Stamper sent out two people to inspect the roof and told us that in fact our roof was actually in good shape. We just had some minor damage. Rosemary recommended that we withdraw the claim, thus saving us a huge amount (5 figures) with the deductible and depreciation. Greatly appreciate the honesty and integrity. After many weeks of nothing we hear on Tuesday Nov. 10, when I called them, that they would have a team out to our house on Friday Nov 13th which was 1 month exactly after we sent them notification their bid was accepted. They sent 1 person Friday afternoon that had no knowledge of the project and told us he was only there to paint. Nobody arrived to do the rest of the work, then later that afternoon I got a call and was told a team would be out Monday for the rest of our project. After 13 hours of the painter on prem between Friday and Saturday only half of the first coat of paint was done. When I complained to Chance Gaylord, the owner, he told me they will cancel the project, refund my deposit and good luck! With the holidays just around the corner our home is in chaos and have had to tell our daughter she cannot come home from school. We have to start this process all over again, MD Construction has been an absolute nightmare. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION, NO PROJECT PLANNING, & Very RUDE OWNER! I DO NOT recommend this contractor to ANYONE! The Pictures here show the exact condition they left our home in when they cancelled the project.

I preferred the roofing material brand and available color options. He even climbed up to the roof and placed the sample shingles down so that I was better able to see how it would actually look. He made sure the scheduling of different crews went smoothly and he came by every day to check on the progress which included the old gutter and roof removal, new roof and gutter installation, and even the power-washing and staining of my privacy fence. He documented each step with photos and sent a copy of the final city inspection approval. I definitely recommend Superior One to anyone needing their service. Give them a call.

Unfortunately we had a horrible experience with this company, particularly with the owner Omri. With time we also learned that we are not the only family that went through that with him. Omri is an amateur, unprofessional, and a greedy person that tries to cash out as fast as possible without taking responsibilities for his wrongdoing and damages. Just to list a few things that were done: He destroyed one of our appliances that we were very clear on our intention to keep, he painted our master bedroom that was renovated few months prior to construction and was instructed not to touch it, he removed one of the interior doors and placed it outside for days which caused it to rotten, he took 2 large pieces of our granite countertops without our permission and after we asked to keep them, he destroyed the new flooring by trying to clean them with a material that clearly states on the label that it is not recommended for this kind of flooring. On that last example on the flooring, he later confessed that it was his first time doing that type of flooring. That was very frustrating. He didn't finish the work that he was already payed for and just left the site. The best way to show his work is to see it. Images of his amateur work are attached. Update: I just read your response. Unsurprisingly, the way you handle this review as exactly the same way as you handle the low standard of your work, the damages and missing items throughout your project. I added images of the transactions showing some of the money I paid you. Readers with common sense and basic decency will judge by themselves if I was a customer or not.
