The cashier rang up my item, and then he stared at me without saying anything. I asked him what the total price was, and then he told me. At the end, he did thank me and wish me a good day. I am knocking off one star because I buy only some things here, and I have not yet filled up my shopping cart.

When I called today to see where my furniture is, I was nonchalantly told it would be another month (a total of at least 14 weeks), no explanation for delay. When asked why I wasn't notified of the significant delay, I was told that isn't usually done. I fact, I was made to feel that I was being unreasonable to expect that.
