I wouldn't recommend Mona Lisa. I had a high hope that this would be the ultimate, after going through all types hormone therapy. What a disappointment! My symptoms are not only gone after the 3 recommended sessions of Mona Lisa, but, I'm absolutely worst than before the treatment. I'm back to hormone therapy and accept some side effects since at least I get some relief. Total waste of time . To follow up on my experience with Dr. E and his highly recommend Mona Lisa procedure, as he said' sex is overrated', before the procedure, my problem was lack of lubrication. Now, almost 5 months post procedure, not only there is NO improvement , I have excruciating pain to the point that intercourse is IMPOSSIBLE. Please re-evaluate your decision before you subject yourself to this procedure. I don't want what happened to me, happens to any woman . read more

This doctor pulled out my IUD on accident during a routine annual check up, he and the nurse proceed to laugh as they were just joking about the possibility of that very occurrence. He then informed me that they'd be telling the company it fell out on it's own and that to have it replaced I would need to purchase another device for $1,000. I went to see Dr. Eisenhower, because I had a very difficult(to put it mildly) time dealing with my menopause many symptoms. The front desk treated me very courteous and considerate. I was very uncomfortable talking about how weird & miserable I was feeling, but Dr. Eisenhower took his time, explaining to me why I was feeling the way I was, and after taking a blood panel test explained to me the course of action. I didn't know much about hormone replacement therapy, but he is the guy to have it done. There have been many studies which, he has been following for may years. He is very profesional, knowledgeable & easy to talk to. The procedure of inserting the pellets is painless & very quick. I had to monitor for a while how my body was responding. I am more that happy with the way I feel, I have more energy, think clearer, no more hot flashes & my whole overall well-being is much better than I expected. Great experience ! Great outcome ! Dr. Eisenhauer and his team are wonderful. I miscarried a twin around 9 weeks and he seen me every week to check on the healthy twin not because it was necessary but because I was worried. If I ever have any questions, Kristi is always kind enough to answer them for me over the phone or via email. During appointments Dr. E takes his time and doesn't try to rush you through the door. This place is a disaster. I attempted to go to the office following the directions on the web site. THEY ARE WRONG. As a result, I was 10 minutes late, and the Doctor REFUSED to see me even though I was in physical distress. His office couldn't give me another appointment for four days, so I had to go to an urgent care facility. I was treated properly there. My advice is to avoid this doctor like the plague. read more

Made an appointment and, later, had to cancel. I emailed them to cancel. I called, got their office voicemail and left a message to cancel. I continued to get reminder calls, texts and email reminders for the appointment. I sent another message thru the online patient portal to cancel and, STILL, the morning of the appointment, I got another email reminder. I called AGAIN and finally got a person - the first time I spoke with anyone at all - and she said I was still on the books. So, AGAIN, I cancelled. Ridiculous overuse of technology to harass a potential patient. Will never attempt to go here again. read more

I see Dr. Eisenhauer as my GYN and for hormone replacement therapy and am completely satisfied with both. He takes the time to really listen and learn what is best for each individual patient, which is especially critical as it pertains to hormone therapy. To say that i am appalled at my experience with this office would be an understatement. I made an appointment online and got a confirmation email 2 days prior to my appointment. The office is hard to find so I circled for about 20 minutes before I located it, the address does not work with google maps gps. I tried to call several times to ask about the location and it went to voicemail saying they were at lunch(despite the fact that it was 10mins after the time given on the message). When I finally make it there, still on time for the appointment, the woman at the front desk looks shocked to see me. I give her my name and she says that I don't have an appointment saying "Ohhh... did you make it online? That system doesn't work. The doctor is going to lunch now, can you wait an hour?" It took a lot to not lose my cool. I was there for an expensive laser treatment (CASH) and this is the way they handle things?!? I will take my business elsewhere. read more

I highly recommend Dr. Eisenhauer he is both professional and kind. I have been with Dr. Eisenhauer's practice for over ten years and recently had my first child. My pregnancy was not the easiest, and Dr. Eisenhauer, nurse Kristi, and his office staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for.
