I saw Dr. Biller, a few months ago for difficult digestive issues. I found her to be very kind and pleasant to deal with. I hesitated for a long time before making the appointment because of the cost. I am a senior with limited funds, and I like to research things well. The appointments and lab costs were very costly. There were so many good reviews that I went ahead and made an appointment. She ordered many lab tests, some of which I had to pay out-of-pocket. She suggested a few supplements, but nothing really addressed or helped me with my gut issues. I didn't feel much better after the expense then when I began. Highly recommend. I did the Immune IV with 10g vit C, NAC, magnesium, b vitamins, and glutathione push and liked it so much I got a 6-pack of the same, so 7 total. I did it weekly for 6 wks and felt great, didn't feel I needed the 7th. A few months later went back and got the last one on my package as a boost after I'd been feeling drained and unwell and it helped to restore healing and fluids. I'll definitely be going back to do a 6-pack again of the Immune IV but maybe will do the one with 20g Vit C next time. Maybe before winter starts, as a boost. I started with Dr Smithback. She is so great, super smart and knowledgeable. When she was out I saw Dr McNulty twice and he was great too, could've talked to him for an hour, so knowledgeable as well. The "doctor" kept me waiting for a half an hour. I was only there for an IV infusion of normal saline, a very simple procedure. After waiting a half an hour, no one had even started an IV. I asked the "nurse" and was told that the "doctor" was the only one who could do it. I really find this hard to believe, but that's what I was told. I just left the facility without having any infusion. The "doctor" did call to apologize about what happened. Some story about a patient "medical emergency". Isn't that always what it is...... I'm not sure I believe any of that. Anyway, I will never go to that facility again. read more
