The store itself was decent. Not your usual goodwill. You buy things in bulk or by the weight (typically it's inexpensive). Unless you're buying furniture and they also have the more valuable items behind locked shelves. So it's a good place to check out if you're a reseller or you just like to collect random stuff. Really my only negative experience with the store was with the young lady who was working as cashier on 11-11-24 (veterans Day). She needs retraining in the customer service department. She had a really nasty attitude, occupied with her cell phone, lazy, and rude to people unprovoked. read more

This is a picker's paradise. It takes time and patience to go through all of the bins. My advice, go in knowing what you want to find, but keep an open mind. Good items to be had, but make sure you check your items before you leave. If you want electronics, bring batteries to check if the items are working. You are able to plug in corded electronics. Clothes are sold by the pound, as well as mostly everything else, except for furniture. Warning, you will be digging in bins full of items that have been tossed around, so USE CAUTION. Items may be broken that may lead to chances of being you being cut or poked by sharp objects. read more

The first time I went to the store Art, the worker realized that I wasn't familiar shopping there. He took the time to explain to me how to shop in the furniture section. He was very careful with my items that I purchased and made sure that I understood the process to buy my items at the register. This thrift store an interesting place to check out, but you gotta know straight up what you're getting yourself into: It's unsorted crap dumped into bins. There are gems mixed in with literal garbage. It's certainly not for the faint of heart. It requires a lot of digging and bending. Some of the regulars wear gloves; a few even wear face masks. It's not a bad idea, to be honest. I've found some amazing things here but it's a literal treasure hunt. Some of the items you'll come across are smelly. You will want to take a scorching hot shower afterwards. However, you really can't beat the prices. I got about 20 pieces of clothes for $13 since they sell almost everything here by the pound. read more

This place is a trip! I frequent here about 3 times a week, much like a lot of the other regulars (who i see every time). Its incredibly fun digging through the bins, because you never know what you will come across. Favorite finds: 1958 Collectible Lamb 1976 Anatomy Book Rare camera from the 1970s 1982 Smurfs Record Player (that works) 1990s Docs 1990s "Whatever" Bubble Purse 1995 Goosebumps Game Not so favorite finds: Bloody stained period jeans Dirty underwear A stink bug A cockroach A shirt covered in pins Shoes doused in some stinky chemical Gloves are definitely recommended (or at least bring some hand sanitizer). Don't come in here expecting anything to be neat or organized- its no normal thrift stop! An open mind is a must. Some tips: 1. Avoid the bin rush. Everyone is looking for something different, im sure you will find something good even after everyone has scoured them. 2. Don't skip any bins. I make sure i go through each and every one, even if they don't look promising. There could be a treasure in any one of them. 3. If you see something you might want, take it. Theres a good chance it will be gone or somewhere else when U try to find it again. 4. Go with a partner. Since bins are being changed about every 30 mins, you can cover more base with someone else. Its also nice to have second opinion. If you decide to visit, good luck! Beware of the greedy folk, the pushers and shovers, and the crowdedness (at times). I like coming here to shop because it is fun to look through everything and see what you can find. This is not a typical goodwill. There are big bins lined up and everything is dumped inside. The upside is everything is sold by the pound so if you do find something you want you can get it for a good price. The store is not the cleanest though just be aware. read more

I previously visited here in July and just visited a few days ago. I and my full-time reseller and so I am used to going to Goodwill outlets and digging through the bins. However this location especially seems dirty. There are tons of stained single socks, underwear, and towels. For the HomeGoods they are all thrown into one bed along with shoes and it is a huge dirty mess. My Goodwill outlet closer to home uses smaller bins which really cuts down on the mess. I still found a few things but this could well could really benefit by using rubber bands to hold shoes together. Putting those shoes in different bins. And putting the housewear in smaller bins. read more

I've driven past this place so many times, but never really understood what made it an "outlet" store. Today, I ventured in. I walked in and was totally confused at first. I learned rather quickly how the store works. You're walking into a place that is rather chaotic. Everything is sold by the pound or per item. You are not walking down aisles of a store and purchasing individually-priced items. Imagine something the exact opposite of that. Imagine walking in and seeing large bins full of a myriad, hodgepodge assortment of things.... mismatched shoes, open board games and puzzles strewn about, clothes not sorted or organized by size, lots of VHS tapes, books (some with torn covers). This place sort of reminded me of the Island of the Misfit Toys. I kinda, sorta enjoyed walking about looking for "treasures". The most annoying part of the whole experience is the regular customers, who I assume are seeking out the valuable items to re-sell at a later time/date/venue. Anytime Goodwill brings out new bins they flock to the bins like a bunch of scavengers. Totally annoying. Pro tip: wear a pair of gloves. I noticed a lot of the regulars wearing gloves. After sorting through all of the "stuff", your hands feel very dirty. I will definitely go back. I feel like every day could be a totally different experience, and that's the best thing about thrift store shopping! read more

