just wow. this place.. i normally wouldn't recommend something unless i truly had an extraordinary experience. first, lexi and emily are helpful, friendly, and overall pleasant and warm. second, i went to see dr. nelson for the allergy/sensitivity test which enabled me to cut back on certain things in my diet that may have been causing inflammation and/or other symptoms. my acne has cleared up, i feel much more balanced, and more confident regarding my overall health. last but certainly not least, dr. fred!!! i am RAVING! after my adjustment for the first time in a long time i felt awake. there was such an immediate difference that it is truly hard to describe how i feel. for about 4+ years i had been seeing another chiro for chronic back pain+ migraines, but i also work in dental, so i was really just about at the end of my wits with pain. dr. fred was so kind, thorough, and knowledgeable of his craft! i have already told my brother, coworkers, and few friends about this place. 100/10. it's a yes from me. read more

First I had to pay a lot of money for a half hour consultation to secure my appointment. I had to set-up a bunch of online portals and fill out a pretty comprehensive health history and list every medication and supplement I take. Honestly, this took me more time than my in person appointment. I was called back 20 mins late for my half hour appointment. Dr.King sat at a desk cross from me and stayed there the whole time. I went in because of severe arthritis in my shoulder. He never touched me or checked my range of motion-no physical exam at all. All he offered me was 3 PRP's spaced one month apart. He never even talked about the supplements I take and took so much time to fill out. The appointment ended after 20 mins. I don't feel the appointment was thorough at all. This business is a shining star in the medical community. Let me share my experience so you can understand why. I have been sick with mercury poisoning and associated complications for more than 7 years. After 100's of thousands of dollars spent elsewhere, out of pocket on treatments, procedures, naturopaths, specialists, etc I finally got meaningful relief from Pure Health. There's a reason why so let me elaborate. The doctors at this practice are young, ambitious and highly and recently trained. This matters. I met the owner, Dr. Corey King, through an entrepreneur organization I am part of. He started treating me out of the back of a yoga studio in Carlsbad when he first opened his North County branch. He had a growing business to run so he transferred my care to Dr. Noelani Rodriguez, and she's the one who really dedicated herself to my care and success. It took more than a year of aggressive, expensive and experimental treatment to uncover and treat all the issues. Mercury posioning, EBV overload, gut inflammation, histamine overload - it was a long list. What set Dr. Rodriguez apart was her grit and determination. There were points where I got demoralized and frustrated. I had spent 10's of thousands with them already (happily) and I was making progress, just not fast enough. She would coach me up, hold me accoutnable, and keep me on track, do more research, and refuse to give up - that's a rare trait, most doctors give you 15 minutes at a time of barely paying attention. She would follow up between visits, make calls to people in her network from med school, seek advice from other practices - just exceptional. I highly recommend Pure Health! I am a patient of Dr. Nelson and Dr. Fred and they are both a God-send in getting to the root cause of my issues which is a life-changing experience! I'm highly disappointed in my visit here. I was referred to Dr. Nelson in regards to a connection I had made between an ongoing issue with my left hip and a molar on the left side that I was trying to get to the root cause. I've been in the dental field for 18 years, and I know how much the mouth and body are connected. I will say I was happy they offered the bio scan of just my teeth, as I couldn't afford the full scan of the whole body. I do believe in muscle testing, however, I'm also very intuitive on picking up on energy, and when Dr. Nelson was muscle testing my tooth, it was like he was pretending to have this look on his face of resistance as he was trying to push my arm down. It looked so fake. At the end of the appointment, he referred me over to the chiropractor, in which I told him that chiropractic didn't help my hip. The chiropractor looked at me for "free" and he tells me it's not my left hip that's the issue, that it's the right hip. Then offered me an adjustment that costed over $100. I declined as my cat had a vet visit that week that was going to cost me a few hundred dollars and I didn't have the money. Mind you, I still had to bring my bio scan results to a holistic dentist that was another $500 visit. His response was, "oh I see, so your pets health is more important than yours"? Dr Corey King is the Best! After two other Digestive Clinics and several Doctors in Idaho, I was told about Dr. King from my family who lives in California. Dr. King is incredible! I had such an awesome experience with his care. I injured my shoulder and was in really bad shape. I was unable to lift my arm across my body or to the side without excruciating pain. I received a round of PRP injections that had change my life! After one week, I noticed a significant improvement.
