Theo was the technician the first visit, and Sia did the recent call, both provided top shelf service. I found them to be on time, accurate, very fair price wise and ultimately highly trustworthy, along with being good people. They won't sell you something you don't need, but also won't just band aid a solution. They will recommend what is necessary to do now with an eye down the road as to what will be your best choice long term. In our case, they could have replaced the blower and other parts on the old furnace for about half the price of a new one (which comes with a 10 year warranty), so the decision was easy to replace the entire unit. Expensive now but don't have to worry about again. Cannot recommend these gentleman and this company enough!

There was some additional electrical work that needed doing to start with, and the extra cost was clearly communicated and agreed on. My family was concerned about being nickel-and-dimed with extra complications once work began, but the final cost was exactly as agreed. After installation, we noticed and reported a potential issue.