I've been a frequent shopper here for the past 4 years. This USED to be a great place to find gems among the trashy stuff, but not anymore. First off i want to say that i only signed up for yelp to write a review for this particular place. My boyfriend lives off selling items from here and this is the only outlet store that is in this area. I have been here more than enough times to know what kind of place this is. I no longer go in.. I sit in the car for hours waiting for him to get done. Number 1 Problem..The employees..They have no respect for shoppers and treat them like dogs. Yelling and screaming and giving a very unwelcoming look at everyone who comes in. They think as if they were gods or something that are untouchable and can be rude because they feel like it. Oh and god forbid i step towards a bin while they are changing them. All hell breaks loose like i am going to touch the garbage they sell. Oh and let me not forget about waiting to check out because the cashier wants to socialize even when they see a full line waiting for them. Number 2..The bins.. I have seen some really rare items in them. Very expensive even but good luck finding it. Between the chaotic and desperate customers pushing around (i have even gotten hurt a few times) and the disorganized stuff that they pile on top, it can be very hard to get stuff that you want because i garuntee some viscious person is looking at the same thing. Number 3..The cleanliness..I have asthma and i also noticed that every time i walk in, I choke instantly from the amount of dust in this place. I feel almost as if the air is coming straight from a duster. Wear gloves if you do go because there has been times where i have gotten icky and gel like things on my hands and its disgusting. Number 4..the customers.. Now i get that some people make a living off this stuff but some of the people here are veroscious and mean. All of the regulars feel as if they are entitled to bending the rules because they come more often. Dont leave your cart with anything valuable or they WILL take it and leave the store immediately so you dont find out. My boyfriend dropped his phone and caught the guy red handed and he claimes that it was his. They will push, they will shove, they will even take things right out of your hand because they claim they "saw it first". And dont underestimate grandma because she will take stuff too. If you are going to go to this place i would recommend a early week day (NOT WEEKENDS). Early as possible because there are less people and the regulars are probably trying to sell the stuff they baught elsewhere. Dont leave your patience at home because you will need them. THIS PLACE IS SO MUCH FUN. If you have never been to a goodwill outlet, you should. Let me give you the skinny. It is a warehouse filled with piled furniture and big blue plastic bins filled with things. Up on the ceiling are item prices - per pound. That's right. You buy all the stuff you want, PER POUND. Every two hours, from 9am to 9pm they change out the bins. When you're done you roll your cart onto a weighing station, and pay. It is really a grab bag, you will find the nicest stuff and the most horrible stuff. If you don't like germs, where gloves, you won't be the only one. But you will find a real Waterford crystal vase from the 1980's next to a broken microwave. Can I say again that THIS PLACE IS SO MUCH FUN. If you want to go for the fan fare, head out in the middle of a week day. All of the people who make their living from selling at the flea are there all day. They reserve their shopping carts by putting a something on them and tying them together in the corner. Then the filled shopping carts are covered with blankets until they leave. When the new bins come out they literally run as fast as they can to every single bin and dig with lightening speed. Fun to watch. If you want to be more laid back, go on the weekend. There is always good stuff, you just have to look for it. read more

So this is an OUTLET store, not a regular Goodwill retail store. Clothing and most items are priced by the pound. I've found some really nice items here. A american eagle winter jacket, under armour pants, a scuncci steamer, nice camping pot, a few pairs of shoes, and a few other items. Sometimes the mark up prices in their regular stores are a little ridiculous and items just sit for awhile, they don't sell and in turn they make their way to the outlet stores. Huge bins connected in a train like fashion are rolled out onto the floor (for customer safety you are asked to stand behind the blue line in the front of the store until bin wheels are locked and in place). There are regular shoppers (I assume resellers or flea market type vendors) that seem to spend the whole day there. A bin of shoes rolled out and several of them flew to the bin and just started whipping shoes into their carts. Once the bin was almost picked thorugh they would take their carts to the side of the store and sort through them, keeping what they wanted and then throwing the others back in the bin. They would then cover their carts up in the corner of the store (I feel this shouldn't be allowed). If i remember correctly you are only allowed 2 carts max, and shoes are priced per pair. They either have someone else check out their cart or someone else shows up and they do it while the shopper keeps shopping. There is furniture, exercise equipment, sporting equipment, small appliances etc... in the front section of the store. There was a descent looking couch that I wanted to check out but the man sleeping on it seemed to comfortable to wake up. He was waiting on his wife to finish her shopping. :-) If you see something you want, grab it toss it in your cart and inspect it prior to checking out. Wear a pair of rubber gloves if you wish, or be like Michael Jacksons followers that I saw floating around with their face masks on, or simply have your hand sanitizer close by when your done shopping. read more

For an adventure yes it's full of regulars who are fast but they were all very polite to me. 2 lovely employees recognized I was a newbie and offered advice and let me know the regulars may geta bit pushy and if they do just let someone know...there was no need for that. For 11 dollars I got a cartful of items that would be 5 times as much at good will non outlet. I. My mom introduced me to this awesome store and it's a must see when I visit from Kauai! We get a thrill looking for treasures. Not to mention designer clothes, handbags, gentle used or new with tags! The building itself is dirty so we bring our gloves and I've seen people wearing garden gloves. I won an auction from this location on 12/18/17 for a Turntable after paying, I requested the TT be packed a certain way to keep from damaging itself from metal platter being 7lbs by itself. I even emailed to make sure they received my request, no reply. I then made a bunch of calls before getting the actual guy that does the shipping. He verified he had the request information. I waited and waited as they state shipping around five business days. I finally emailed after almost three weeks, requesting status of order. It came finally came wooden base was crushed and couldn't be repaired, as I said would happened if the measures were not taken when packing. Only one of the four things I asked them to do, was done, not the relocation of the Platter. SHAME ON YOU GOODWILL Maybe hiring someone that knows or cares how to pack items for safe shipment would be a priority in the shipping department. read more
