I absolutely love this medspa and going forward I am not going to anywhere else for beauty treatments, Botox, and fillers. Susan was my injector and I am obsessed the placement of my Botox and fillers. I wanted a little refresh for my birthday, but I did not want to look overdone. And let's just say Susan understood the assignment. I just think she has that eye for symmetry and overall facial balancing, and I am confident that she would not try to sell me on treatments that wouldn't benefit my overall aesthetic goals. As someone who has been getting fillers and Botox since she was able to swipe a credit card... I've been around the block with numerous medspas and injectors all over Orange County, LA, and San Diego. A lot of these spas will try to work you for whatever they think you'll be willing to fork out even if it's not beneficial to you, they convince you that you need whatever is of course the most expensive package or service and then you walk out looking like freaking science experiment. I once went to medspa that said I needed 70 units of Botox in my face... when I had just turned 20 years old...it left one of my eyes droopy...just for context, im already half Asian, my eyes are small AF, this was not my best look...and then to add insult to injury, they tried to tell me this was because of my facial structure and not due to the botched Botox treatment. My second micro needling experience was done here my first being elsewhere. The other place, I had it done at I got derma planed and red light therapy and micro needling for the same cost as what they charge for their bottom line stripped down version of it which does NOT include that. I did not get as good as results at this place as I did the other treatment at they did did not go as deep. The other place I had services at they supplied me with aftercare cream samples included with the cost and they wanted to charge me $350 for aftercare cream in addition to the $400 base charge of the treatment at revive. read more

This review is for front desk mainly. I had a Groupon and I called before letting them know I'd be using my Groupon and that I'm a returning customer. I had used it twice before with no previous problems. They said it was fine. I got my procedures done and then the ladies in the front did not honor my Groupon. The procedure was great, and my injector was nice! (Again this review is mainly for front desk) I just wasn't expecting to pay out of pocket for something I already bought on Groupon. They said they'd contact Groupon to refund me. Just was more annoying that I called before hand, let them know I had this Groupon and that I was a previous customer... and still they didn't honor it. The brunette girl of the front desk was nicer but the blonde front desk girl wasn't as nice nor accommodating. Additionally, I had to contact Groupon and get my refund... as the ladies in the front didn't follow through like they said they would. It was a whole difficult process getting my refund back from Groupon as well. I called revive (at a different location I'm assuming) and they were able to tell me more about my refund process, by then it was too late, I'd already figured it out on my own. But if I hadn't done so I would have just been stuck with a Groupon I couldn't use anyways. Just a hassle and more disappointed that even though the ladies said they were going to process my refund through Groupon, it wasn't actually ever done, and I had to take matters into my own hands. read more

I went in for Botox and a consult for other services, such as microneedling and IPL which I had never done before. Kayla was very sweet and the facilities are nice however that's where the positives ended. After I consulted with Kayla I was ushered into another room to obtain pricing with a sales rep named Brandy. By the end of that short meeting I came away feeling that they are all about the $$$ and not what is best for the client. I was steered towards a package of multiple services costing over $5K WITH membership (over $8k without/separate services!), and Brandy giggled condescendingly when I requested to take home pricing to review. She said she could email the pricing to me and provided me nothing to take home. She kept trying to push me into the package - for example saying if I booked it the next day she'd give me 20 units of the Botox from that day for free. Although I made it very clear I needed to look into the services being recommended and wasn't just going to press the order button like it's a second cocktail on a Friday night. She verbally provided the individual pricing for each service to show how much more costly it is than to do their package deal, however neglected to mention you get a 4th service free with each of the individual services and she seemed annoyed when I asked about it and at first just said NO the package doesn't have a 4th service free (as she was absolutely pushing only the package) but eventually admitted YES the individual services are for 3 and you get the 4th free... I only knew this because Kayla mentioned it! Brandy said I'd need to use Skinceuticals Discoloration Defense for 4 weeks prior to beginning treatment, and as I live 30 min away I offhandedly mentioned perhaps I would pick it up online and she quickly shot that down and said I must buy it through them, for "only $110, the membership price" so that they can "make sure I use it". Lo and behold you can purchase the product from Skinceuticals.com for $110. Pretty much I'm being called a liar out the gate if I say I bought it elsewhere and you're trying to spin that the membership gives it to you at a cheaper price when that's clearly not the case? - not a good look Revive. SO then at the front the receptionist says, "there's just one question for you to answer" on the credit card machine and it's asking how much I want to tip! It is absolutely unethical and inappropriate to request tips for medical services such as Botox. RUN do not walk away from any medical facility that asks for tips for medical services!!! THEN... I never even received any of the pricing I sat down and patiently spoke to them about. I even emailed Brandy yesterday - no response. LASTLY - the Botox was not placed into my forehead correctly. It's all in the middle and has had zero effect on the sides and when I raise my eyebrows it looks totally weird. I took before photos and have had Botox lots of times and have never once had this issue. I would not return to have them "fix it" since I do not trust their technique. Also usually someone should follow up within 1-2 days to make sure you are doing ok. No one has reached out to me. Zero follow through. I do not recommend this medspa! Worst I have ever been to! read more

I added a star but think it's warranted to call out. My service was fine. I got 28 units of Botox which I had done in nov 2022 as well. I tried to use the Groupon I purchased on Groupon and the woman at the counter said I couldn't even though 1) I was able to buy it on Groupon and 2) the Groupon I did use was for lip filler (Juvederm) not botox and it was in July 2022. She said because I used a Groupon for a service, mine would not be honored. I had already had the service and was now spending 2x as much. You shouldn't be able to systematically buy another if that's the company policy. read more

I have had the pleasure of seeing her for LaseMD and LHR, and I also had one LHR session where Jamie was not my nurse and from that experience I can say with full confidence that Jamie is the best and most skilled nurse. When I got there, I was able to check in from my phone, my temperature was checked at the door and I was asked the same pre-screening questions from booking my appointment. I've been coming here for my filler for a little over a year now, and this was my first time getting any type of filler, so I can't speak for other places. However, I have had a few different nurses at this location. First of all of them were good. I've never had an experience here that was negative. But there is one nurse in particular that I have come back to twice now and will request every time in the future. Nurse Scarlet is amazing. When a scheduling snafu occurred (my original nurse moved states on me before my appointment) they said they had a new nurse that had an opening that day. She was highly recommended by the manager who assured me she was really good at what she does. I am so glad I took this recommendation, because my lips looked better than ever! She tried a new type of filler which I think made a really positive difference. She was also really down to earth, and wasn't intimidating whatsoever. Talking to Scarlet is like talking to one of your good friends. She displays expert professionalism and knowledge while maintaining a unique and relaxed vibe. I know that I can trust her recommendations and that I am in good hands! About two months ago, I had my second appointment with her, to touch my lips up. Oh my god I love them so much.
