welcoming and down to earth. I'm so pleased with my results I can't wait to come back read more

I came to Revive because of P.A. Ryann Roscher. I followed her from Coastal Medical Aesthetics. She is a highly skilled injector who is a master at achieving natural results. I have always bruised after any sort of injection, but with her, none at all. I couldn't be happier with the results. She is a consummate professional and a credit to Revive. read more

Professional talented & personable staff; highly recommend! If in doubt don't hesitate to- they are he best.

I decided to make an investment in myself and choosing a place for that is not an easy decision. Revive came highly recommended and it was a great decision. From the first phone call to the botox services I received, it was a great experience. The front desk staff was so friendly and Jennifer who did my botox treatment was very knowledgeable and sincere. It was easy and painless and got the results I wanted. read more

Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Ready to help me book and get best deals, definitely will come back.

UPDATE: Looking back having more information, REVIVE LIED ATTEMPTED TO COMMIT FRAUD. The skin tightening I did with Revives OLD MACHINE Exilis, DID ZERO EVEN AFTER ALL 6 TREATMENTS, even after over 14 months later. ZERO! I challenged them on their misrepresentation and through their in house attorney they returned my money in full. REVIVE is only their DBA Doing Business As name, not their corporation filing through the Secretary of State California you can look up their articles of incorporation through for a history. Revive now uses Morpeus8. Communication was terrible and I experienced major mismanagement. My card was cancelled for fraud on my second payment, not Revives fault, but Revive never told me they couldn't charge the second payment until my appointment 4 weeks later meaning they never called to say there was a problem for 4 weeks. When I came to the repeatedly confirmed appointment, they disclosed this, refused to accept check or cash. Had they called right when the problem occurred, none of these other issues would have occurred and I could have given them a card to charge. They blamed me for their error/miscommunication. At points, they did try to make good on the Exilis costs, but the payment issue drove us apart because of many other communication issues I experienced. It was just bad management in the end. read more

Always nice and welcoming. They are honest about what you need or don't. They don't push product which is always nice.

Just had my first BBL laser treatment at the Encinitas location and the whole process went super smoothly. The location was beautiful inside and the staff is very welcoming. I was helped by Carolyn and she was very knowledgeable about all the treatments, and helped me pick out some amazing products to purchase. I appreciate her professionalism and admire how kind she was throughout the whole process. I will definitely be coming back because of her! Thanks Carolyn!! read more

Today was my first appointment ever with lip fillers. I solely, scheduled my appointment with Nurse Olga because of the reviews and I am so thankful she was my Nurse. She explained everything so well and was very thorough about every step and aftercare. Honestly, I was very nervous! Not because of the needle but the outcome of how they would look. Her work is beautiful. Thanks so much!!! read more

I love my lips! I followed Nurse MJ from another spa. She has always done a great job on making my lips look natural but voluptuous! I'm terribly afraid of needles but she made the experience comfortable for me and her technique was smooth. She is not rough with her hands at all. She has always made me look exactly the way I wanted to look. She is great at what she does. Go see MJ at Encinitas! Thank you, MJ!! read more

I was looking for a new spa because of a few different reason but nevertheless I was searching. I kept getting notifications from Groupon. Groupon is great for a big business like a nation wide business but not for a local small business to make money but I found them and called them telling them that is how I found them. I don't like buying them because I had a small business and know it's great to find people but most are just one time visit not someone who will be a repeat customer. Anyway Leilani was the nurse that did my injections and she was amazing! I had no bruises and she was very knowledgeable. Perfect! When it was time to pay the manager offered me first time pricing! Which was better than the Groupon! Which made me happy in 2 ways! The office makes all the money and I saved money!! I reschedule my next appointment because I have found my new place!! read more

Leilani is the best!!! She just did my lips and they are just what I wanted! I also had the BBL forever young laser treatment done by Kayla! I highly recommend. Randa at the front desk in Encinitas is the the best!!! She is so very patient and helpful!!! Does not make you feel rushed- answers your questions and makes you feel really welcome!!! The salon is amazingly clean and beautiful. read more

I have been seeing holly for about 6+ months now and every time I have seen her, my skin has improved beyond expectations. Not only has she made my skin better but during my facial I am beyond relaxed. Her gentle yet firm touch and her soothing techniques have changed my perspective and outlook on what a facial should entail. I have had many facials and Holly is by far the BEST esthetician I have ever been to. Holly is extremely understanding and easy to speak to. She allows me to express my concerns and addresses them with short term and long term action plans. She goes above and beyond during the facials to ensure the most professional and relaxing environment. read more

I just had the best time at Revive that I'm compelled to write about it. Holly gave me a Skinceuticals micro peel, which is a medical grade peel, and my skin feels so fresh now. This workhorse peel enhances it doesn't take the place of what my normal esthetician does. The gals at the front are more than helpful, and they also sell other effective skin care lines like Skinmedica and Obagi. They made me feel so welcome, I think I'll try some of their other services in the future. Thanks girls! read more

I meant to do this earlier...AMAZING experience for Botox a month ago from Scarlet. It was my first time getting Botox but she made me feel comfortable and explained the process which helped put my mind at ease. She was thorough, knowledgeable in all services and products and did the most precise calculations for my forehead and frown lines. The facilities were clean and aesthetically pleasing. Loved the Angel wings in the lobby...perfect spot for a photo-op! Will definitely be back to see Scarlet at Revive Encinitas for all future treatments!! read more

I recently had the pleasure of connecting with Payten Bartholme to discuss treatment/payment options, and I am thoroughly impressed by the experience. Payten demonstrated a perfect blend of friendliness and expertise. From the moment we began our conversation, Payten exuded a genuine warmth and approachability that instantly put me at ease. Her extensive knowledge about the services Revive Medspa provides was evident as she walked me through each option, explaining intricacies and benefits in a clear and comprehensible manner. Overall a great experience from discovery through treatment! I highly recommend working with Payten and Revive MedSpa! Shoutout to Olga for an exceptional treatment process as well, always making me feel well-informed and as comfortable as I could be. read more

Holly is the BEST!! I have been going to her for over a year and love how my skin glows and stays hydrated after every facial. This review is long overdue. Jennifer H. is AMAZING. She took such great care of me and made me feel so comfortable. She is truly an expert in her craft. SO yes the technicians are amazing. I have been to this spa 3 times becuase I so much want to love them but past year in 2 visits of Botox...If you want to go for monthly visits to get Botox..this is your place. they dilute the heck out of their product. First time it wore off in a month and half and they told me yeah some ppl dont hold em long enough and second time ( over charged to the max) I noticed that there was little to no change. Now thinking somehting was wrogm with my system as they claimed I found out that is not a fact when I got my botox elsewhere. i really do love the ppl who work there but I think they have been instructed to dilute the product to death. Not worth my dime or time read more

They were not honest about how long the laser treatment would need to actually work. They seem to have zero experience with anyone having darker skin. Purchased a package of eight sessions lasting no more than 15 minutes each and it cost over $5000. There is no real improvement and it is basically 5 grand in the trash. Most staff were friendly but that's the only positive thing I can say about the experience. read more

Don't schedule CoolSculpting! It will leave you disfigured just like model Linda Evangelista! Fat globs that you never had before, and uneven left and right sides. They would t refund my money, and now need to pay for corrective Laser treatment. As for fillers, Shalane is the best! read more
