I also recently started taking the Thyroid Wellness and the Vitamin D3+K2, based on analysis of my blood work by Dr. Stengler. My most recent blood work, after having taken the newest supplements for about two months, showed an improvement for my hormone, thyroid and Vitamin D markers. I will be retesting again in six months, to verify that each of these markers continue to improve with the daily supplements. Unfortunately during the first treatment my face was burned and I ended up with deep purple bruises and blisters. I had to stay home for a week until the blisters subsided. My face became more red than before the treatment. I was told that the next two sessions would give me the expected results, but they did not. My face became very sensitive and the redness didn't go away. I noticed deeper broken capillaries in the areas where I was burned. When I expressed my concerns Sydney simply shook her head and said: "there is always a risk". My risk was in her hands. Her job was to assess my skin type, select the appropriate filters and correctly adjust the laser's energy setting, but she is either inexperienced or incapable. After contacting Sydney again I got a call from the owner, Stacy Grissen and she set up an appointment for me to come to see her the fallowing week.The day of the appointment Stacy called me and with an aggressive tone of voice informed me that she was cancelling our meeting, (BTW if I cancelled an appointment the same day they would charge a fee). She said that I snapped my fingers in front of Sydney's face, which is a complete lie... and btw why wait a week to cancel an appointment? I guess she decided to be offensive rather than being concerned that her employee did damage to my face.The way she treated me is inappropriate and dishonest. The pen is a no-brainer for dosing & it actually works! I'm out over $500 with these people, have no medication & haven't lost a pound in 4 months! At one point, I was told refunds typically take 7-10 days, which has clearly not been honored. What's most concerning is that they acknowledged I did not receive any product, yet continue to hold the funds. This has forced me to move forward with disputing the charge through my bank. I strongly encourage anyone considering this service to proceed with caution, especially when it comes to billing and cancellations.
