First impression is that it caters to a more affluent clientele. The location is in a good area, and the office was very clean and stylish. My friend invited me to get Botox injections together, and I agreed. On the day of the appointment, her mother had a sudden medical emergency. My friend called me in tears and asked if I could please call and cancel her spot, but keep mine so I wouldn't cancel for both of us. As a business owner myself, I understand how important this is, so I explained the situation and confirmed that I would still come alone. The clinic said, "No problem." When I arrived, I was taken straight in for the procedure. I asked the price per unit and was told it's $11 with a friend, or $12 if you come alone. After finishing 60 units, I went to pay and was told that because I came without my friend, the price was actually $13 per unit. I was charged $760. No one warned me in advance that the price would change so drastically because my friend had an unavoidable medical emergency. When they asked me to come back in two weeks, I said "no." For the difference of $60-180, they lost a client. They got $760 once, but I will never return and will not recommend them to anyone. I believe this is unfair and unprofessional treatment of customers. read more

Worst experience ive ever had. I already had sculptura done near my checks and specifically stated that I didn't need any more, in that area. Additionally what she suggested was to fill under my eyes, which I requested. Well she did what she wanted, including placing fill above my ear lobe and in my temporal area. none of which was necessary. Additionally I clearly stated that I had 2500 to spend. Well I got to the front desk and about Jones out of my skin when the receptionist stated that I owed $6,000!! The NP ( Autum) didn't bother stating what the fee would be for the filler. Customers beware, Rejeuvine's appointment system is very unreliable along with their administrative staff. I had an appointment confirmation that was made a month ago; I cleared my personal schedule for it and scheduled child care as well. Come to find out the week of I was never added to the schedule and there was no availability to be added for weeks. Their staff was completely unapologetic and did not seem to care whatsoever. This is really disappointing considering I've been a customer for close to 10 years. Their original staff was so great and now their new staff are very condescending . After politely talking through the scheduling mishap with their scheduling administrator, and expressing the importance that I be seen per my scheduled time along with referencing the confirmation text I received, I was told I should go elsewhere for my care. Who says that to a long time customer? There are plenty of medical spas around so I would think they would want me to be happy and feeling valued. read more

I've been coming here for many years and everyone has been very welcoming and honest with me. There have been times I wasn't sure what I needed but after discussing my issue or concern with Heidi, she always had a solution for me. She's always clear on how much each treatment costs. What exactly are you implying when you say there are two sides to every story? I truly hope you aren't insinuating that I was trying to get something for free. You were there, as was your technician, and you know that wasn't the case. Your treatment of me was disgusting, as was your voicemail. Appalling that you would go on to make matters even worse, but I guess that all just makes sense. If your technician was so busy that she would perform a procedure on someone without consent or consultation, then you might want to re-look things, as should the doctor under whose authority she works. My girlfriend turned me onto this spa a week or so ago and I'm so thankful that she did. I've been struggling with the side effects of a steroid treatment I underwent a few months ago from a back injury and I came in seeking extra help in this ever ending battle with a pesty little thing called Acne. At the time of my first treatment, I had two areas that needed extra attention, and I also wanted to focus on another area where I had some pigmentation from previous breakouts that I wanted to treat. My first treatment was a facial from the store owner, America and even though it was the most painful treatment I have ever had in my life, it ended up being ALLLLL Good! America really worked on getting a lot of the junk out from under my pores and although my face looked like a ripe tomato for the first hour after the treatment, by days end, my face looked 50% better. A day or so later, it was 80% better. It was a bit painful but certainly necessary. A week later, I followed up that treatment with the Diamond Skin Resurfacing, which is basically a micro-dermabrasion. My treatment this time was done by Dawn and that was a GREAT treatment that I'd recommend to anyone. I have never had one before so I wasn't sure how my skin would react but it was great and painless. It's a crystal free treatment and removes the top layer of skin and excellent for reducing sun damage or in my case, the pigment problem I had. It was the first of 4 to 6 treatments (depending on how quickly I can get rid of the scars) that I will be undergoing but I gotta tell you, my skin is 90% better than it was 2 weeks ago. I'm officially a believer. I'm still going to follow through with the remaining treatments in hopes of reducing the scaring but I have no doubt that it will work. If you're looking for an Esthetician to keep your skin looking young or to treat an unruly breakout, I would highly recommend Rejeuvine. Ask for America or Dawn - they are wonderful! read more

After calling to see if they did any promotions for new clients, they told me about the $50 off when you sign up for some 'Brilliant Distinctions' program. As my appointment was a week away, they told me to quickly register on line so that the system could process the registration "in time" for my appointment. I did. Still, at my appointment, they couldn't find it, so no discount for me. This was quite aggravating because other places honor their promised discounts and even offer much better discounts. And I have to honestly say that, although she was nice enough, the nurse (Autumn?) that does the injections clearly lacks judgment ( sorry, but just look at her face). I had my first microdermabrasion treatment done with Sara yesterday. She was really friendly and explained the process in detail to me. The treatment itself was great, especially the shoulder massage. The extraction part was a little uncomfortable but Sara did leave my face looking pore free. LASER BURN Two days prior to my appointment the director America called to inform me the technician I had previously used was no longer with our company. Autumn did my laser treatment, but she used a different machine than what was used during my first treatment, it was not consistent. Autumn asked ME to apply the numbing cream myself and did not take a note of how much time was elapsing. When she began to service the settings were so high she burnt a portion of my labia majora. She also burned around the anus causing the skin too darken at least five shades. After the service I also noticed a breakout of irritation on the front of my vagina. I called to make a follow-up appointment and Autumn took a quick look at me standing up which I do not think was sufficient. She gave me a bleaching cream and an enzyme with the intentions to correct the discoloration and damage done by laser. I am going to continue to update the spa on my current conditions with the hopes of returning to normal. I believe my technician was careless and I would not recommend this spa to anyone. read more

Had another scheduled appointment with my favorite nurse Sumi. When they called to confirm my appointment they did not mention that she had left. When I got there they assured me the other nurse was just as great but when she came around the corner I nearly jumped back- her face was so filled that she looked odd and alien lIke. Her name started with an A, like Audrey or Autumn or something, not very nice, and looked at her phone a lot. Anyway I was supposed to have Botox and filler but cancelled the filler because if the injector looks weird, you will too!
