The first time I visited a couple of months ago, the employee was not wearing a mask. She was very nice, however all I noticed was the lack of mask which made me uncomfortable and I left soon after. This time, both employees were masked and socially distanced and I felt much better shopping. What I noticed is that some awesome improvements have been made! I started consigning at the store years before. I had some negative experiences which saw me stop consigning. Namely, I felt that the owner was not knowledgeable about certain designers and also rude. I had consigned some Giuseppe Zanotti shoes that were new without tags and they priced them at $24. By the time they'd sent me the price sheet and I called to address their error, they'd already been sold. This happened a few times, and I noticed that merch seemed to be way underpriced or way overpriced with seemingly little rhyme or reason to their system. I also spotted them selling a clearly fake Louis Vuitton bag once - the monogram pattern lined up incorrectly and the seams were in the wrong place. Basically, I had long-term issues with their pricing and merchandising. The other thing that left a bad taste in my mouth is that one day while shopping, the owner and employee were discussing politics and their clearly Republican leanings. Discussing politics in front of me, a customer, was rude and a faux pas plus I did not agree with their opinions at all. So, I stopped consigning and shopping with them. When I discovered that the store was under new ownership, I had to give Kindred Spirits another chance. This time, I noticed that prices are more uniform and their merchandise is more current. I saw lots of Anthropologie brands, brands that had been missing under the old ownership, plus many items new with tags. The staff has been so kind both times I've visited and, other than the mask issue, I've really enjoyed shopping with them again. I'm planning on consigning again soon. The vibes are overall much better!

I found some really cute things, placed them on the counter and no one came to help me. I think the lady there may have been the owner as she was telling another woman how everyone was on vacation and she was by herself. This did not stop her from ignoring a paying customer to chat. There are some really nice things in the store but I don't like being ignored and treated rudely.

The top level contains merchandise for men, children, and home, and the bottom level contains merchandise for women. I focused on the women's clothing. I saw an assortment of shirts, pants, shorts, dresses, coats, and other apparel that previous retailers could not sell. I recognized brands such as Calvin Klein and Nike, but I had not previously heard of some of the other brands. I thought that the prices were low to moderate. I decided to purchase a pair of UnionBay shorts for $23. The cashier quickly and correctly rang up my purchase.

At the same time, another employee positioned an iPhone near where we were standing, which made us feel uncomfortable and singled out. We are both African American, and the behavior of the employees felt prejudiced and unnecessary. We entered the store fully intending to purchase fragrances, but left feeling disappointed and unwilling to spend our hard-earned money in an environment where we felt judged rather than welcomed.

Since its founding in 2001, it has donated millions of dollars of clothing to tens of thousands of women. I recently shopped at Treasure House Fashions. When I entered the store, a friendly volunteer greeted me, explained how the store was organized, and offered assistance. The racks and shelves were fully stocked--in fact, so stocked that the store was no longer accepting donations. The clothes were very well organized by size and type (e.g., pants, shirts, and dresses), and some were from well-known brands. I did not, however, see price tags on most clothes, so I would like to set more of those. Most styles were not my preferred style, but I did find a couple of clothes that I liked.

Definitely not true- I had classic shirts and mostly dress pants so how are standard dress pants considered youth? The workers were middle- older women so I think this store must be for older adults. Only some brands were well-known designers or upscale stores. The prices were reasonable and frequently ranged from $10-30 per item. I chose a long-sleeved shirt from J.Jill. The store's tag was still attached to the shirt, and the regular price was $69. Style Encore's price was only $19. I waited at the cash register for several minutes before an employee rang up my purchase. She accurately charged me and thanked me. She invited me to join Style Encore's membership program (I forget the exact name of it), but I declined.

I found a tank top on sale for only $8, and my husband wanted to buy a waffle maker for only $25. I thought that these products were a high quality and had prices that were as low as they could be. We used the self-checkout, and the machines worked correctly. We did not interact with employees at all, not even as we were walking around the store, so I cannot comment on how they speak.
