I had a consultation with Ryann in May for Botox and fillers, and from the moment I met her I felt so taken care of and valued. Ryann was SO kind, courteous, professional, bubbly, just a delightful person to be around. She treated my concerns with compassion, she explained what treatment options were available and made sure to give a thorough explanation for each different potential service so I understood what each treatment would do. She recommended specific treatments based on what would be a good fit, and in addition to specific fillers, she suggested Daxxify as the neurotoxin vs Botox. We formulated a plan that I was so excited about, and Ryann's passion for her job and excitement about our actual appointment was so appreciated, it made me feel like she truly was happy that I was happy. For the actual med spa treatment day, it could truly not have gone better if I wanted it to. Ryan was SO thorough and detailed every step of the way, I felt comfortable and safe during the process. She mapped out injection sites with great precision, she explained everything she was doing as she worked, she made sure I was not in pain or discomfort, and she was confident in her work which made me feel so much more comfortable. We talked throughout the process and again, her personality is so wonderful and bubbly, it felt like chatting with a friend. Her work is literal magic. The second I looked in the mirror I teared up to see immediate improvement in my face. To have confidence restored and the relief of liking what you see in the mirror is invaluable, and I am so thankful to have trusted Ryann with this process. Before I left, I was able to see Heidi as a last minute add on for under eye filler. Ryann recommended her as she is proficient in under eye filler, and I appreciated her setting me up with the best fit for that particular service. Heidi was incredibly thorough, detailed, professional, and a master of her craft! She also took the time to explain the healing process which I appreciated! For my results- I am thrilled. Not just happy, but THRILLED. I saw an immediate difference from the fillers alone, but it's now been almost a week since the treatments and the Daxxify is LIFE CHANGING. The "Daxxify glow" is SO real, my face is literally glowing to where I've had multiple people comment on it. The wrinkles/crows feet are GONE. We did a Nefertiti neck lift and I am ecstatic about this in particular, my chin has always been my biggest insecurity and this has made a NOTICEABLE improvement! I know full results for the Daxxify take around two weeks, but I'm already just elated not even a week in. I will be returning to Ryann for every single med spa treatment in the future, I will literally never go anywhere else. This is my second time here to receive a Diamond Glow facial. I had phenomenal results the first time, my skin was literally glowing. I came back again, (it's been about two years) and was happy that I got the same lady as on my first visit and she remembered me! I love that we chatted for a few minutes and she really got an idea of what I wanted and listened to all my current concerns about my skin before we got started. The Diamond Glow facial is great if you have sensitive skin like I do, and she kept on checking in to make sure everything was good or if she needed to bring it down a level. The staff is so so friendly and they always remind at checkout that tips aren't necessary (I always tip because they deserve it) but glad that there isn't pressure for that. I absolutely love this medspa and going forward I am not going to anywhere else for beauty treatments, Botox, and fillers. Susan was my injector and I am obsessed the placement of my Botox and fillers. I wanted a little refresh for my birthday, but I did not want to look overdone. And let's just say Susan understood the assignment. I just think she has that eye for symmetry and overall facial balancing, and I am confident that she would not try to sell me on treatments that wouldn't benefit my overall aesthetic goals. As someone who has been getting fillers and Botox since she was able to swipe a credit card... I've been around the block with numerous medspas and injectors all over Orange County, LA, and San Diego. A lot of these spas will try to work you for whatever they think you'll be willing to fork out even if it's not beneficial to you, they convince you that you need whatever is of course the most expensive package or service and then you walk out looking like freaking science experiment. I once went to medspa that said I needed 70 units of Botox in my face... when I had just turned 20 years old...it left one of my eyes droopy...just for context, im already half Asian, my eyes are small AF, this was not my best look...and then to add insult to injury, they tried to tell me this was because of my facial structure and not due to the botched Botox treatment.
