I want to start by saying that I had a very positive experience with the staff. They were always kind, welcoming, and helpful, and I truly appreciated the way they treated me. Unfortunately, my experience with the doctor was different. I came in years ago while dealing with a health issue I had never experienced before. I was understandably very anxious and overwhelmed at the time. I recognize that I was under a great deal of stress, but much of that came from being scared and unfamiliar with what was happening to my health. I was looking for guidance, reassurance, and someone who would listen to what I was experiencing. I was given certain protocols to follow, and I did my best to follow them as instructed. Unfortunately, they did not work for me and actually caused additional issues. What was especially difficult was feeling that my concerns were dismissed because the same approach had worked for other patients. I understand that a treatment may be successful for many people, but every person and every body is different. When something wasn't working for me, I really needed to feel heard and taken seriously. I'm sure the doctor has helped many people and that others may have had very different experiences. I can only speak to my own. For me, the experience left me feeling unheard and invalidated during a time when I was already scared and vulnerable. The appointments were also quite expensive, which added to my disappointment. I hesitated for a long time before writing this because I don't like leaving negative reviews, especially after so many years. However, the experience had a lasting impact on me, and I still carry some of those feelings today. I hope that sharing my experience can serve as a reminder of how important it is for patients to feel heard, especially when they are struggling or when a treatment is not working as expected. Absolutely love this clinic! I've gotten multiple IVs here and they've taken such good care of me. The staff is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and professional. The space is also beautiful and very relaxing. This is the only place that has true therapeutic-grade IVs in north county and I can feel the difference. I live about an hour and a half away, and even though there are a few options that are much closer to me in the Temecula area, I never get a call back from those people there's zero follow up maybe it's different once you get your foot in the door, but the ease of using nature and science medicine and this office and these doctors is so worth it I will keep driving the hour and a half. I saw Dr. Biller, a few months ago for difficult digestive issues. I found her to be very kind and pleasant to deal with. I hesitated for a long time before making the appointment because of the cost. I am a senior with limited funds, and I like to research things well. The appointments and lab costs were very costly. There were so many good reviews that I went ahead and made an appointment. She ordered many lab tests, some of which I had to pay out-of-pocket. She suggested a few supplements, but nothing really addressed or helped me with my gut issues. I didn't feel much better after the expense then when I began. I always hesitate to say anything negative, but for others that are on the fence, their money might be well spent somewhere else. Highly recommend. I did the Immune IV with 10g vit C, NAC, magnesium, b vitamins, and glutathione push and liked it so much I got a 6-pack of the same, so 7 total. I did it weekly for 6 wks and felt great, didn't feel I needed the 7th. A few months later went back and got the last one on my package as a boost after I'd been feeling drained and unwell and it helped to restore healing and fluids. I'll definitely be going back to do a 6-pack again of the Immune IV but maybe will do the one with 20g Vit C next time. Maybe before winter starts, as a boost. I started with Dr Smithback. She is so great, super smart and knowledgeable. When she was out I saw Dr McNulty twice and he was great too, could've talked to him for an hour, so knowledgeable as well. The "doctor" kept me waiting for a half an hour. I was only there for an IV infusion of normal saline, a very simple procedure. After waiting a half an hour, no one had even started an IV. I asked the "nurse" and was told that the "doctor" was the only one who could do it. I really find this hard to believe, but that's what I was told. I just left the facility without having any infusion. The "doctor" did call to apologize about what happened. Some story about a patient "medical emergency". Isn't that always what it is...... I'm not sure I believe any of that. Anyway, I will never go to that facility again. read more
