I am almostt certain that there would be delays if this job was handled by someone else. Jon's price is very competitive, and he provided multiple quotes for different setups, which was extremely helpful. He was very responsive and patient, replying to emails quickly, even on weekends. This high level of communication also made the strata approval process very efficient. The installation took two days and went smoothly. The crew was friendly, respectful, and professional. I had to patch the drywall afterwards, and upon learning that, one of the team members gave me a free panel he said was leftover from his own renovation. I highly recommend Veteran for their exceptional work.

Finding a reputable and fairly priced company can be overwhelming so when you have a close friend that makes a recommendation, half the battle is won. Alpha Home Energy, Rob Barrett to be exact, was so professional, patient and extremely knowledgeable about what we needed. We set up two meetings with Rob to discuss our choices, which Rob laid out for us in terms we could both understand and it was so nice to deal with someone that wasn't trying to push the most expensive package, just to make a better sale. The installation went off without a hitch. The cleanup was done so well, I would have never known anyone was here. Theo was the technician the first visit, and Sia did the recent call, both provided top shelf service. I found them to be on time, accurate, very fair price wise and ultimately highly trustworthy, along with being good people. They won't sell you something you don't need, but also won't just band aid a solution. They will recommend what is necessary to do now with an eye down the road as to what will be your best choice long term. In our case, they could have replaced the blower and other parts on the old furnace for about half the price of a new one (which comes with a 10 year warranty), so the decision was easy to replace the entire unit. Expensive now but don't have to worry about again. Cannot recommend these gentleman and this company enough!

The owner does the cleaning so you are always dealing with the same person. He got stains out of our office carpet that were there when we moved in and two previous cleaners had not been able to remove. Price seems very fair. Four rooms and a hallway were $172.80. He also does upholstery and duct cleaning. He is professional, prompt, personable, careful with furniture and always leaves something under the furniture legs to protect the carpet until it is dry. Highly recommend him.
