The store is so cute and they have wonderful things. My mom, husband, neighbors and I love to walk around and explore. They have the most unique things. At Home is a superstore that sells indoor and outdoor furniture, pillows, rugs, curtains, wall art, kitchen wares, bedding, bath accessories, storage containers, holiday decorations, lighting, etcetera. I have shopped inside this store a couple of times in recent years. The store looked to be organized and clean. The selection of products was large. The quality and prices of the products were moderate, not cheap or expensive. During my most recent visit, I waited only a couple of minutes in line at the cash register. The cashier rang up my item, and then he stared at me without saying anything. I asked him what the total price was, and then he told me. At the end, he did thank me and wish me a good day. I am knocking off one star because I buy only some things here, and I have not yet filled up my shopping cart. read more

Wasn't as exciting as I expected. I did go mainly for pots for plants, which they had a huge selection. They have pottery, plastic, plastic that almost looks like pottery. A few were on sale at very good prices. They have a lot of decor items, especially for Halloween. They have pillows and more pillows. Other than the sale for pots, I would not call them cheaper. This is a warehouse style home goods store. At Home is conveniently located in McIntyre Square in the old Kmart store location. They sell everything from both indoor and outdoor furniture and decor to organizational and storage solutions. They also always have a great seasonal/holiday selection of items. Comparing them to other stores of this type they by far have a better selection of items. Most stores have 1-2 aisles for each type of item. At Home has several aisles of lamps, several aisles of wall hangings and more. They have you covered with almost all styles and color schemes that you can imagine. I always describe this place like Home Goods on steroids. This location was messy and disorganized. I realize it's a massive store, but compared to the Robinson location, this one is a wreck. Things are out of place and strewn everywhere. Plus, it's definitely not as big as the Robinson location. While again, it's massive, Robinson has like 6 rows of pillows where this location had 2. Nothing is going to be really well made, but I've had a couple pieces for a while now and they haven't completely fallen apart yet, so that's a good thing! The prices thankfully reflect the quality, mostly. There are items I still think are a little overpriced, like a couch for $500 that I doubt will hold up past a couple years. But the pillows, accents, rugs, etc are decently priced. Speaking of pillows, I do love coming here to switch over/add to my pillows, rugs, lamps and art pieces every so often. I've also bought small furniture like end tables, that like I said, have held up for a few years now. I think it's a great spot for home decor and I'll still come here, messy or not! read more

This store took over what used to be a K-mart and is truly massive. To comb through everything here could literally take hours. I came with my mom and son to browse for items for my new home. Since we drove to Pittsburgh from DC, I really couldn't purchase much as our car was overloaded already, but if I lived nearby, I definitely would have considered more. They have pretty much everything you could need for a home including decor. I was expecting more discount pricing and found pricing on most everything to be average to high. I did really like all of the outdoor decor and it Gave me some direction to go with for our own back patio as we move towards fixing it up for the summer. read more

I can't vouch for them. I'm signed up for a cc and they told me that my Citizensbank account was not approved to use payments with. I have 20,000 in my bank and there is no eat my payment did not go through. I was however charged a late fee cause they won't accept my bank payment. This is so very odd. I have mixed emotions about this store. Part is my loves the cluttered isles because it can be like a treasure hunt. I LOVE that they put seasonal merch out before you'll see it anywhere else. (Halloween stuff hits the shelves in early July). I don't always like their prices. Some things are reasonable, but some prices are just outrageous for the quality of product. I find so many broken pieces of furniture around the store that I don't feel comfortable spending a lot of money on anything there. I find gems on occasion though. read more

I've shopped At Home many times. Latlely not pleased with summer stuff only select items being marked half off which isn't much. Also items that are or aren't and even halloween items.......have been stickered over with higher prices. I liked a set of windchimes.....white sticker $21.99......flip tag over and what's been whited over is a price on the tag of $19.00. What's up with that? Then on a halloween item,,,,,box marked $9.99.....plain sticker over that and new sticker said $14.99. I get the inflation thing going on but upcharging - restickering prices higher. This place is huge with an awesome assortment of everything home except garbage cans. There were about 5 bathroom size garbage cans here. Nice assortment of lamps and patio furniture, wall art, picture frames, mirrors, dog beds, carpets, kitchen supplies, and towels. I will go back and the prices are very reasonable. read more

I've been waiting forever for this location to open. They changed the opening date 3 times.. but that's all in the past... The north hills At Home is open! Stopped in tonight and its great! Its just as big as the Robinson one. The have a ton of lamps, decor, organization items, RUGS, Christmas items.. I mean literally everything can be found here... At absolutely amazing prices. I'm so thankful this location happened. I hateeeeee driving in Robinson. Plus I always pass their store because the entrance isn't well lit. This is my new fav spot. I'm so excited!! read more

The store itself is huge, but I am always consistently disappointed in the customer service. So much so I prefer the smaller Robinson store tenfold. Their is a woman who works as a clerk that is ALWAYS rude and disrespectful. I purchased over 500 dollars worth of items today and asked if a large rug I was purchasing could be discounted because it was obviously a return, not wrapped in plastic, and was missing the original tags. (Now keep in mind she is not ever checking me out) and rudely interrupted and shouted from her register "NO". I did not think my request was out of line and my clerk did give me a small discount. The whole situation was very uncomfortable and I will unfortunately be checking to see who is working the counter before I decide to shop there again because this was not my first unpleasant encounter with this woman. read more

UGH! I can never walk out of this store empty handed! My husband goes with me so it's not just me. This trip we bought a bench for the end of the bed in our guest room. We also bought a few accessories for the guest room. We also looked at outdoor planters. What a selection!!! If you need outdoor furniture or anything to do with outdoor decor you need to go here. You don't have a couple of choices . . .you have LOTS and LOTS of choices. they have great prices on mattress sets. Their chairs and benches are everything from basic to eccentric. Maybe you wouldn't personally buy a pink love seat but it is fun to see! Anything that you might need for your home-except appliances-is here. We have not been disappointed by any of the items we have purchased. We've never had to return anything. The store itself is well organized. Majority of experience shopping is always a breeze. That said there is one clerk, a blond older woman who is absolutely rude and miserable every time I see her. I've never personally had to go through her checkout line but I have literally let people pass me in line to avoid her. Today I saw her tell off someone again. It's always so unnerving. I love this store, however, my experience today has caused my opinion to change. I wanted to find canvas art with the flash sale going on and after looking for 40 mins, I finally made a decision. There was one cashier who was doing a return, which those can take some time. She called for assistance and the lady came up, assisted her, then walked away while there were 2 other people in line. The cashier had to call back her back and when she got there I asked if someone else could ring us out. She appeared irritated, said she would do it, called for someone else, and after a couple more minutes of no progress, I pushed my cart to the side and left. That's terrible service. I wanted those pictures but not badly enough to wait forever and get an attitude from someone who wouldn't have a job if it weren't for the customers. read more
